my favorite boba!! I love that they let you add cream to anything for less than a dollar and that they have actual rose petals in their rose tea!! soooo good. wish there were more locations!

Decent tea. I got the Sun Moon Lake Black Tea Limeade and it basically tasted like a HK-style lemon tea. Service is pretty quick.

Had the Thai milk tea with boba. Tasted good. Service was quick enough .located in a convenient location in the mall.

This is inside the mall and can order via line or via tablet next to it. Tried Vietnamese coffee and was amazing . Thing i liked d most compared to others for Vietnamese coffee is we can add toppings to it such as boba, jelly etc.. Give it a shot and btw love the cups

Kids loved this for milk tea. It’s pretty good and prices is very reasonable. Parking is good because it’s mall. I do recommend this place.

I think it’s average at best! The price is also average! Not too expensive! I got their strawberry iced milk with boba and egg pudding and I liked it. Not too sweet. But the boba was a little undercooked. Flavor of the strawberry was a tad bit artificial but the egg pudding and the milk was really good. Ill try a fruit tea next time, and maybe Ill update my review

Stopped by this spot as I felt parched, and was charmed by the sleek green hanging lamps - very ‘Instagram in a good mood’. Tried the rose soda which was refreshing, but a bit on the flat side. Flavor-wise still pleasant and light. Service was quick-ish. Location is good-ish, tucked inside Westfield Valley Fair, so it is convenient.

The new boba store inside Westfield Valley Fair (near movie theater), the decorations are cute. But boba drink is okay, average.

As a boba tea enthusiast, I cannot recommend Lucky Tea. I give them high marks for branding (its a great corner location, their drinks present nicely in uniquely shapped cups and great colors) but they taste no where as good as they look. The flavors are generally flat for the variety of drinks I've tried, in addition the boba was tough (not fresh boba is a very big no no). If at the mall walk by and look, but only look.

Tried their black crema tea and it was pretty bad. In addition the staff member taking our order was extremely impatient in answering questions even though they were pretty empty at that point. Bad tea + bad service.

Trust the reviews and go to any of the 999 other bubble tea places at valley fair… I got the coffee coconut drink. The lowest sugar option was a 25% (I asked an employee if 0% was possible). Not sure if this is just the 25% or if it’s because I asked, but the drink was so much sweeter than my friends drink at 50% sugar that I’m certain it’s not 25%. I feel sick from it, terrible. TLDR; they don’t pay attention to the specifications on your order. Expect to be disappointed.

I’ve been a Lucky tea customer for several years. Whenever I come to the mall, this is where I go. But lately the quality has gone down. I think today they hit the bottom. The boba is mushy. The tea has no flavor. It’s just downright yucky. I will not return.

today I saw staff being extremely rude and passive aggressive to a customer just trying to order and when I received my boba it was at best average, would not go here again.

I am so insanely upset. I just went to this place. Customer service was terrible. The person was yelling in my face and I am not even kidding. I was on the verge of tears because I was so stressed out and I was just trying to get my Boba and she was just standing there yelling at me because I didn't know if I wanted Jasmine tea or the other tea. My boba tastes watered down and terrible. I got added Boba and I think I have about seven pieces of Boba in my cup and there soggy. I'm so upset and I honestly would love to take further action because my feelings are really hurt and I feel like I was targeted. All the workers were just laughing in the corner when we got there and when we were trying to order, they just seem so passive aggressive and it was honestly just like the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I spent money and now I have to throw all my Boba away because it tastes so bad even after I told them to fix it they just cannot fix it. That's how bad it is. I was there around 4:20 on october 9. Do better.
