Great bagels, toasted properly, and with a fair amount of cream cheese. I've been to this location a few times and have not been disappointed. I usually toast it a little more on my own since I take it to go. They do bagels well.

In the two times I stopped by to eat there, the service was extremely fast and the Garden avocado Bagel was right on the spot.

I love Noah's bagels the lox are delicious. As long as they don't run out of onion bagels they are good in my book. The price for the lox was a good deal. Definitely go when I am in the area.

Pretty good food and service. I love that it's right along Ventura Blvd. Metered parking right in front. Bagels can be a bit soft unless you make sure you ask for well-toasted bagels. Sandwiches a pinch pricey, but their coffee and hot chocolate are pretty good.

Maybe instead of getting mad at the employee's look at the customers. They get mad for the littlest things they don't have the bagles you want. ? Call ahead of time so they can hold the bagles you want in instead of complaining to them why they ran out. I'm a customer and I see alot people give bad reviews about this place. . Go ahead go to western bagles where they charge yous 50 cents to toast your bagles. But complain about being charged extra for sides.

Two reasons for giving it a 4 star . #1 they always seem to run out of my fav plain bagel at about 12 noon. #2 they got rid our their deli counter where they have whitefish spread and chopped liver! I miss those .

Last time I went (the only time this specific scenario happened), I had to interrupt 3 employees with their backs to the counter because no one would even acknowledge I was there. I could see my bag behind the counter so just needed them to hand it to me. Ordering on the app, I don't expect much from the employees regarding customer service, but it has been fairly hit or miss every time I've gone in... sometimes it's fabulous, sometimes I think it's not worth the drive to stand and wait while my order gets cold because the employees don't want to be there. But... I always go back because of the quality of the food!

Good east coast style bagels that are very good. Coffee is good too. I dinged you guys because I cannot order over the phone, and the staff can lack urgency in getting people in and out. I am busy, and usually on my way to the office, so I have 0.00 time to be wasted. Perhaps it's because I only go there on a Sunday, but please be advised that you are at work, and that some of us are also working too.

Good for a quick breakfast in Sherman Oaks. They can be inconsistent with quality of the food; never inedible or anything like that but bagels can be either barely warm or way too toasted. And they have a hard time keeping bagels made sometimes. There have been multiple occasions where we'll go in at 9 or 10 am and their selection is almost non existent. Good coffee and friendly service though!

I don’t often leave google reviews, but Noah please remove this awful excuse of a “hash brown” from your menu. It’s a disgusting ball of mushy potato and cheese. Just do a normal hash brown people, cmon. Bagel sandwich was also just fine.

Great bagels. Incredibly disappointing to arrive at 10am on a Sunday and have them be out of over half their varieties of bagels. Pretty sure the staff was stoned. Moving at half speed and 0 cares about anything. But again, great bagels and tried stuff we probably normally would not have bought as a result of inventory issues.

Had good times and some bad times. My last experience was today. Got a very simple order but they managed to screw it up. Worst part about it, it was to go, so by the time you get home it's quite annoying. The amazing part was when I went back they doubted my complains by asking, did we even charged you for that. When I presented the receipt, no apology was followed!! I don't get it, you have one of the easiest job in the world! Follow an order on a screen. Bagel and cream cheese. With pickle on the side. No cream cheese or pickle. Idiots.

Never again I will step in this place. This is for the Sherman Oaks area the employees are not happy hence the way they prepare the bagels. I'd rather go to Western Bagel I never had a problem there. In my Approach as a business owner, poor unhappy employees is bad for your business.

Been here multiple times. Usually they are out of coffee. You have to wait minutes and ask them to make a new batch. Staff incompetent. Don't check the coffee, cream, milk. Coffee counter always dirty. You would expect there's coffee at coffee shop

I was a big fan of this place because the food is good but the customer service has gone down hill. They got my order wrong and then got the order wrong again!!! and then they blamed me. The manager is very bad at running the place.

On a Sunday morning at 10AM, Noah's was out of savory bagels with no plans to make more until 12ish. How is a bagel shop out of bagels?

It was unbelievable to watch how the employees behave, especially Stephanie, so much screaming at the customers, poisoning the cafe environment.

Great bagels... when they have them. The past 4 times I went there I walked out empty-handed and took my business down the street to Crave. If you want a nice gourmet bagel (I don’t go to a bagel place for a plain bagel...) past 11am, good luck!- their trays will be for the most part empty. It’s a shame, really; if they carried their products more consistently they’d attract far more business

Found three hairs in one sandwich — that’s just awful.

Incompetent staffs who cannot place an order. I waited an hour for my order and came to store to find out that the order is not in. And i have to wait an hour and half more to get my order. Instead of my actual order (bagels) they offered to bake me the batter that was left in the steamer for too long. Will that become bagels? NO. They said it would look like a ball. I didnt know that the store was called Noah's Balls. They have failed to do a simple job of taking an order and preparing it for a customer. And their attempt to resolve their failure is to commit to their failure and give me products that does not meet the standard. Overall, this is the worst noah's bagels and quite possibly worst customer service.

They ignored my attempt to phone in my order, with no exaggeration, 11 times. When I arrived there was one person waiting. So I have to give the customer service negative stars. The food is pedestrian and certainly not worth being treated this poorly.

The staff at most branches are always helpful and accommodating, and the store at Sherman Oaks is the worst. Recently, the situation here escalated. When they violated the hygiene rules when making the sandwich, which we caught. Instead of apologizing or simply redoing it, the workers acted obnoxious, especially the supervisor Stephanie.

The order is always taken correctly with a big “NO cheese” written on it but clearly whoever makes the bagels does not read the order. I just ran into this issue this morning and received a new sandwich, this time WITHOUT the egg whites which was also CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE ORDER. I’ve dealt with this for too long not to say anything on a public forum. I’ve contacted corporate a few times about this but never heard anything back. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.
