Excellent food at reasonable prices. Pretty fast service outside of peak times. Good iced tea. McAllisters is consistent across locations. Plenty of parking and you can order ahead. Convenient to highway 82 and local shopping. Kids menu is great. If you need a quick meal or a sit down dinner this is the place.

I placed an order through DoorDash. I ordered the half Caesar salad, half sandwich, cookie, and bowl of fruit. Everything was delicious. I can't give a review of inside the restaurant because I wasn't there.

Although it was difficult to get through due to road construction (not their fault), I was glad I stopped for lunch. I ordered the twofer-always get the cuban sandwich and the savannah salad. This visit, I also ordered tthe wild berry lemonade and the berry cheesecake. The lemonade was pretty good, but the cheesecake was delicious!

Today was my first time there with my family. The inside is huge first off so i was a little shocked because it doesn't look like it from the outside. Its very roomy so you dont have to worry about being in close contact to other people if you dont want to. Very clean. I liked their kids menu for my kids. One got a turket melt with chips and the other got a personal cheese pizza with a side of fruit. I got the king club with a side of broccoli cheddar soup. The sandwich was huge i couldn't finish it all so i took the rest home. My husband got the BLTA(bacon,lettuce,tomato, avacado) with a side of baked potato soup and we shared a blackberry lemonade. It all tasted so good. There was hardly a wait when we went. If you haven't eaten here yet it's a must try. You'll leave full and happy. We will definitely be coming back

We stopped in for a quick lunch in the food came out as ordered piping hot. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. We will definitely be back.

Nice to be able to get a half sandwich with an awesome small salad...for just under $10. Great for lunch. Also, very well done pulled pork nachos.

In my to-go order, I asked for a large Mac and cheese for $5.50 and a kids Mac and cheese for $3.99. They are basically the same size serving, in an 8oz cup. The person I spoke with said “there is just a little more in one of the cups.” What a rip off! Same thing with the additional large fruit cup I ordered.

We ate here for the first time since they opened last night. Our kids loved it and my husband and I really enjoyed our sandwiches. However there were 2 very long hairs in my nachos. This was very off putting and I just ate my sandwich. I really hate this because it seemed like a place we would make one of our regular spots.

Stopped in at 8:54pm and ordered a to-go meal. All I heard was terrible language as the staff was just standing around and BSing. Everything up to and including the F bomb - all while the manager was standing there partaking in most of the conversation. Can't even stop into a restaurant (not fast food mind you) without having to listen to this crap.

I'm not sure what rating to give this place. I really like their food, but twice now I've found something in my salad. First a fly, now a hair. I told Allison the manager, but she didn't seem to care and didn't do anything about it. My mom and I eat there on a regular basis, but I'm not sure if I will be spending anymore money here. I'm sad to leave this review. I wish it were better.

We stopped in tonight to grab a quick bite to eat as I’m in this location three times plus a week. Decided that we wanted to potentially just get a soup and sandwich. I ask for a tablespoon size sample of the tomato soup and the potato soup . Again, just to try being that it was gonna be half of our meal and I wanted to make sure we was getting something that I would enjoy Which in any other restaurant I’ve ever been in that has never been a problem however Toni, the manager for tonight knows nothing of Customer Service and the answer was no we do not give samples. I said Toni. I’m purchasing two of soup and sandwiches. I just wanna make sure we get the right soup that we’re going to enjoy and he didn’t say sorry I can’t help you. It was We don’t do that.. So unless someone from corporate and McAllister’s reaches out to me, I will most definitely never attend this restaurant again and Toni needs a quick lesson and what hospitality looks like being that that’s the industry he’s in there was no sorry or anything else with it just no very dry , and not very forward facing Customer Service based type of manager. This was on a Friday night with McAllister’s Maybe had four people in the whole restaurant and your manager over a tablespoon small ramekin sample of soup sent two paying customers to another restaurant because he didn’t want to give out a sample table spoon size of soup before we ordered to see which one we would like. I find that completely ridiculous and most definitely was on a bit of a Power trip and non-accommodating. Quick update as I have in the past had no problems receiving a sample of soup from a restaurant down the road prior to ordering Toni take note my man. Although this was much larger than the small tablespoon that I was asked Toni for this is what hospitality looks like.

Before I start this review I want to preference this by saying that I almost NEVER post negative reviews because I feel like there is enough of that online but my service yesterday on Saturday 01/31/2026 was really terrible, very embarrassing, and actually quite troubling. I came in about 5:30 on a Saturday and the restaurant was not busy. There was one family of four in front of me that was taking some time to order and get their drinks from the cashier. When they were just about done another employee that I could hear talking while I was waiting in line finally decided to take my order at a different separate register. I placed what I thought was fairly simple order for ultimate nachos to go and a kids salad to go. I politely asked for the nacho toppings to be placed on the side and not on the chips as I was driving about 45 minutes and didn’t want the chips to get soggy. It seemed pretty straight forward and an easy request to me (I get it all the time at other locations). Given the proximity of the restaurant to the highway the restaurant should be used to simple accommodations for people who are traveling. But I guess not. The cashier seemed flustered and unsure of what I wanted, the young woman working in the kitchen was openly as confused and irritated. I could see her rolling her eyes and making faces through the pickup window. And her and the cashier were going back and forth with smart comments and giving me dirty looks. I must have tried to explain what I requesting 5/6 times since the people working couldn’t understand what I was asking for and kept asking me questions. Then another young woman came over (she must have been some sort of lead) to “help” and I tried again to politely explain what I needed she wasn’t much help either. Fast forward to waiting about 15-20 minutes for my order while restaurant staff stared and made rude comments under their breath. I did see an older silver haired gentleman working whom could have been the manager did not attempt to help with the order or check on what the delay with my order was. It actually pretty disappointing that the staff working was comfortable enough to act the way they were in front of what I think might be their manager/supervisor. Once I received my food I checked it for accuracy since the staff seemed so confused by my order and the order was missing food and the order was taken incorrectly. One staff member turned their back to me to make rude comments to the other people working when I walked back up to the counter to request the missing food and I was treated with open hostility instead of any sort of apology for not giving me all my food. Later on my way home after I left the restaurant I realized I never received my kids drink. All of that on top of being embarrassed by how staff was acting towards me in front of incoming guests. What a really terrible and upsetting experience. I wonder if the people working understand how hard people work for their money (I had just got off work) and how much of a luxury eating out is for a lot of people right now, myself included. There are a lot of restaurants in proximity to this area and I would recommend going to any off them except this deli. The staff at this location is out of control and openly hostile towards guests.

Wow 45$ call in order, pretty much a waste. Call in order. 1/2 strawberry salad,4chz grill on chibata, tater soup, club sandwich, blt... Salad, ok. 4chz. Grill. Horrible. Chz not even melted and maybe just two slices of chz. What folding over a slice makes it two pieces of chz?! BLT. I DON'T THINK THIS IS EVEN BACON? Def not cooked properly. Just half eaten. Hope my stomach makes it thru the night. Potato soup. Meh.... 40$ bag of groceries would have been a better bet.
