My family enjoys the egg puff mochi. We like the sesame, chocolate, and the matcha egg puff mochi flavors. We can also adjust the sweetness levels of some of the drinks. For some of the drinks, the sweetness levels can be reduced to 50%, 25%, or 0%. For some of the other drinks, the flavors are pre-mixed, so the flavors cannot be adjusted. I like the Jasmine Pandan drink with coconut milk and 0% sugar. We order the drinks and food items on-line and pick up at the store.

I was skeptical of another boba place that would be priced around the good ones, but was sincerely amazed 😅. The price for milk teas is 3.50. I haven't seen a price that decent for boba shops for a long time. A lot of their drinks are original and bring a different experience (seasonal drinks keeps flavors changing and new). FOOD: Rose Milk Tea with House made Rose Jelly - The flavors of the rose are noticable without being overbearing. The floral aromatic notes of the rose compliments the sweet and creaminess of the milk tea very well. All this being said, I usually never enjoy rose flavored anything because the rose flavor is usually very strong and taste like perfume to me. However SincereTea has made as pleasant as it can be for drinking. Berry Merry Special Tea - A sweet cold drink to cool off when it is hot. The strawberry popping boba gives this drink a fun and sweet burst. I get boba all the way to then end of the drink unlike other boba shops that either give you too much leaving you with excess boba &no tea left or not enough boba and a lot of tea left leaving you unsatisfied. The ratio of boba to tea is perfect. Hot Hibiscus Herbal Black Tea with Orange Slices & Mint. - The hot black tea warms my heart. The flavors of the orange slices add sweet and citrus notes to the tea while the mint, not being overpowering, is refreshing contrast to the tea. Not the biggest fan of mint or hibiscus. However, I would come back for this again. Perfect way to warm up on. Green Tea Mochi Egg Puff - I am a very big fan of matcha and enjoy the strong and bitter taste of tea. However the matcha in the egg puff is not overpowering, but subtle and eases its flavor onto the palate. The sweetness of the egg puff negate any bitterness from the matcha leaving this egg puff very easy to eat. STAFF: Friendly and inviting. The owner also is very open to questions and can answer what is popular, drinks that go for specific taste preferences. SHOP: The ambiance of this place makes this a new favorite place of mine. It's clean and very welcoming. The music selection makes it very mellow and stress free (Nujabes 👍). The only complaint I would have is that when the blender or another machine is being used, the motor is very loud. I do understand this is a tea shop and the use of a blender or other machines with motors is required.

I wish there were more locations in the Bay Area! There used to be one in Walnut Creek but it seems like that one closed. I loved the cloud series, especially the taro blueberry one. It was pretty much like eating a nice cake! The strawberry rhubarb one was great too though a little too sour for me (nice for the summer). The jasmine milk tea was also super fragrant and the rose jelly was delicious on it.

The specialtea drinks all sounded good. I got kumquat elixir. It comes with butterfly pea tea, kumquat, lemon, green tea, and mango crystal boba but I swapped the topping for rainbow jelly. I also liked the atmosphere inside. It was peaceful. I would come again!

I am genuinely so impressed by this boba! They have a whole map of their teas and what flavor palette each one is. The actual tea was such high quality and delicious, and the boba was very good too. They have a large menu as well. The staff was pretty nice, we just ordered at the Kiosk though. The inside is a little small and uninspiring, but there are seats which is nice!

Hands down the best milk tea in the area. Average price point, but great quality. You can tell from the fresh tea flavor in your drink. It's good to know they source their tea from Kaoshiung Taiwan. What's best is that you can avoid the long lines compared to other tea shops in the bay area. We had light roasted oolong tea with tapioca pearls. The delicate and rich tea aroma and chewy boba were delightful. We're so glad we found this low key local place. We also got a black sesame mochi egg puff, which was so delicious with mochi in every bite. Such a pleasant treat. Order online and then pick up at the counter may be the quickest way for grab and go, otherwise they got some seats outside, indoor by the window or ones paired with outlets. We would love to come back again.

Delicious high quality tasting tea! Boba balls are amazing quality too and have a great chew. The amosphere is relaxing with soft interiors and lighting. Fun for a group of friends or family to get together or for a solo trip. I got the merry berry drink and I would get again. Less sweetness was the perfect amount. Only downside was that a lot of the food was sold out by noon and it took a long time to wait for the drink, but there was little staff so it was understandable. Would still come again!

It had great customer service showing the amounts of caffeine each tea which was good but the boba was frozen but still pretty good for frozen boba and atmosphere were all the locals gathered up there

After we ordered 4 drinks we were informed they had no tapioca balls. We ordered on the in-store kiosk. Why didn’t they mark it as not available? They said they could substitute with jelly’s but the whole point of ordering boba is the boba! Since we already paid and were waiting before they told us, we just had them substitute. It was horrible.
