I've tried many wings all around SD. This place by far is the best! I did notice many of the chains are slightly different (some offer different things like added minced garlic while others don't) but besides that, you can expect to be satified! Try the Chicken strips meal with Medium buffalo sauce and minced garlic! I get mine well done, but let me tell you... its amazing!

Hands down THE BEST Epic Wings (Wings-N-Things) location in all of San Diego County! They have a clean, large sized, remodeled interior with multiple TVs to watch sports, seating for large groups, outdoor seating, and even a bar. The staff is friendly and most importantly, the food is consistently fresh and great tasting each and every time I've been here. 10 stars if it were up to me.

Always a treat, Epic Wings has amazing food. Great service as well, when I ask for extra sauce, it is delivered! I typically get the Double Meal with 8 Tenderloin Strips but lately I have been getting Epic Fries which is crispy fresh-cut fries with melted cheese and boneless buffalo chicken, finished with chipotle/ranch dressing. I have also got a single order of the Buffalo Chicken Pizza Sticks which is buffalo sauce, melting cheese and boneless buffalo chicken on our fresh-baked bread sticks, with ranch for dipping. Always great unhealthy food here!

Upon arriving, there was a line of about 6 people who all were attended very quickly by the employees behind the register. What definitely stood out was how inviting and helpful Julian was. I dined in and observed as Julian went around several times asking all patrons, myself included, if everything was to their satisfaction. He maintained his friendly disposition and contagious enthusiasm the entire time which made the visit that much more enjoyable. We had a brief conversation and I was on my way. He's a solid addition to the Epic Wings team. Give him a raise! Good job Julian!

My favorite place to get wings since the days of wings n things. I’m very happy to have a location so close to me. The food is great and consistent quality in my experience. The staff seems to take it pretty easy, no sense of urgency and not exceptionally eager to engage with customers who are trying to navigate their menu which has been ongoing continuous changes. When you finally get your food it’s such a relief and your reminded why it’s worth visiting again and again. I also appreciate the rotating deals and offers they have for menu items. Great franchise and excited for their growth I just hope the staff at this location can go through more customer service training.

Big fan of this place, even the medium sauce can get me to sweat. I suggest calling your order in, as the wait time can be a little long. There is a bar in this one, which is great, though the service can be a bit slow at the bar as well. Food is consistently good. The place is really clean as are the restrooms. Only recommendation is to make sure the plastic utensils are full. Kind of hard to stab a strip of chicken with a spoon

Wings are amazing. Definitely a great place to get wings. The staff are great, courteous and nice. Room for improvement: the tables are always dirty when we’ve been in there. It’s a bit of a pain to get someone to clean them, only because they are so busy. They were eager to do it when they could but didn’t get the booths that were also dirty and it took about 10 min wait to get to sit down because of this. It would be efficient and helpful to have sanitizer and cloths or napkins to wipe the tables ourselves. 🙏 thank you

The only reason I wouldn't be giving this place a 4 star is because of how much grease the chicken sit in... I wasnt expecting my chicken to be swimming home with us.. it was a lot to be frank. However that being said once you got past all that the flavor is very good. The breadsticks were very good to dip in the remaining garlic parmesan seasoning at the bottom of the dish! The people there were super friendly! Over all a good company.. but just the amount of grease from frying the chicken is my only complaint.

Took nearly 45 minutes to get a simple order of chicken wings. Non peak hours. People who arrived later than us managed to get their orders first. Putting cashiers at the front door who don't know anything other than how to take your money slows things down. Oh but she was just waiting to clock out but neglected to tell us that or acknowledge us. Only to discover you need to order at the bar. I'm sure it's a great place most of the time and I'm sure it's more organized too. Yeah maybe not.

Don’t waste your money here. Yes the costumer service is amazing. Very friendly and always helpful but the food is awful. The wings are terrible. You’re better off grabbing sandwich at Ralph’s. I’m super disappointed, it was my first time giving epic wings a chance I just wish it was better tasting.The bread was okay it was warm. The carrots and celery was the only pleasant thing that tasted great.

Probably my least favorite Epic Wings location. Upon entering staff were quite busy being on their phones, one of them even rolled their eyes out upon taking our order. Some great customer service I tell you. Food was digestable. Wings and breadsticks felt like they were microwaved warm and seasoned to cover it up. Blue Cheese had a odd taste to it, possibly expired. I didn't complain because I was out with someone, and we were trying to enjoy the best of the situation. Won't take this location into future considerations. I highly recommend their locations in Escondido!

Ordered take out and the service was fine, the main problem was with the food. The wings had very little sauce, only a small pool on the bottom, and the sauce itself (medium buffalo) was flavorless and bland.

Waited over 5 mins to be served. Got the wings with BBQ sauce. Tasted awful and was floating in the stuff.

I am only giving it two stars because my previous experiences here have been good. Today on the other hand was very disappointing. I came here today during my lunch break and ordered buffalo chicken fries. Some of the chicken pieces were raw and hard chew so I gathered the courage to let them know there was an issue. The young man that addressed the situation was very apologetic and asked if I wanted a new order and I politely accepted. After 10 minutes Kevin came out to give me my new orders and he did not look happy about my complaint. Now this time the chicken was super crispy and the fries were rock hard to the point that I could not stick my fork through them. I hesitated to address the issue because I had noticed Kevin was upset about it but decided to inform Kevin because at that point my lunch was over and had only gotten a few bits. When I informed Kevin he got upset and said "Oh now they are too hard?!" I did not want to argue with him and at that point needed to get back to work. I feel like he could have handled that situation a lot better by not taking it personal.

How do you make a lightly crisp fries that are still cold in the center? The veggies are soo drenched in water that it wouldn't even pick up the blan ranch they make. Not pleased at all. The bread sticks were the best part of the meal. I threw the rest of it in the trash. My dinner plans were an epic failure.

The food has gone down in quality, chicken is often dry and under-sauced so are the fries with are my wife’s favorite item to eat here for years. My wife and I have been coming here since we started dating and often order the same items and it’s definitely worse. We ordered from Doordash and our order was stacked with another order (not the restaurant's fault, and we aren't rating the for that). The original Doordash order was canceled and we reordered. When our food got here we could immediately tell that Epic Wings didn't make us a fresh order! They sent us the old order that was canceled. We know this because there was three times as much sauce, the dressings were HOT from sitting in the bag so long and so were the carrots and breadsticks!!! We threw away the mayonnaise based dressing to avoid FOOD POISONING. The wings were drenched in dressing (the container was half full AFTER I removed the wings! Soggy skin, just really GROSS!

This location needs a competent manager The floor by the soda dispenser is a sticky mess. We ordered on line with a 20 minute delivery time. After arrival we still had a 15 minute wait. Your employees walk around like lost zombies waiting for directions.

We ordered A large order and they again didn't package the food correctly and all the sauce fell out in bag spilling out in my car and home. Can someone please make this right? This is the second time you do this and it's not appreciated and it's an inconvenience. Thank you

I love wings but this wings vere ruined by that terrible vinegar sauce what they called mild or just trying to cover that rotten smell of the cooked wings? At least the bread and the veggies are fresh not trash. Place looks great staff nice but sauce terrible. I just finishing my experience reviews weeks later and still feel terrible about epic wings. Don't do that for your self. Save your self from terrible experience. When you want to eat great wings find some place where they really know about it and of course please let me know where is that place I'll be there ASAP. I was waiting there for 10 min for my order that was already made . The people working were too busy talking to their friend . Like do the pay you to be attentive to the orders that are coming out or just playing around with your coworker and friend ? When he finally decided to pay attention to me … I told him how come you didn’t give me my order if it was easy 10 min ago ? He responded and said we called it but no response……. Okay but if you see someone standing there for 10 min you are not going to ask if I need help . Horrible experience. Also I was the only one waiting. No excuse. He never called my order . So frustrating

We just picked up strips from here yesterday for dinner. I dont know understand what has changed but something was off. The sauce is not the same it was not good at all. The worse part is that i was really craving it and we paid so much for the family meal since the prices went up and it was just not worth the $40 we spent. Even the blue cheese tasted different.

Will never go back! Very disappointed in the customer service from Stacy. There was a misunderstanding at the register in which I did not receive what I wanted and after I asked to get it remade she was very rude. As an employee in customer service, your job is to make sure the customer receives what they wanted. Regardless of the type of misunderstanding that took place. Ashley was the cashier that helped me out and was very helpful. A cook that was walking by was in shock by the way in which Stacey spoke to me. She should not be working in customer service. She acted like the food that was remade came out of her pocket. Very unprofessional employee! As a manager at another restaurant, I can tell this employee should not be working here. This is the first time I ever write a review but it was most definitely deserved! Terrible experience

I asked for the smallest family pack, and I was told that they don't make the family packs this late . The young man at the counter also said that all orders at this time were only to go . I worked and work with restaurants as vendor. I am sure that the owners and investors would not agree with this type of service. Employees get paid from us spending our money here . I am not from the area, so I was so let down that I could not try and experience the food here and be able to share it with you .

At home, the order was completely wrong for items and value, so I called, she put me on hold for 15 minutes, when finally she picked up and I was explaining the item was wrong, she said "you asked for Nicole and I gave you that" and hanged up. Actually she gave me Zion instead of Ryan.
