Always great pizza and service! Great lunch spot. Many slices and slice deals available. Sicilian and New York styles - both good!
My first time, and I will definitely be back! The ranch for the salad is most definitely handmade and delicious! Has the perfect kick of seasonings, and the salad was the perfect size for lunch with 2 slices. The pizza is a literal throwback to my trips in New York. Thin crust with plenty of cheese...and an edge thats crispy and doughy at the same time. 👌 The after taste on your lips lets you know it was flavored just right and leaves you wanting another slice! Pretty great deal for $9 bucks! My next trip I will be trying the garlic knots...as I have a weakness for some doughy delicious knots. - cant go wrong folks...give em a try!
This is the second best pizza place I have found since leaving NY! Exactly how it made in NY!

This a regular lunch stop for me. Two slices and a soda for very reasonable price. Pizza variety is excellent, and they are all very tasty. The owner Raul is a great guy, and they have a really good product. We also have them cater our office quite often, and they never disappoint!
My absolute go to favorite pizza spot. Always stop in when im in the area!
This place has been my go-to lunch spot for the last 3 years. It's a great mom and pop place with awesome East Coast style pizza you can get by the slice or whole. Can't beat 2 slices and a drink for under $10.
Went in for dinner after a long day and honestly it was a pretty solid experience overall. The place had a relaxed vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to sit and enjoy your food. I ordered a classic pepperoni and a slice of veggie, and both were cooked well with a nice crust, not too soggy. Cheese tasted fresh and the sauce wasn’t overly sweet, which I liked. Service was friendly, though it took a few extra minutes during the rush, but nothing annoying.
I'm from New York and this is good pie.....best I've eaten in san diego. I'm a retired fat kid i love food this is amazing pie. If you leave a review and cry about it being oily eat a salad real pie has grease goin down your arms. Cali folks just don't know real NY pie !!!!!!!!!! I live mad far away and I will stop by from now on any time I pass this joint

Food was pretty good, randomly pricey for whatever reason. Service wasn't bad they noted help was wanted but other than that I would do it again, but the pricing for a slice of pizza by itself seemed to be close to $4-$5 unless you ordered a lunch special which was 2 slices and drink $ 8.50 3 slices and drink for $11. Deff better than one slice. Pizza doe not bad cooked with a light crunch like it should.
05/06/2022 I ordered the lunch special 3 slices and soda for $8.75. I got the meat bomb, pepperoni and pesto slices. The crust is thin and crunchy. The meat slices were a little greasy. The soda I got from the fountain machine tasted off. Like the fountain dispenser wasn't cleaned or the water needed to be filtered. There is indoors and outdoors seating. Located in a shopping plaza with an Aldi and other stores and restaurants. Decent sized parking lot. I would definitely come back for more slices. #cheapeats #nomadlife #stealthcamping
Great pizzas. 2 slices, a drink and tax for $7. Friendly staff. It was my first time eating here but the pizza tasted good, like NY-style pizza.
They do a good job around mira mesa area ..i have ordered thrice and always had good experience here..they load a lot of toppings normally but extra toppings are charged extra here..also they will load up with cheese if we dont say go easy on cheese ..lol..since i am a vegetarian i tried only veggie pizza and they are pretty good..the crust is decent ..yet to try thier different sauces and other types of pizzas..and price is fine and service is very friendly too..

I gave Knockout Pizzeria two tries — once grabbing a slice, and another time ordering a couple fresh pies to see how it holds up straight out of the oven. The staff member was super friendly and I appreciated how affordable the menu is, especially with some solid deals. Delivery time was as expected. That said, the pizza itself didn’t quite land for me. The single slice I bought tasted a bit stale (would not recommend), and even the fresh pie I got for my office team members, while better, was very greasy and had quite a bit of flop. The crust has a nice thin base and some flavor, but it was a bit chewy. They all told me to not order from here again. :( I think if they baked the pizzas a little longer, cut down on the oil, and used fresher ingredients, this place could really shine — even if it meant raising the price a bit. Right now, it feels like budget pizza, and personally, I’d rather just grab a slice at Costco. But with a few improvements, it has the potential to be something great.
Not bad not great. Pizza was really tasty but wish it would have stated no sauce on uber eats menu. Wings were soggy, which some may like wings like that. The flavor was not really buffalo in my opinion. It would be nice to be able to order crispier wings. Ziti could use some more flavor, something was off. Cannoli filling was great! Shell was on the soft side which I get it, it's a prep thing. I didn't like the fact that my tiramisu was frozen...like almost frozen solid 😑 ok and come on burnt cookies that's just not caring about your customers and laziness! Oh the picture, that's the only cookie that was semi-edible. The others were black and were immediately tossed in the trash can before I could get a pic. This place could step it up and be great but unfortunately it's just ok. Make more of your own food! I can go buy a bag of wings at the grocery store! Would I eat here again, probably not for dinner. I could see myself getting a slice and soda for lunch though.

Great pizza but half of the wings were completely raw in the middle. Called to let them know and the guy on the phone didn't believe us, claiming they get them pre-cooked. Didn't offer any sort of resolution.

I ordered online for 11.45 delivery, no one showed up, I waited then called at 12.05 and was informed that other catering jobs were already in line before me... Then I was told food would be delivered in 20m, nobody there at 12.30 so I went to pick up the order myself. Pizza was for 10 of my employees, we weren't eating until about 12.45. This looked really bad on me. I was only refunded the delivery fee, no apology or no other compensation. If you would have just called me when I placed the order to tell me it was going to be delivered later that would have been fine. Poor communication and you didn't even attempt to address the inconvenience.
Went at 4 o’clock pizza was sitting in the glass container looked like it was made hours ago he threw it in the oven. Not the best but was 9 bucks for two slices and a drink

I've been here for a food delivery service twice now. Can't talk about how the food tastes but the tables were all dirty both times. The first time I was in they forgot an item and when I told them, they basically accused me of lying and made it difficult. Both times I've been in, the man who looks like the manager/owner rolled his eyes at me when I said I was picking up for a food delivery service. I don't care how the food tastes, your customer service sucks. Currently two employees talking behind the counter and the manager/owner sitting on his laptop while literally EVERY table is dirty.

Horribly greasy and overpriced for the quality. When you pickup your slice of pizza and have to pat it down with napkins because there is a pool of grease on top, that aint right.
We got there 30 minutes before closing and they started pulling all the pizzas off the shelf even though they weren’t closed or busy. They clearly didn’t want our service. A bunch of young workers that were rude and inconsiderate. We brought our service to Pizza Port.
I used to come here regularly on my work break when i worked across the street. I stopped coming after leaving my job but came in the other day for old times sake. I ordered my usual pepperoni slice and garlic knots and i noticed there was a fresh pepperoni pie but the worker tried to give me a slice from the older looking one. I kindly asked “can i have a slice from the other pie?” He looked at me as if i asked for $100 and then reluctantly gave me the slice i wanted. Terrible customer service and also my same order that was around $9 is now $12. I won’t be coming here anymore and i genuinely hope this place goes out of business i don’t know how it hasn’t happened yet
