If you like cheesecake this is your place to go. I had a UPS package to pick up since they are a UPS drop off location interesting and I went ahead and obtained a slice of cheesecake. the fudge brownie cheesecake which is the bomb I highly suggest it.

HOLY GRAIL OF CHEESECAKES. Jeez, Honestly this place is by far the most authentic real cheesecake experience you can get with more option then the Cheesecake Factory they really have something special here. I would recommend this to anyone in San Diego or visiting San Diego do not miss out on this place I swear you won’t be able to stop at one slice. First thing I want to mention is the quality, it’s next level some people seem to be complaining about the flavor lacking sweetness possibly? That’s probably due to the mass corporations making cheesecakes with way too much sugar like Cheesecake Factory, they aren’t comparable. This is like I said on a whole different level, you need to expect rich delicious homemade cheesecake not cheap sugar cheesecake. I mean I’m very impressed I’ve ordered on Grubhub as well because they are the only reliable source of cheesecake in San Diego that has authentic home made quality. You can taste the love they bakes into each and every cake! I might add that I recommend picking up due to delivery app drivers sometimes doing multiple deliveries before which can compromise the perfection of the cheesecake it needs to be well handled its really a special treat when our family gets to eat cheesecake from the incredible cheesecake company! I come to SD about 8-10 times a year, this place is a must stop every time. The white chocolate raspberry is my favorite but I've had almost every other. Never had a piece that didn't enjoy! The service is always great and the price is WELL WORTH IT! The only thing I could ever say is not so good is the parking..but sometimes you need to walk off the calories you just ate...lol. Absolutely the best !!

So glad there is a local family owned alternative to the big national cheesecake chain. On top of that, if you prefer a creamier and more subtle cheesecake without a huge portion and price, this is your spot. They have a large selection of cheesecakes, as well as several pricing options from slices to quarters to halves. Also, the service is always friendly and parking is so much easier than in the mall down the hill.

I used to be able to buy their 18K cheesecake at Whole Foods but haven't been able to pick one up in months. The first time I tried their carrot cheesecake I thought I was just picking up a regular carrot cake at Whole Foods. I had only meant to eat 1/3 of the slice I bought to share the rest with my family and after one bite I couldn't stop and before I knew it I finished an entire slice by myself and ran to my dumpster to hide any evidence of my solo indulgence. I had never had such an amazing carrot cake...not overly sweet, rich, moist and just pure goodness. Upon examining the box I realized it was amazing because there was a cheesecake on top of a carrot cake and I made note of the bakery. I drove almost 2 hours to pick up one of their decadent carrot cheesecake. That should tell you the lengths I'll go to and how worthwhile their cakes are. I haven't tried any of their other cheesecakes as I'm a huge carrot cake fan. Gave out slices to other carrot cake lovers and they're hooked. I'm going to buy a cake and freeze it to carry to my bestie in Hawaii who can't get a good carrot cake on the island apparently.

Omg cheesecakes are to die for! So mouthwatering good I’m drooling just thinking about them! FINALLY found an exceptionally delicious cheesecake in San Diego!! I have high expectations when it come to cheesecake because my family’s recipe is hands down the best but this company here is the next best thing! I got a plain, banana cream, cookies and cream, and a pumpkin cheesecake slice! Totally recommend them all!

Its soooo good! Parking is scarce but that's ok considering its take-out only during this time. A lot of the flavors I wanted were not out (as in available to eat right away) but was available frozen. Though a little skeptical, I bought it anyway. By the time I got home however, all my doubts were relieved by the joy in my mouth. I know that sounds funny but that's how I felt taking a bite of that cheesecake...I went back a few days later buying $50 worth of cheesecake. On Postmates, $.50 more per slice. But I bought half of one and they have minis for $15. 😁 so far I've had the dulce de Leche (that's what I bought half of), key lime, marble, red velvet, and banana. Worth every penny💝

OMG!!!!!! I'm originally from New York and this is the best New York cheesecake I've ever had! The slices are huge! The crust is moist and more cake like than crumbly texture and oh my the cheese is just the right consistency and so full of flavor! Just think...I only had the plain! I walked home with it and attempted to just "sample" it and ended up eating the whole thing! My slice was $4.50 and was the best $4.50 I've spent for food! It's been two weeks and I can still taste it in my mind!

A co-worker raved about this place, so I had to see what all the fuss was about. The shop is located directly across from the Shell station, and you have to park on the street. Inside the shop has a small town feel.When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Armondo. He was friendly, yet professional. We chatted about the shop and why I was there.We also discussed travel. I purchased the RedVelvet & the key lime. Both were delicious!! I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors!

First time here, I read all the awesome reviews so I decided to get a whole cheesecake for Christmas. I got White Chocolate Raspberry. Everyone that had a piece loved it. I honestly don't think I have had anything better. It was very good, the real deal!

To be clear everyone, it is not, "The Cheesecake Factory." It's a small, unassuming store front on Adam's. Keep your eyes open or you'll miss it. What the building may lack in neon lighting or Corinthian columns is more than made up for by the treasure inside. I've never had a better slice and I've never turned down Cheesecake. It's 7:16am and I'm thinking of heading there now. I may even take a long lunch? They are a little expensive, but when you are treating yourself you want the best you can get.

We decided to have a cheesecake options for our dessert table in our wedding. and we could not have had a better vendor when it comes to delicious tasty cheesecakes! Our wedding cake was a plain cheesecake (Laura's recipe) topped with fresh strawberries, cherries and blackberries. We also got tommy cheesecakes, cheesecake sticks and red velvet cheesecake cupcakes. All well made and fresh, great appearance and, of course, yummie! You cannot get wrong with the Incredible Cheesecake Company if you are a big fan of cheesecake. Besides, Santiago and his team are amazing and friendly and have good price.

Sort of a suboptimal location but they make excellent cheesecake. The Dutch apple cheesecake in particular is stellar. The staff has always been friendly as well. A great little neighborhood gem.

The cheesecake is really good here! Whether you have a sweet tooth or want something on the lighter side, you can't really go wrong. Most of their flavours are frozen but their popular ones are ready to eat. So if you want to try one of the cheesecakes that aren't ready in the front, get it before you eat a meal so it's thawed by the time you're done with your food and it'll be perfect! I had a great piece of monkey cheesecake. More a take away place. There's two small tables. Nice owners it appears. Tastes similar to The Cheesecake Company. Only the pieces are smaller ;).

I had to go pick up a UPS package that was routed there and they were very friendly. My package had not arrived yet, so since I was there I purchased a chocolate chip cookie and a slice of cheesecake for my son. Very good deserts!!

We picked up a couple of slices for $5 each. I got the 18 Karat (cheesecake on top of carrot cake) and she got Laura's Original recipe. I enjoyed mine but do not consider myself a cheesecake conisuir. I will say that it had a light and creamy texture and just the right level of sweetness. The carrot cake was neither moist nor dry and also struck a good balance of sweetness. She liked hers but was craving something else, a different recipe, but we're not holding that against the baker. Despite the quality of the cakes, we did not think it was a good value because of the small serving size.

I am never a fan of chocolate cheesecake because it just isn't the strong chocolate taste I am looking for in a chocolate dessert, but those were actually her favorite. Banana Cream, Key Lime and the raspberry were good, but light enough flavors that I will probably go with the Bailey's and Pumpkin. I had them delivered twice and they arrived in perfect shape.

Fudge brownie, red velvet and carrot cake. You can buy cheesecake slices, whole cheesecake, brownies, peanut butter bars and cookies. The carrot cheesecake and fudge brownie was my favorite. The cheesecake is rich, creamy and fresh. Quality ingredients. Reasonable priced. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

I'm not a cheesecake girl, but this spot is absolutely delicious. There's no doubt about that! The slices I've received the last two times I've gone (post COVID-19), were pretty flimsy though....the very first time I got a piece from here though (pre-COVID) the slice was a hefty size. The service each time I've gone though has been so so. The woman behind the counter usually looks like she doesn't want to be there and hasn't really go out of her way to be helpful or elaborate on flavors, etc.. I'm willing to go back for sure because of the quality of these cakes. If you're looking for quantity superb hospitality though, you might should look elsewhere.

Great cheesecake. We’ve heard positive reviews regarding this place. we had a positive experience. Very clean, well organized environment. We bought 4 slices of cheesecake plus a caramel macchiato. Fudge brownie, red velvet and carrot cake. You can buy cheesecake slices, whole cheesecake, brownies, peanut butter bars and cookies. The carrot cheesecake and fudge brownie was my favorite. The cheesecake is rich, creamy and fresh. Quality ingredients. Reasonable priced. Plenty of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

I'm not a cheesecake girl, but this spot is absolutely delicious. There's no doubt about that! The slices I've received the last two times I've gone (post COVID-19), were pretty flimsy though....the very first time I got a piece from here though (pre-COVID) the slice was a hefty size. The service each time I've gone though has been so so. The woman behind the counter usually looks like she doesn't want to be there and hasn't really go out of her way to be helpful or elaborate on flavors, etc.. I'm willing to go back for sure because of the quality of these cakes. If you're looking for quantity superb hospitality though, you might should look elsewhere.

I had the Reeses cheese cake it was good but not much flavor of Reeses. The size of the slices are incredibly small.

I saw the ratings and drove 30 minutes to take family from out of town. I paid $36 for 4 slices $8 each. The sizes were more like something that I could have gotten from Walmart for $2.50. They were very disappointed and we won't be going back. The owner was very friendly, but that's not why we went. He needs to up the size seriously.

We always purchase an 18K Cheesecake ( carrot cake topped with cheesecake)every year for my husband's birthday . It is usually decadent & delicious but this year we were disappointed by the extremely dry carrot cake bottom. Maybe we delivered ( Grub Hub) an old one.

Heard great reviews so I came in. I ordered a few of their cheesecakes including their classic, it's a bit overhyped and overpriced. Nothing I feel the need to come back to to be honest. Thank you

Paid almost 4 bucks for an old small and thin chocolate chip cookie with no chips! Cmon now. These cookies need a serious re-work. Large and soft, not small and stale!

I was excited to try the cheesecake. I purchased two slices. The lime cheesecake’s crust was salty and the texture of the cake was uninteresting. The Baileys cheesecake was too strong for me though my partner enjoyed it .

As a cheesecake maker myself the cheesecake is just okay it is very fluffy not as rich or sweet as I make mine. The presentation is pretty the customer service is just okay. The red velvet cheesecake was lacking. The cake itself wasn't sweet and the cheesecake wasn't sweet also but I did enjoy the presentation the crust was lacking. Unfortunately I didn't finish either but to those not familiar with how cheesecake should be this will be great for them.

We had a Milestone to celebrate and the person reaching the Milestone wanted some great cheesecake. The best cheese cake we had so far was in La Jolla @MicheleCoulonDessertier but they were closed at the time and we figured we'd give someone else a chance... This place sounded like the place to go. We drove the 20min and were excited at the variety of cheese cakes to choose from. We bought 6 different slices to share among us. To our disappointment none were really good, some were average, the balance were just not good... One of our group summerized it as " we would have been better off getting the Costco frozen cheesecake".

I ordered the 10” cheesecake combo with four flavors: lemon, strawberry, traditional, and marble fudge. Despite high expectations from numerous reviews, the strawberry and marble fudge were disappointingly bad. The lemon and traditional flavors, on the other hand, were only average at best. The quest for a great cheesecake continues! :-)

Cheesecake exists on a spectrum that spans from savory to sweet. Too much of one side of that spectrum tends to make the dessert undesirable. In the case of my experience with the Incredible Cheesecake Company, they tended too much toward the sweet side of that spectrum and they needed more of a savory taste. Consequently, the cheesecake fell short of being "incredible" and, in my opinion, was not something I would order again. I would likely instead order from the Cheesecake Factory.

We both decided on Ube because that's what we were most excited about. Beautiful swirl on the cheesecake, but $8 a slice is pretty crazy when it's less than an inch thick. Flavorwise, neither of us could taste the ube. And the cheesecake itself was pretty bland and not thick or creamy enough. The graham cracker crust was also very squishy, which could have been because it was the end of day, but I've had cheesecake maintain it's crunch even after being in the fridge overnight. The staff seemed nice enough, and this review isn't meant to reflect anything on their performance. I just wanted to post honestly so that maybe someone won't be disappointed like my wife and I were on our sweet treat day.

Very disappointed!!! For 7 dollars you get a ridiculously SMALL PIECE!!!! The taste is OK, we tried ricotta and plain one, but not really so incredible as the sign promised 🤣🤣 Maybe, acceptable... Such a pity.

I normally don’t post any negative reviews but this place deserves one. I went to this place to get a slice of a cheesecake and looking at all the good reviews this place has, I felt I should give it a try. There was a decent selection of cheesecakes however when I asked the cashier if they were made today she replied with a no. That disappointed because I didn’t want to eat a two-day-old cheesecake. Who likes to eat a two-day-old cheesecake anyway? Nonetheless, I decided I wanted to go for something else and I chose a blueberry muffin (oh boy, what a great mistake have I made). I paid for the muffin. The cashier handed it to me and I made my way to the car. I took a first bite of the muffin and I almost broke my teeth. The blueberry muffin was rock solid. It felt like I took a bite of a rock. I spat everything out and was left with a nasty taste in my mouth (it was my first time trying a rock). I made my way back to the cashier and informed her that this blueberry muffin is about 2 weeks old and I asked her if she had anything fresher than that. She said “oh, let me bring you a fresh one”. At this point my hopes were not high, actually I lost all my hopes at this point. It took her about 3 minutes to come back from the kitchen and hand me a freezing cold little less than rock solid blueberry muffin. I refused the muffin she brought me. I would feel bad for the cashier working there if she at least offered me a refund, but she couldn’t offer me anything at all. She was just speechless. I was speechless too, so I left and will never come back. My advice to you is you should stay away from this place unless you want to try something rocky. :)

Wow. I even called to make sure I was given the correct thing. I just got 6 - 1 bite cheesecake cupcakes for $26. Says it serves 6. That's barely going to serve my 3 year old. Whelp never doing that again.
