The cheesecake factory never fails. Consistent food everywhere. You always can expect good customer service, amazing breads and a thick book for you to study at home and come prepared to order :) . Today we went with the bistro burger and the shrimp scampi. Those were delicious. And as always for us, no space left for dessert, which is their specialty.
I had a really great experience yesterday for my mom's 70th birthday. The server was also Amazing and always checked on us, kept up with our drinks, everything. I was very impressed by the extremely WIDE variety of food there and my favorite item so far is the honey truffle chicken. Absolutely delicious. Definitely will be going back. Also, the architecture of the place is BEAUTIFUL 👌🏼
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ THE BEST MEAL OF OUR LIVES! If I could give The Cheesecake Factory 10 stars, I would. No, scratch that—100 stars. Maybe even a Nobel Prize in Culinary Excellence. We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Ashley, and let me tell you, if there were an Olympic event for customer service, she'd take home the gold. Right from the start, we made an unusual but simple request: "Please, make sure our food is HOT." Not "barely warm" hot. Not "lukewarm at best" hot. We wanted piping, steam-rising, fresh-off-the-stove hot. And Ashley delivered. When our plates hit the table, I swear I saw a faint mirage from the heat waves. My fork hesitated out of respect. The steam rising off the pasta was like a scene from a Michelin-starred dream sequence. My taste buds? Completely unprepared for the life-changing moment about to unfold. Every bite was a warm hug from the universe itself. Not only was the food phenomenal, but Ashley was an absolute rockstar. She was attentive without being intrusive, funny without trying too hard, and she made sure our drinks were always topped off like we were royalty. She even laughed at our bad jokes, which is a level of customer service you just don’t see anymore. We’ve been to plenty of places where "hot food" is more of a suggestion than a reality, but The Cheesecake Factory nailed it. If you, like us, have suffered the tragedy of lukewarm restaurant food, this is your sign to RUN (not walk) to The Cheesecake Factory, find Ashley, and prepare for your faith in dining to be restored. P.S. The only regret I have is not ordering ten cheesecakes. Next time, we’re coming hungry and leaving victorious. 🍰🔥👏
Omg yes the cheesecake but the have a full bar and even better pasta than u can get from olive garden and yes they have bread ! It was the best time to go was the moon lunch specialties they are less than 15 or 20 a meal and lots to eat and choose from go here before you hit the mall ur belly wont regret it !
All my life I'd never been to The Cheesecake Factory and my friend insisted we go. I had the Georgia Peach , and oh my God is that drink dangerous! I could have so many of those. I had the shrimp scampi because even though I cook for a living and could make it at any point in time I just haven't had it in so long . It was absolutely delicious and garlicky. I wish I'd saved some of the bread to dip in the sauce . I also had to have the Adam's peanut butter cup fudge ripple cheesecake (husband's name is Adam) and wow it was so decadent! I had to stop myself from buying a whole one to take home . Our server was great and accommodating when my friend asked about low sugar cocktails and went to get info for him. The menu is also huge and have so many good things to pick from for everyone .
We sat at the high top tables in the bar area because there was such a long wait - it was a Saturday afternoon, what do you expect! I forgot to get our waitress’ name, but she was amazing! She kept calling us “my loves” so if you go and get her, you’ll know who she is! She was nothing short of amazing. Everything was right with our food, except one of our salads had croutons on them when it wasn’t supposed to, however, that wasn’t her fault because she put the order in correctly. I tried two of the nonalcoholic spritzer one was the paradise punch, and the other was a passionfruit fizz, both were great. For my food, I had the Mexi Cali salad, and I added blackened salmon, and that was delicious! !
They were having some issues when we arrived at 1pm on a Friday and they shut the store down/locked doors after we were in and told we could be served. All in all, our server was great and my bf and I enjoyed our lunch! Highly recommend the Korean Cauliflower bites as an appetizer and the Louisiana chicken pasta (tik tok made me try it), ordered with extra side of sauce! We got the original cheesecake to share and it was more than enough!
Super good! Food was delicious and their peach lemonade was amazingly refreshing. Their dip is loaded with spinach and paired well with the crispy tortilla chips. The tempura fish tacos had so much flavor. Just be wary and understanding of long wait times. They did tell me they forgot my rice and gave it to me when I finished my meal. We went on a weekend and got seated right away but had to wait around 45 minutes for our food. Other than that it was an amazing meal.
Went with friends and the food was amazing. We started off with the mac and cheese bites which were creamy and bursting with flavor. I got the chicken picatta with mashed potatoes and an extra side of green beans, and everything was cooked perfectly. I got to try my friend’s salmon and mac and cheese and everything was great. Our lovely server recommended us the tiramisu and wow it was delish!
We went to that restaurant to celebrate my son-in-law's birthday. Maycol served us, and the service was excellent; he was always attentive to our requests. The food was delicious. That's why we're giving it 5 stars.
Great restaurant. Love the variety of different cheesecakes. I ordered famous meatloaf which had too much onion flavor to my liking. Salads were all fansast.
All I can say is Steven, Steven, Steven! The service we received was exceptional, making our visit to the Cheesecake Factory truly unforgettable. Steven was incredibly attentive and patient, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the restaurant's history and its origins. My wife and I were curious about how the kitchen operates and how they manage to maintain a menu filled with fresh, scratch-made items. He answered all of our inquiries in detail, with a positive attitude that made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was as delightful as ever; we had the seafood gumbo paired with a slice of Oreo cheesecake that Steven recommended, which was absolutely perfect, especially since my wife had been craving it. Furthermore, the management team, Lori and Lindsey, is exceptional. On the day of our visit, January 11th, Lori came over and chatted with us for a significant time, during which we praised Steven's outstanding service. Today, I made it a point to reach out to you about this, but I couldn’t recall the names of Steven or Lori since more than a week has passed. So, I decided to call the restaurant for assistance. Initially, I was connected to the bakery, where a very pleasant young lady helped me. She then transferred me to one of the managers, Lindsey, and let me tell you, she was incredible. I was genuinely impressed that, even without remembering the names, she could access their system and find out who was working that day based on our seating and order details. The findings were truly astonishing. These three individuals certainly deserve acknowledgment, especially in a time when outstanding customer service is becoming increasingly uncommon. While Steven expressed that he isn’t looking for more responsibilities, it’s often those who are satisfied in their positions that truly deserve greater roles. He, along with his fellow managers, Lori and Lindsey, is truly remarkable. The service was superb, the food was delightful, and my wife and I will be back again. Great job to the three of you.
Saturday we had a reservation @ 11 for 11 people. We were seated right away and our waiter came to introduce himself. Very friendly and outgoing- his name was Chase and he deserves a raise!!! It was not easy waiting on a table of 11, however, when I say he was on point - the service was EXCELLENT! It was refreshing having excellent service because that is lacking in this day and age. His knowledge of the menu was outstanding, his personality will definitely put a smile on anyone’s face. Unbeknownst to him we were celebrating as NEWLYWEDS 🥰 the dress code was black and white so he thought we were there after a funeral 😂 he secretly asked my oldest son what the occasion was and he told him. Chase brought us a plate with a mini ice cream sundae and two candles to celebrate our wedding. It was so cute and deeply appreciated! This was by far the best experience we, including my mom (she’s hard to please 😂) have had. The food was great and Chase was a 10/10. The staff was amazing as well, everyone worked together to get all our food out as quickly as possible. We most definitely will be returning. CHASE, if you see this, I can’t thank you enough for the wonderful experience and I pray many blessings for you. Thank you ☺️
This classic cheesecake is a masterpiece of texture and flavor, striking the perfect balance between creamy richness and a delicate, buttery crust. The filling is dense yet light, offering a velvety, smooth experience that melts in your mouth. It boasts a subtle tang of high-quality cream cheese and a kiss of vanilla, without being overly sweet. The graham cracker base provides a delightful crunch, a crucial contrast to the luscious interior. Unlike some versions that can feel heavy, this cheesecake is decadent yet elegant, leaving you satisfied but eager for another bite. It’s a timeless dessert that delivers pure comfort and sophistication in every forkful. Highly recommended for any dessert lover seeking the perfect, traditional New York style experience. An absolute ten out of ten!
Cheesecake Factory never disappoints! Our server (wish I could remember his name!) was outstanding! Friendly, quick witted, knew the menu inside and out & made suggestions, checked up on us often, I can’t even say enough good things about him! Food was on point as usual, and the same Dulce de Leche Cheesecake I’ve always ordered for over 10 years was as delicious as ever.
Best food, cooked to perfection. The waitress, Ms. Sarah was very pleasant and paid attention that we had everything we asked. She came promptly to refill our strawberry and regular flavor lemonade. Also, checked on us often to see if we needed anything else. Ms. Sarah gave excellent customer service. Thank you.
Always have a consistent experience at Cheesecake Factory. Love the bread and butter. Such a huge menu, I had the corn tamale cakes.

Chase was the best server I’ve ever had!! He was on top of the service and refills and recommended the best meal I’ve ever had! The Tuscan chicken is a 10/10. Thanks for great meal’

My daughter and I enjoyed the potstickers, chicken lettuce wraps, and the fresh strawberry short cake. Kara was our server. She was friendly and attentive.

Our server seemed a little grumpy, but was polite and helpful, food was amazing, portions were huge, we're a British family and stopped off on the way back to the airport, left feeling absolutely stuffed! Wish we had one in the UK, menu choice is vast.

Portion sizes are huge! Drinks and food came out in a timely manner. Drinks were really good. Ordered the Passionfruit margarita and Passion mint fizz. Highly recommend the Egg roll sampler starter. As entrees we ordered the Chicken avocado club sandwich and the Mexican tortilla salad. Our server wasnt very attentive and the restaurant wasnt very busy.
Rebecca was amazing. We had to make few changes in our order and she remained pleasant. I had the Jamaican blackened shrimp and rice which was delicious. I requested no extra or raw onions in my food and she made sure of that. The calamari was a bit salty for us, we asked for another one with Les salt and it tasted amazing. My husband wanted the chicken Bellagio but mistakenly ordered the jambalaya which they changed with no difficulties. The cheesecake was obviously delicious. Great customer service. Would recommend. Thank you Rebecca.
Usually I have no complaints but my steak had to send it back …it was undercooked. Ordered medium well and got medium 🤨 That annoyed me a little . I got the rib eye with mashed potatoes and green beans. After it was cooked it was delicious. My cheesecake I got was the tuxedo. My neice had the Oreo and my sister got the berry bliss( which is in season right now) Overall, the experience was ok . Just make sure you go on a non busy day. Like when it just opens at 11:30 am
They have Chinese style food better than many Chinese restaurants around here. Decent value. Ability to sit outside in sun or shade or eat inside at tables or bar. No extra for bread and server was pleasant and efficient. Menu huge, perhaps too huge. Close to street if dining outside. Good people watching. Overall, great for a national wide chain.
Overall, this visit was as nice as any visit to any Cheesecake Factory location. While the food was actually quite good, the service (from hostess to our server) was what felt a bit robotic. Just doing their job, but not overly personable and engaging. Not to say that service was horrible, but it would not be the reason we’d return. We’d likely eat here again with no issue if the stars line up again, but would not be a must do either.
Portions are large, food is prepared made to order and fresh. Service is excellent and with a smile. Servers kept a cool head even with unkempt customers nearby having a hard time with their day. Food presentation is very nice but most of the things may be a little too savory, but over all very good. A lot of food choices.
Cheesecake factory is pretty solid for a restaurant with many locations and a large diverse menu. The food is not excellent, but it is good. Their lunch menu is a good deal and it tends to be less crowded at lunch. I do recommend making a reservation or calling ahead because it can get busy. I would avoid the burgers as you could get better ones at other restaurants. Stand outs are the steak medallions, the lettuce wraps, the Korean fried chicken, and of course the cheesecake. You can't eat here and leave without eating a slice of cheesecake. The cocktails are also pretty good. The service is always excellent considering it is a large restaurant that is always busy. The staff do their best to make you feel taken care off. This is a good place for a group of people who have different taste in food thanks to their wide and diverse menu.

We brought out daughter here for her 16th birthday. The server was quite rude immediately, intentionally ignoring me when I said hello to her when she walked up, avoiding eye contact with me and then addressing my wife and daughters first saying "I'll get the ladies settled first then the boys can go." I wasn't even asking for anything, just saying hello as she walked up. My wife and daughters both thought she was very rude to me, going out of her way twice to make comments about how boys are last and avoiding eye contact with me at all costs, but then being super cheerful and attentive to the girls. My wife even said "somebody is clearly a feminist" as soon as the waitress walked away. I'm a 41 year old combat veteran with disabilities from combat but my waitress just thinks I'm a "boy" that doesn't deserve her attention until the "ladies" are settled. Unfortunately, she made the ladies uncomfortable by her demeanor as they were upset with the way she was subtly disrespecting me for no reason. Additionally it was WAY too cold in there. I had to go back to the car out in the parking garage to get a coat since they sat us directly under a vent (pictured). We were all quite uncomfortable. The food wasn't even great compared to other experiences we've had in the past at Cheesecake Factory. Not sure we're coming back to this location to be condescended for no reason and frozen out again. Tell the staff to get manners and therapy for their clear hatred towards men. Too expensive for this.
This was the second time I went to the Factory. The first time was awful (Seattle location), see photo. This time it was not all that bad. Not good, not bad. I had that chicken and shrimp jambalaya pasta (sorry, no pic). Problems with this meal were I asked for extra spicy and it was not spicy at all. Being that it was a jambalaya it should have been equal chicken and shrimp, but there were only four shrimp total. The pasta was overcooked and without flavor making the noodles limp and watery. Being that this was the second time at the Factory and I was not impressed either time, it will probably be the last time going. Maybe if they dropped their menu choices down, and got good at a few items it might be a good place to eat.
The only good thing to say are the portions are large. Not overwhelming but they are a little bigger. I feel the prices on this menu are too high. That is why we're giving three stars. It's just average. You can go to other places and get just as good a service if not better and then better food. Actually quite expensive to eat here.
I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory. It's the one place that feels consistent every time I stop to eat at one. I know what to expect and the menu is large enough that there's always something good to eat. But this Cheesecake Factory was not good, in my opinion. Maybe it was an off day when I visited, but my wife and I recently moved to Tampa and we were excited to find a Cheesecake nearby. I'm every other place we lived, there's a Cheesecake every other 10 miles from each other. Tampa is NOT like that. This one is the only one in range for a long time. The service was good, as expected, but the food was not prepared right. We love ordering the Nachos, but this restaurant served it without roasted poblanos and the chicken tasted like it was seasoned with sugar instead of salt. It was awful and the flavors kept clashing with the cheese and jalapenos. The guacamole was also beginning to brown. It felt like the chef had this one sitting on the counter for a while after realizing they the chicken wasn't seasoned properly and just decided to let it go out to the next person who ordered it so as to not throw it away. It really ruined our experience and we'll have to second-guess ourselves the next time we consider Cheesecake again. At least this location.
I'm otherwise a fan of CF. They've even addressed the reputation they had for having high calories dishes. But tonight our dinner was late. Then it got later. After almost forty minutes, we managed to find our waiter who went to check. Another few minutes and a manager came to explain they "burned my food" and it would be recooked and just a bit longer. Ok, I'm fine. It's a busy night and it happens. I think I was a bit disappointed I wasn't offered a drink, a discount or even a piece of cheesecake. Wouldn't have taken much and they wouldn't have ended up with a three star review.

Party of 8 for a birthday dinner. Our appetisers were great as well as the service. Our main dishes came out cold. Over half of our table didn’t eat dinner because it was not even warm. The manager offered us a piece of cheesecake to take home for the inconvenience. Our table paid well over $500 for 4 Appetizers and beverages. This was our first visit at the Westshore location. In the future we will go to the Brandon location. I would like to add the server was very attentive and pleasant.
My friends and I went out to eat and we were pleased that our table was ready within the time the host had told us. We get sitted and we get our waiter he was very nice in the beginning but towards the mid-end of the service he was very passive aggressive. You can upsell the menu but if a guest says we dont want any cheesecake dont try to be funny and say a slick comment towards the end especially if its uncalled for. Lastly, My friend paid first because it was split 3 ways and she forgot to change the tip percentage and it was low he was unhappy and instead of informing her respectfully hes gonna say "thanks for that *blank amount* tip.... totally unnecessary for that comment and embarrassing her like that especially if he didnt even know what he was getting from the other two guests..
Told by hostess there was a 30 min wait—no problem, walked the mall…45 mins later no message, go back in and asked for update, hostess went on to recognize we were well past the time we were told we’d be sat. Took another 15 mins to sit…took 15 mins to put an appetizer in, took longer for a bottled beer to come out than the appetizer, ordered a martini and 20 mins passed before I had to cancel it bc we finished our meal. This restaurant is severely understaffed for the amount of tables they take in, leading to poor service…unacceptable given witnessing servers and managers (male, tall, blonde/dirty blonde hair) gathering around hostess stand in middle of the restaurant. Bathrooms were unsanitary, blood on toilet seats, sinks filled with water, no soap, just a mess. Only gave 2 stars bc server was at least friendly and food didn’t taste bad.
Had to wait 50 minutes to be seated after being told it would only be a 20 minute wait. Our appetizers took at least an hour to come out, and the main dish followed slowly after. Food was mediocre. Simply, the restaurant isn't what it is hyped up to be. If you have plans after, don’t expect to be there on time since it takes ages for anything to come out. Although, our server was incredibly nice and helpful with all the wait. Seems like they need a new kitchen staff.

I didn't dine in. Just walked in order to go a Beets and Avocado salad $15 🥗. The smallest portion i have ever been served anywhere. For a chain ⛓️💥 restaurant this is not acceptable. I used to enjoy the food here decent portions and this was very disappointing considering it was $15.
Waited an hour to be seated. Ordered appetizers. Never came. We followed up on egg rolls 40 min later, was told that “oh our kitchen prep staff said there was no available but then suddenly we found one last order so we could get it made asap if you’d like.” Never even considered telling us that what we ordered was unavailable. Waited 1++ hours for food that was incomplete and wrong. Mom ordered brown rice, got white. We ordered sandwiches with fries and the fries came 20 min after our sandwiches came - so our food was finished before the fries arrived. Manager came, apologized… waived the appetizer that we said we didnt want anymore. Highly recommend you wait to come here until they fix their operations. Absolutely horrible experience. They need to check their processes. Chick Fil A has better service lol and your check will be 1/5 of what we paid haha. Managers handed it poorly. No way forward to make it better.
I hope I have the correct location which is International plaza Tampa,Florida. I ordered fish and the others ordered steak and chicken and fries, the fries was so dead and scribbled and they served the fish in a bowl plate which don’t make no sense because I have to used knife and fork not drinking soup. Our server wasn’t pleasant because we ask about one the drink did make to our standard and she said she can’t do anything to change it but next time, and they took a long time to serve. Our server wasn’t pleasant Amber please don’t used her. We will not go back there and it was our first time visiting from Atlanta Georgia and my birthday celebration.
We went to this location for my partners birthday celebration dinner and I was highly disappointed with the food. My party of 5 order pasta dishes except for the salmon and burger. Nothing was slated properly, it lacked so much flavor. When I complained to the server she apologized and sent her manager(Ashely). Ashley then presented us with two options, take the food back or remake it. She came off not so nice and it truly tainted the experience even more. Luckily enough the GM Rob was there and was then sent to our table. We got our dishes off our tab but all in all super sad cheese cake factory at this location did not meet our expectations.
I dined at The Cheesecake Factory yesterday and spent $119 (including tip) on two meals. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We waited approximately 45 minutes for our food. During that time, multiple parties who were seated after us were served before we were. Our to-go desserts arrived before our entrées, which added to the confusion and frustration. It also took about 15 minutes just to receive bread and a lemonade, and when the butter finally arrived, it was frozen solid. For a restaurant at this price point, this level of service is unacceptable. Additionally, our server stepped away at one point and appeared to be blowing his nose into a napkin at the service station, but it sounded more like sniffing repeatedly. It made us uncomfortable and did not feel professional. Overall, the service was disorganized and slow, and the experience did not reflect the quality expected for the cost. I hope management addresses these issues so other guests do not have a similar experience.
Hello I visited The Cheesecake Factory located at the International Mall on Friday night the 23rd of January! Didn’t have a chance to order because our server Amber made us feel we were asking for too much when a relative of mine asked for “lite ice” as the server was walking away, she didn’t respond by saying excuse me I’ll be right with you or hold on a minute or two she went to the the table next to us and turned to us with a snotty attitude and stated “well I’m already at another table you have to wait’ we brushed it off even though we felt a little offended! When Amber returned to the table with bread my cousin simply asked “can we get brown bread please?” Amber then said YES and slammed the tray of bread on the table, my family were really frustrated at this point and said oh no we’re leaving and proceeded to ask the server her name she yelled out it’s Amber and walked off! I’m not sure what was going on with Amber that night but apparently she is dealing with something and brought it to work with her instead of leaving it at home! We ended up leaving and asked the hostess for the manager who happen to be sweet Lauren! Although Lauren wasn’t able to truly resolve the situation but did offer a slice of cheesecake to me because it was my birthday, personally don’t like cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory being from NY we have the most delicious cheesecakes(Junior’s cheesecake) to be exact however I did take her up on the offer and figured I’d give it to my granddaughter! In conclusion we ended up eating at Rocco’s Taco next door which the staff were simply nice professional respectful and kind! The public should respect servers and feel patrons should be respected in return! Being kind never goes out of style! I know first hand that it isn’t easy to deal with public as a community nurse however I always remember customer service and at the end of the day I reflect my hospital! Always keeping in mind that the public has a choice in choosing a different hospital, with that being said Amber needs to be trained given an inservice in customer service it will make such a difference reflecting your restaurant chain! Once again thank you to the manager Lauren for the simple fact of being kind!
