This was our first Del Taco experience while on vacation in California. The server at our location was friendly and knowledgeable. My family and I eat a plant-based diet and were able to eat really well. I had tacos with Beyond Meat, guac, lettuce, tomato, and their crinkle cut fries, which were perfect. 5/5 would recommend.

I'm overdoing the star rating a little bit, but this Del Taco has the fastest service of ANY fast food location that I go to on a regular basis. The food is usually ready before I'm finished at the beverage bar. The clean beverage bar alone is unusual. The staff always seems ready to clean the tables in the dining room. The facility could use a touch here and there, but it's the remarkable effort that earns it five stars.

Almost thought it was closed cause of construction. Luckily, it was open and the king inside delivered my 8 layer veggie burrito and mini churros nice and warm to me. After I left, I took a bite of my burrito and forgot how good them burritos be slappin. The mini churros were as always, even better. Put me in a good mood frfr.

Not sure why the low star rating. I had some fries (the crinkle cut fries are vegan), and my husband liked his burrito. The person at the drive through window was pleasant and helpful.

I’m new to 29 Palms and I love Del taco I happen to have the chance to stop in there and get food and I have to say overall cleanliness was nice very clean. The employees were amazing. I had a personal experience with the gentleman by the name of Daniel he was very Nice and professional because of my Experience at this location, I will definitely be coming back

My wife and I haven’t been to this Del Taco in probably 2 years. Back then it was bad, as the employees acted like we were bothering them when we went to order, and the food was not good. This morning we went there because we went to Jiffy Lube and Del Taco was close by. Wow, what a difference! The customer service was great and the girls/ladies working there acted like they appreciated our business. The breakfast burritos and the fries were hot and very good. We live in Yucca Valley and if it wasn’t such a long drive, we would probably go to this one instead of the two we have in YV. Keep up the good work!

My young son and I had a great experience at this Del Taco restaurant. We were visiting Joshua Tree National Park and stayed nearby this Del Taco. We came here for a takeout dinner. The staff members were courteous, attended to our order promptly and even gave my son a bonus milkshake "just because." Furthermore, the food was hot & tasty! It's rare to be so pleased to visit a fast-food restaurant across all dimensions of experience. Two thumbs up for this Del Taco restaurant!

Stopped here after a day exploring Joshua Tree NP in July of 2021 and ordered $45 worth of tacos in the drive-through for a late night dinner. Our order was long and specific and the employee grinned and bared through taking it, ensuring every detail of our order was correct. His service was exceptional, especially considering that we modified the order a handful of times.

Today October 5th at 230 pm I ordered food and the French fries were GREAT ! I've been there many times but today you really made ff the way their supposed to be . Light brown. And delicious.Don

They still owe me a taco 🌮 because I put in an order by phone using rewards I clicked add to order then it started a new order took my points never adjusted quantity and never put in the order to be filled. but otherwise ok , other than lost orders ? they don't even know when to put it in the locker box or pickup at the counter ? Seems like poor training. I sat down put in the order waited walked up and they asked if I wanted to place an order I told them I already did they asked my name then said there's no order there , later found it in a locker it wasn't supposed to be in. ????? Absolutely unacceptable if it was my restaurant. Seems there's no records kept on what's picked up at all .only maybe a reciept lost in a database ?

Ordered the beyond meat tacos and a quesadilla, the staff member taking my order was very attentive and efficient as were the cook staff. My order came out quick and delicious. The facility was clean and bright. Free parking for personally owned vehicles and parking in the rear for semis and other large vehicles. Handicap accessible.

Super nice staff didn't rush me even though it was late and I wanted to eat inside so it would be fresher.

Great food, wonderful counter people, and good value, especially with app. Best app ever used for fast food. Gave 5 stars for atmosphere because it's a fast food chain, but always clean, and in process of upgrading old play area for dining. It's our weekly eat-out treat.

I only rate based off the experience with the food.I never had an issue with the taste.I wouldn't care if there was an honest mistake like it wasn't suppose to have cheese, that kind of thing. And the environment was mellow.No one was clowning around and raising there voice. So I'll continue to shop here.I have had issues like that just not here. This place was great! You know what you're going to get when you go to Del Taco, and the people here we're pretty cool and the food was prepared well. I just got a good vibe from this Del Taco. I was visiting Joshua Tree State Park and staying in the Motel 6 at store so I could walk right across the parking lot and get Del Taco for breakfast, for lunch and take the burritos into the park, I recommend the 8 layer veggie burrito and adding steak or chicken, and then come back for dinner. And then I would come back right before they close to get some chili cheese fries for my midnight snack

Always really great employees great customer service at the window. That's mostly the reason why I go there. The food is well del Taco personally I like to del beef burrito but the chicken taco salad's good too

Their Boba drinks are pretty good. Lemonade zero sugar is usually better than the sprite one, but they both have their days

i was on my way home from a road trip today and stopped in here. i accidentally left my wallet here and didnt even realize until i got back home, 3 hours away. i called in and was helped by a shift leader named Alicia, she was very helpful and is getting me my wallet back. i very much appreciate the honesty and goodness of her personally, and i think she should be rewarded

Friendly, loud staff. Food tastes fresh as possible and is neatly packaged. The wait can be a bit depending on the amount of other customers, which is understandable, it means they don't just make a whole bunch of food and let it sit there. I'd rather wait than have old food.

In general, food is way to expensive these days. I've mentioned this is plenty of other reviews. Fast food, doubly so. A burrito shouldn't cost more than $10, regardless where it's from. That said, Del Taco is still one of the better arguments for fast food in California. This location is a tad understaffed, but they still manage to get it done. If you're in the mood for something different, burgers are actually not bad, but tacos/burritos/nachos are still the way to go. The only other thing on wishlist would be a taco salad--if they had one, it would probably be better than that, ahem, other place (for the record, it's actually decent at the other place).

We have eaten at this Del taco for a few years because the food here seems to be better than the ones in yucca valley, yesterday though I was let down with my order of 2 bean and cheese burritos with green sauce where you forgot the green sauce on both of them, come on people you make 20 bucks an hour get it together!

I updated overall rating 2 stars as my sign of thank you for reaching out 🤝 I look forward to returning again on a future visit. Soft taco, no lettuce and a bean and cheese burrito with green sauce. No lettuce confirmed back. Forget the rest of the 21$ order for my family this one mess up on not providing a no lettuce taco from the cook in the back after the cashier comes over the mic confirming it only shows disrespect to the customers. The cook is coherent and aware they are messing up orders. My two cents from my experiences. Got enough sauce but picking lettuce out makes this a not proper meal. This is only my second del taco and I think I am staring to like this chain. This one had slightly better food and a lot cleaner interior. I got the carnitas combo burrito and they were pretty good. I like my food spicy so the hot sauces at restaurants are pretty funny, but the hot at del taco actually seems like they tried. So I will give them credit for the effort.

It is Dell taco so you can't expect that much from it. However the few times I've been here the food seems to be OK. I do really like how they send out coupons in the mail and they have those Platoz. Where you can buy one plato lotto or taco platter or whatever and get the second one free that's a really good deal.

Attention to detail...lacking. I know some would say it's trivial or others still might be fuming mad. I order food with or without done ingredients all I ask is pay attention. This way if I'm in the drive thru I don't have to turn around to have it remade or get all the way home and have to call management.

It's the del taco so not much to expect. But the staff over at this deal taco in Twentynine palms California seems nice enough. I have not had any problems that come to mind with them. Strange is there is no sauce packets out on the tables on taco Tuesday's. The food on the other hand most of the time is what I can expect from a del taco. However sometimes this is not the case. I have had some things that did not taste as good as they did other times so need to watch out with that. One time I ordered there fish taco it was very good. Another time I had a coupon for buy one get one free and that time it was so horrible could not even eat it. Nice thing is I told the staff and they allowed me to order something else in its place to take care of me.

Food was ok for fast food. Nothing bad to report but would not necessarily go again if there are other choices. But it's good for a quick bite, We ate inside and the seating area had fairly loud music blasting that made us leave quickly again.

Back home in Texas, we had a Del Taco location that quickly failed, and I wanted to try their food myself to obtain my own experience. The customer service at this location is wonderful. I accidentally had a duplicate online order that I wasn’t aware I placed, and they rectified that issue upon my check in at the drive thru. On the other hand, the quality of the food was lacking. Flavor wasn’t there. This was my first time visiting a Del Taco, and it seems like the quality of the food is across the board, and not based on a particular location. I tried their grilled chicken taco, chicken taco del carbon, snack taco, snack size chips and guac, and a strawberry lemonade. All the tacos were small, lacked flavor, and loaded with sauces, making things messy and mushy. Their chips were thick and the guacamole had good flavor. The strawberry lemonade had pieces of defrosted frozen strawberries in it that reminded me of Sonic, and I enjoyed picking the fruit out. Overall, very unimpressed with the quality of the food and the lack of flavor. But great customer service.

Customer Service: The lady in the drive thru was nice and helpful. She had an excellent recommendation for first timers. Best Part: The Epicali Bacon Burrito was delicious. Worst Part: The fries that were in my burrito were cold. Return: I would probably go here again.

Went to the drive thru. Took 40 minutes to get to the window with 4 cars in front of us. After all that waiting we were told they couldnt take cash cause they had no change. They were out of beans and every kind of hamburger and cheeseburger and didnt have enough chicken left for more than a few tacos. Bad management. Looked like 2 employees working trying to cover it all? Watched a couple fight in the parking lot. Loads of fun

I like Del Taco. Del taco is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. This Del Taco location, in 29 Palms, is okay. :/ Sometimes the food is fresh and well made and most other times it is not. This location, like most fast food restaurants, is hit or miss. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes I swear I'm never going back. But, after I cool off for awhile, I do go back. Sometimes, you'll get a really wonderful cashier and great service and other times you'll come in contact with the most horrible, disrespectful person, so horrible and disrespectful, you'll wonder how they're still around.

I went in the morning for breakfast. The man working at the window was rude about adding on to the order. Giving a nasty look. The person who took my order was rushing me to order. After every item I asked for, they said "is that it?" And had a noticeable attitude when i said no one moment. I understand it's morning, and nobody is in the mood to deal with someone who doesn't know what they want to eat but be kinder. Nobody want to deal with attitude in the morning when they're trying to get food. We were all tired and dont want to be up so early. Just need some work on kindness. I also ordered chipotle rollers they had no sauce in them. Order 2 orders of the donuts only got one.

Fast and friendly service. The dinning area is dated, dark, and feels dirty. My quesadilla had no cheese and no sauce. The classic chicken burrito had three pieces of chicken. Plus they didn't gove no napkins or hot sauce that I asked for.

ok. we are normally del fans..realy my adult son almost lives there. but this last time just made me have to write this.. they make you think that they took the coupons off but they didnt guys..watch it!!!! then ya try to complain they laugh at you n treat you bad.... hello... I have 4 sep receipts of those onlyyyy one of the 3... buy one get..... one coupon was taken off. (acouple peoples orders) the orders werent cooked right. and of course the fries were not cooked longer as asked. and burttos werent extra cooked so they dont taste icky and melts cheese better.h e pays the extra 39 cents to make them taste better ... heck. All sodas flat or out of syrup burritos seemed smaller than normal and some reason they don’t put ketchup on burgers there they have packets though real disappointed in the soda quality though .

One of the slowest Del Tacos I've ever experienced. Crew members seem confused by the concept of dine in counter service (the drive through is the preoccupation) and show no regard for customers' time. Food quality is OK. Be prepared to wait a long time and maybe you will get through the experience!

Small portions, not very fresh. Edible, but compared to a proper (non fast-food) Mexican restaurant pretty abysmal. The Avocados were clearly not sliced freshly as claimed (they looked dried out), but weren't brown, as you would expect if there are not freshly cut, so I assume they use some antioxidants / preservatives for them. The portion of Guacamole I ordered wouldn't feed a squirrel, and I'm not even a fan of big (American sized) portions. I wouldn't eat there again.

Extremely disappointed at Del Taco! Line was insane people where trying to back out! We pulled long hair put of our cheeseburgers! The tostada looked like they just scooped some beans and put it on them! Fiesta packs with all the goods on it nope they forget to add the stuff! The only reason why you're getting 2 stars is because the young man at the window was very nice! 29 Palms Del Taco! They also weren't wearing gloves.

Horrible drive thru service. Waited 15 minutes in line to order and then waited 25 minutes in drive thru before we got to the window. At window they tried to give us wrong order and milkshakes that were completely melted. Altogether 45 minutes in line for 2 burgers and fries, 6 tacos and one milkshake. Do not recommend especially in the late afternoons as this is the second time had waits of 30+ minutes in last few weeks

Tacos are horrible over here. The portion sizes of the meat are hilarious & a joke. Staff are ok when they have the right staff, there's been times they been low staffed. Yeah the place moves sorry speed. Other than that. They need to work on things over here, plus it don't really help its next to a Motel 6.

I usually really like dell taco but lately the food has been real poorly. Always have to order extra meat and still barely get any meat and they only gave me 3 sauce packets. Petty place. I just won't go to this location anymore sadly.

I averaged this review at 2 stars as the food tasted great and the staff helped with the kiosk, however the start of the issues were due to the kiosk. The kiosk doesn't have an option to sub the sauces (nor add) for Chipotle sauce to your items, employee came to help and just stated they would do it since the kiosk wouldn't allow it, then the next issue cropped up, I had a buy one get one on the bean and cheese burritos but the kiosk wouldn't accept the coupon (maybe due to the burritos being bold) again employee helped me and just made the second burrito. So service was great in that part, but should have been unnecessary. Why I still gave it 1 star on the service was due to the fact it took them nearly 5 minutes to even acknowledge me waiting to try to place an order, and I forgot the dessert on the first order so placed it 2 minutes after my first order, but took 20 minutes after I got my first order to get the desserts (2 piece cheesecake bites and 2 piece churros) went up to check on it and again took them another 3-5 minutes to acknowledge me standing there. Overall the location was extremely inefficient, employees don't care about inside customers (prolly due to the kiosks, even though they don't work right). Also a few of the chairs and tables were slightly dirty. No one came out during my 40min visit to check on anything. *visited 3/9/2025 between 5 pm and 6 pm* *Edited for typos.

They’re forcing kiosk ordering for dine-in and ignore you if you don’t want to use it. Waited five minutes at counter and walked out. They’re keeping the restaurant clean and food has usually been good, so it’s too bad if you don’t want to take multiple minutes trying to use their touch screen to order.

So after watching Grace & Frankie, I really wanted to stop here when I saw one. TLDR: stick to Taco Bell, it's much better. We got a bunch of stuff. I don't remember what all it was and it's not worth looking up. Some quesadilla tacos, a burrito, a quesadilla, a roller, a shake, churros. It was all pretty forgettable and would fall low on my fast food list. The service was awful. There were two people in front of us and we waited 25 minutes to order. Then someone asked how they could help me and while I was mid sentence in my order they just walked away without a word. Go somewhere else.

If you are one day from starvation, spend 23 hours and 59 minutes looking for any place else to eat. This food should be your absolute last resort. I ordered the $4 value meal and threw it away after two bites. Turned out to be one bite too many. Tables were dirty and the food is terrible. We only have a finite amount of food we eat in a lifetime. I regret including those two bites in mine.

Who makes someone wait an hour for food they never planned on making? I knew I was busy so I gave the benefit of the doubt but to wait all that time for nothing? Not cool, please close the next time you're understaffed.

On the plus side Del Taco has good vegetarian options. I also know someone who works there . His nick name is popo, and sadly he has full blown aids! That being said I just don't think people should eat the food he preps ... No offense

Near as I can see, 4 to 5 staff. Drive through backed into the parking lot. 30 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. Tacos were broken and falling apart Fries were cold, stale, over cooked, undercooked, from last shift, awful. "WHERE'S A RESPONSIBLE MANAGER" NOTHING WAS COHESIVE AT THIS PLACE WHERE EMPLOYEES ARE MAKING $15 AN HOUR. I WOULDN'T GIVE A NICKLE FOR THE WHOLE GROUP!

Let me get it out of the way that I normaly like del taco. But the one was terrible. First, it was good with a nice drive through. Then, we got our food. The tortilla was black for some reason and I found 2 HAIRS in my food, plus, the drink I got had more ice than soda, and leaked out the bottom.

Been waiting 50+minutes for my food in doordash. Their phones don't work either which is cool.

Went through the drive thru and the guy working had a serious attitude problem. Very rude when asked about changing the order. This Del Taco needs to learn customer service. Didn't want to give my receipt either.

2nd time in drive through to get chicken soft tacos with no lettuce, drove 5 miles home, loaded with lettuce and sauce so you can not get it all out. Very disappointed and I likely will not return. They don't listen and they don't answer the phone.

Do not waste ur time here! This place it's creepy, good only for drive thru, workers stared at my hubby and I and practically ignored us ??? Stood there for 10 min, while they took care of drive thru people??? They could at least said"we'll be with you in a minute" or something so we walked out and drove 20 min to Yucca Valley Del Taco WOW!!! What a difference they are PEPPY and pleasant!

Absolutely atrocious customer service whoever was working the drivethru at 9:50-10:00 pm May 4 failed to get out orders in a timely manner, to the point where one customer in line asked all of us to back out so they could LEAVE, gave major attitude and failed to get two orders right and refused to answer the phone when I called MULTIPLE times through the night about the problem. I was working tonight as a doordasher and this reflected poorly on me and has changed my 5 star rating to 3 stars. This is gross negligence and this level of complete incompetence at one's job is inexcusable whether they were a new trainee or not.

Always gets food wrong but last time they did it had a cold water bottle in the bag of hot food and missing items.... then they remade the order and handed the items to a door dash driver not assigned to delivery and we never got the items it was 61 dollars worth of food... promised a refund and we never got it... still fighting it... been 3 days..... I highly recommend not ordering from this company or using doordash both do not hold accountability for the way they operate and you are subject to losing money and headaches Update: 10 days with no refund and had them "escalate" it it's Bern at least 3 escalations so far and when I told the supervisor I was going to go through the fraud department in my bank she muted the line till I decided to just hang up... Now I need to call the bank.. Not recommended that you order here

The staff is very rude and snappy towards their customers and they leave all the lights on when no one is there. If you go here expect to experience employees who don't enjoy their job and dealing with the public. They don't smile it shows how much they hate their job.

Zero stars all around. Literally have never waited in a “fast food” line longer than this. Waited 45 minutes and ended up backing out of the line because there was still two cars ahead of us. Reading the other reviews, I can’t believe this is a normal and acceptable process for this location. Absolutely ridiculous.

Only gave 2/3 of my order, refused to give me a receipt. Have been let down many times before. They wouldn't fix the Coke machine for 2 months. This Del taco is run and operated by people who don't care about the community. Please do your part, boycott this establishment. Twentynine palms deserves better.

I'd like to post an actual rating but I showed up at the advertised opening time of 6am and they weren't open. According to the sign, the dine in area would open at 7am. But the drive through opened at 6. I went up to the drive through and the employee inside made eye contact with me before walking away. Keep it classy Del Taco.

The employees didn't ask me any questions about our order. Whe I question him about the amount. He was surprised. I only wanted 4 cheese and egg breakfast burritos $1.09 EA. He charged me $3.29 EA. I told him that we only wanted 4 breakfast burritos an 2 sodas. I got the burritos with red sauce. I told him no sauce and he got indignant. He corrected the order. My question to Del Taco is, what happen to customer service? I will not stop by there again.

The 5/12/22. I'm a truck driver who stop along the way to get something to eat is was around 7pm. They close the dinner around 3pm. I was to get service through the drive-through i was told by an employee. Was disappointed because truck driver always dealing with a disadvantage. So when on with my trip without eating. MY QUESO CHEESE FRIES HAD A BUG IN IT. THIS STORE LOOKS UNSERVICEABLE AND SHOULD NOT BE OPEN IM THESE CONDITIONS

Placed mobile order (10 tacos and a couple quesadillas) , waited 10 minutes, and drove to location. No one in drive through ahead of me and no customers inside. Parking lot completely empty. Immediately instructed to go park and wait and they will bring out. Has now been 35 minutes since my arrival, (45 minutes since mobile order) the 11th drive through car has come and gone, still no inside customers. What's the purpose of a mobile app if its faster to just order at the window? Update, waited another 10 minutes and went to drive through to inquire about my order after watching car after car and walk ins get their orders. They tell me it's on the inside rack and i have to come in to get it. I park, go inside, and no order on rack. Wait another 15 minutes to even be acknowledged and lady tells me my order on rack. I ask her to show me and its not ny order. She then tells me that she never made the order. It goes and goes. End of story they never make our food, and tells us they not going to make it, refuses refund and tells me to cancel order and ask for refund online after refusing to provide her name after I mention contacting corporate. Still hungry in 29!

I just wasted gas trying to get breakfast here. It said it opened at 6am. I drove 10miles for nothing. And waiting would make me even more. Mad. Change your schedule to the right times or you will get more of these and most of the complaints will be from people visiting 29 for the national park and marines families. Corporate is a call away. I've had enough issues here.

Don't know what happened to my favorite hang out. But on multiple occasions I have came in at 8/8:30am, and they are cleaning the dryer for the fries. Food has NO taste, and Not worth the price. But the one in 29Palms is excellent as always.

Unfortunately Del Taco has gone downhill first it takes forever to receive any type of doordash orders I've maybe had two or three orders that actually were there on time second even if there's just one car in drive-thru they will still make you pull ahead I know this I used to work fast food third the quality of their food anymore is just disgusting I have tried three times now to get a quesadilla and every time I do I opened it the cheese isn't melted and the tortillas hot also employees don't have a sense of customer service friendliness

Ordered, paid. 22 minutes later, my food was still not done. Customers who went before me had waited 14 & 16 minutes each. I finally asked where our order was and they said they didn't have it??? I asked for my money back and after about 10 minutes, the woman begrudgingly gave me my money back. Definitely THE WORST experience at any Dep Taco ever.

I wish I didn’t even have to give this place any stars. I came in to order my food and tried to pay with $100 and the lady said she wouldn’t be able to take my $100 because it would take all of the money out of the drawer. I then tried to hand them $50 and my order was $24 and she still requested we walked in and go to dollar general to get change…. I then said “that is ridiculous” and The lady flipping burgers responds loud “how the hell is that ridiculous”? Then says “if you don’t like that we don’t have change go somewhere else” while the manger is standing there. needless to say this place is trash and the employees attitudes are even worse! It’s not at all my problem you work fast food so please don’t take it out on me. The name on my receipt is Sariah. I’ll never be back here again.

If I could give this zero stars I would. This management of this location should be fired. They are limiting three hot sauce packets per order. Lol give me a break. You can’t even eat this food without hot sauce packets so why bother coming here? Not only has the price increased 40% over the last two years, but the portion side has gone down and now you’re limiting your customers, paying customers to a few packets per order? Hahahaha

I receive daily notifications from Del Taco, telling me about their specials, but apparently, none of them are valid at this (29 palms) location. W.T.H. For example, buy one get one free Epic burritos. Bundles starting at $10. Nope, not valid at 29 palms location.

This review is on the Del Taco located in Twentynine Palms, CA on Feb 27 for dinner via the drive thru. I'm new to this area. My order wasn't even wrapped up properly and the food tasted so bad that I gave it to the dog. Never have I experienced such awful food at any other Del Taco around SoCal. It looked like a 2 year old wrapped my tacos up, and because they were barely wrapped, everything inside the tacos fell to the bottom of the bag and I had to fish all the inners out to put it back in the taco shell so I could form an edible taco - it literally looked like they threw my items in the bag. I placed an online order for dinner and went through the drive thru to pick it up. I thought maybe they were busy, but I was the only one in the drive thru and I didn't see hardly any cars in the parking lot. My order was so terrible that I felt compelled to call corporate and complain. I told them out of every Del Taco I've been to around Southern California, this is the only one where I've had such bad tasting food and nothing was wrapped up properly. I said idk what's going on here, but corporate needs to go in and evaluate this location - it's that terrible. WORST del taco I've ever been to around SoCal, from taste to presentation🤮👎🏽🤮

Wow such horrible sevice. We order 3 burritos and 2 tacos via the app After checking in at the store I waited for over 45 mins, Only to get the wrong food. Had to go back and wait another 20. Meanwhile all the delivery people were also there waiting. Some had 2 or more separate orders. All while they pushed through 20+ cars in drivethrough This was a Sunday evening around 9. So pathetic.

Went to this location last night just before 10pm. I was rushed into ordering after I had asked for a minute to look at the menu. I order 2 Steak epic fresh guacamole burritos, one with sour cream and one without. I received 1 grilled chicken burrito and one steak epic burrito. Both were cold as if they had been made hours before. The rice was undercooked, the beans were undercooked, there was little to no steak. Absolutely disappointing.

Very disappointed. Waited for 13 minutes at the window in the drive thru, seeing the manger take orders and completely ignored me the whole time. Finally, someone else approached the window so I can pay for what I ordered. After getting home, the double del cheeseburger only had a single patty, a slice of cheese and ketchup on it.

Delivery drivers need to be aware when picking up orders here, specifically at night. This location is open until 2am and orders must be picked up OUTSIDE in a locker after the doors are locked. If it is not ready upon arrival as well, they will refuse you to pick up at drive through (a much safer alternative) and expect you to wait outside instead. The safety of those who deliver your orders should be an upmost priority, shame on you Del Taco! Best for us drivers to deny order requests for this location and keep our safety held higher, since Del Taco won’t consider that for us. It is no news flash that there can be sketchy individuals roaming around 29 at night, and especially on Halloween would I not like to take risks! The woman working the drive thru was incredibly unprofessional handling my concern, raising her tone and catching an attitude. Lost a customer and a driver!

I ordered from time and I am sick and tired of being charged for jalapeños and not get them! Del Taco you need to check the manager! Also, the employee that worked today May 27th 5:39pm he lied to me about adding Jalapeños to my asada fries! $0.60... adds up over time... either make them free or lose a customer for good! I tried calling but your phone line is busy! I used the drive thru which they ask you to pull foward to circumvent the timer... and takes you off the drive thru video cam. A little shady I say.

Fast food?!? No terrible place to go through a drive thru. No matter what time of day it is you’ll be waiting 20-30mins for food. Like I’ve see you guys make your tacos, not something that needs to take time.

Did not give me the food I had ordered. Gave me something COMPLETELY different. I ordered 2 of the triple chicken boxes, and I was given a 3 piece chicken tender dinner. The oil is old the chicken wasn't even fully cooked.

Not open 24 hours on Friday... they close one am on Friday (to them it is late Thursday night) and not sure what time they open on Friday morning... so not 24 hour on Friday. Lights were on but no one was there. Tried drive through and walk in entrance. I hope management can update the times on Google to save people the headaches. I still like Del Taco.
