Maggianos is a FANTASTIC restaurant! The food was beyond excellent. Our waiter was top notch. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Our waiter was able to recommend a wonderful drink.

Me and my mother enjoyed our experience here. We came in and got seated right away, the server was very good at his job and the manger gave us a free bruschetta for being new costumers. Overall a good Italian restaurant. Our server name is Alan the bartender name was David !.

We had the best dining experience! A person in our party had food restrictions and our diligent server took care care of us very well. She recommended dishes that we all enjoyed and even brought us birthday treats on the house. She was so sweet! It was our first time here and it definitely won’t be our last!

David the best server he made the 1st time experience the best even the food wasn't perfect but he made sure he fix our food immediately and fix all mistakes and gave us the attention any customer who dine in would love. I enjoyed it and appreciate his work. He made this restaurant a good place and feel great to eat at. Not bad price either thank you David

Best steaks we’ve had in a long time. 16 oz. Bone in rib eyes. Beautiful New Years Eve dinner. Cooked to perfection. This is our third New Years in a row at this wonderful restaurant.

Delicious food! My wife and I ordered calamari as a starter, it was very well made. Main was spaghetti and meatball for me and stuffed mushrooms and we finished with a chocolate layered cake. It was well balanced, rich without becoming too much. Our waitress Jacqueline was the best. Super attentive and knowledgeable.

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food was delicious, feeling, and the portion size was awesome! I will definitely visit here again with my family. I couldn't even eat half of my place. The case was something that I had never tasted before and I loved it! I'm not a pasta fan but this restaurant definitely changed my mind a bit.

Ordered the special Tomahawk Dinner for Two which really is a great value at $100. Chef cooked and prepared perfect medium rare and also surprised us with tasty lemon cookies on a "Happy Anniversary" platter. Tiramisu was delicious. Diana was an excellent server. Huge portions as usual and lovely experience.

This place is amazing, our server was nice and friendly. We ordered Margherita Flatbread as appetizer and was delicious. Also order the our famous rigatoni "D" pasta and it was the best. Desert was delicious tiramisu, wanted a second slice that's how delicious it was. Definitely coming here again to try other dishes.

The hospitality at this Maggianos is truly unmatched. A couple months ago, my mom and I did a curbside order and it happened to be pouring rain. While we waited, the manager brought out complimentary lemonades, and we didn’t even have to wait long!! I came back this last weekend, and it was my first time eating out since my Celiac diagnosis. They took my dietary needs EXTREMELY seriously, and even had the chef come out to talk. After we ate, our server brought out a complimentary ice cream with the sweetest message. The food was incredible as always, but the thoughtfulness behind it really warmed my heart. Hands down my favorite place to go!

Came with my parents who were visiting the area, and were very satisfied. Our server, Pedro, was very kind and did a wonderful job. I have a severe peanut allergy and though I looked at the allergen menu ahead of time, when I let them know they had the chef come out who reassured me everything was safe, which is always very nice. The food was absolutely wonderful, the four cheese ravioli and fettuccini Alfredo was delicious, as was the crème brûlée. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Great online ordering experience. Very detailed and updates thru texts are great. Food ready exactly as promised. Got lunch special. $20 MAGGIANOS salad. Mushroom Raviolis were awesome. 4 tasty lemon cookies. Curb side pickup was prompt with a smile from staff. Food was packaged with all the condiments, wrapped up properly with silverware, and such attention to detail Food was appropriately cold and hot and just an excellent carry out system. Will definitely order again. Food was delicious.

Maggiano’s hosted our rehearsal dinner, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was warm and welcoming, the staff was incredibly helpful with allergy accommodations, and the personalized menus added such a thoughtful touch. It felt like a celebration in every sense — relaxed, delicious, and full of love.

My husband Gary and I made a reservation here for our 20th anniversary and Dana and Ada E (hope we spelled her name right. Both Matre D’s were extremely sweet helpful and courteous when they were helping my husband Gary and I make our reservation. And Dana was also very sweet because she gave us a card that says (Maggianos To Our VIP, Happy anniversary, hope you have many more years full of love!) we love it so much. And we also want to say how good our waitress Sylvia was. She was also very sweet courteous and very friendly. The food was very delicious especially our 20th anniversary desert was absolutely delicious! service was wonderful and the atmosphere perfect (very cute little lamps on the tables). Every one made our 20th anniversary dinner experience excellent and we are very happy and very pleased. Thank you all

Had to come back a week later to edit this post and add words. The food was so good that I am still thinking about how good it was a week later. The service was also exceptional. We can’t wait to go back for date night again!

Top notch! I enjoyed the ambience, Which was dimly lit, with a candle on the table, and soft music. It was cozy and not too cold. They were considerate of my gluten sensitivity. It was a family night out for us. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the customer service was phenomenal. I honestly didn't expect it to be as great as it was because it's inside the mall ,but they surpassed my expectations! Would definitely return!

I normally never leave reviews. Had the best experience from the waiter. Friendly, very polite, and he was on top of everything. David (our waiter) gave us the best experience at this restaurant than any other we have been too.

We dined in for dinner last night and i have nothing but good things to say. We made our reservation for 7:45pm and arrived 5 minutes early. They were ready for us and seated us immediately. The place was PACKED. Even so our waitress had our food at our table within 5 minutes! She was very attentive. Our food was perfect and i mean PERFECT. I asked for well done with no pink and thats exactly what i got. Not an over cooked or rare steak.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 We had a very pleasant experience. Thank you guys for the great food, atmosphere and best service iv gotten in a long time.

The food, service and atmosphere were outstanding. David our server was absolutely the best. Its been a long time since we've actually had such a wonderful experience out to eat. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. highly recommend !

I consider myself a pizza snob and always try to find and try the best local places when I travel. I've had the regular Chicago deep dish names, but the deep dish at this place blows them away. Easily one of the top 10 pizzas I've ever had.

Good Food for the price but it would be nice if they offered more vegetarian options especially for the lasagna, I asked if the had cheese lasagna and they said that the food is basically pre-made, it wasn't to bad but I probably would have enjoyed it more if it was just cheese but everything else was nice.

Great customer service from beginning to end. The place is nice and really liked the vibe. Ordered the Chicken Parm which was ok but not as expected. Would come back to try something else.

We were pleasantly surprised by our dinner at Maggiano’s. I have heard great things about the restaurant from friends and colleagues, but the reviews online are so mixed. Actual rating from us is 4.5! We were celebrating a special occasion but wanted to stay close to home rather than venturing downtown in this 30 degree weather, and after this first experience, we will definitely be back. The calamari frita was nice, not overly salty or oily. The manager, Dim, who had stopped by the table to present our bottle of wine (also a plus that their wine selection is well priced), learned that this was our first visit and brought us a complimentary bruschetta app - the toppings of cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and balsamic vinegar were perfectly balanced. Both the manager, Dim, and our server, Lolly, were really attentive and friendly. The star of the show was the ribeye we shared - perfectly cooked, the jus was fantastic, with the garlic potatoes and grilled asparagus as a wonderful accompaniment. We also ordered the Linguini di Mare, but the noodles were a little overcooked and compared to the flavors of other dishes, it just didn’t stand out as a favorite. However, they are very generous with the amount of seafood in the dish and we always appreciate that. To finish our night of celebration, we shared the Tiramisu. Like other reviewers have stated, it was one of the best we’ve ever had. Overall, a great night at Maggiano’s, we will definitely be back again!

The front of house was nice enough to accommodate our big group at last minute. Food was great. Had the chicken Parmesan. Server was amazing and so attentive

The service was fine but the food was nothing special bordering on bad. The Crab cakes tasted good, although they are made from lobster so I'm not sure they can really be called "Crab" cakes. Dinner was overpriced but fine. The filet mignon was cooked exactly as requested and tasted good, the fettuccine Alfredo with Parmesan chicken was more of a soup than pasta. It was so watered down it didn't even stick to anything; the positive though is the chicken was moist unlike most other places. All in all I wouldn't come back, it's too pricey for just okay food. I recommend Mambo Italiano about 5 minutes away; same price but much better food and service. Note to management, don't let your staff argue in front of customers. It looks trashy and just serves to show that this isn't the nice estabishment that it appears.

We weren’t given Parmesan or oil with the bread, and instead the busboy put a small amount on a single plate for everyone to share, which I found unacceptable. The chicken Alfredo lacked flavor, and the sauce was disappointing. I also didn’t care for the cheese on the mozzarella appetizer. Even the water had a strange taste. Honestly, this place is overrated and not worth it. The only positive was our waiter, who was absolutely wonderful.

This place is really expensive. Over $30 for a small pizza. Dinner for one, $96. Buyer beware. There are better pizza places out there for less money. Eat at Bonto's. Their pizza is superior for a fraction of the cost.

I'm a little disappointed. Been going to Maggiano's for a long time. They have cut back on so much, yet the prices still go up. I look forward to the baguette slices to dip in oil with Parm. Now, you get warm Hawaiian buns. You can no longer get soup. I also asked if I could have a piece of salmon on my meal instead of chicken and the answer was no. I had to order a completely different meal. Our waiter (Foster?) was really wonderful though.

The last time we were at Maggiano's was about a year ago. We were looking forward to going there and enjoying the flavorful food. We were dissapointed to see that the change to the menu did not meet the quality of the food prior to the change. For example, if we wanted the sweet bread, we could go to Texas Roadhouse with the butter; our experience with the sweet bread was not good, we recommend you bring back the french bread with the oil and spice to dip into. The pasta and the other dishes came out, the food was ok, it was not as flavorful as we had experienced the last time we were there. We recommend that the sauce not be so watered down and runny, the sauce should be thick and "cling" onto the pasta. The service was great, the staff was friendly and they brought the out the food in a timely manner. There's room for improvement on the quality of the food with choices that makes it stand out differently from other restaurants.

We love it here and been coming for years but recently they changed the recipes and bread. We really enjoyed how the old bread was served with oil and cheese like authentic Italian. The new bread is sweet and served with butter. Not terrible but not as good as the old baguette style bread that was served warm and with oil and cheese. We also didn’t get any Parmesan, pepper or salt and couldn’t find a server to grab some for us. It was the end of the night and not too busy either so not sure what was up with that. Everyone was very kind tho, food was good but recipes were changed like the Alfredo and I personally preferred the other way, the chicken was just a small breast set on top of the noodles. Before I believe it was mixed in and grilled. Bring back the old recipes and bread please🙏

Service and entree's were fine but something has been lost organizationally when Maggiano's no longer serves warm french bread with parmesan cheese and olive oil to dip. They've gone to what I can only describe as sweet Hawaiian rolls with whipped butter. As silly as it sounds the bread/olive oil was a prime reason for going.

Im only leaving two stars because i have been here several times and the food, service, and atmosphere are generally good. However, my most recent experience through door dash was 1 star and I will never eat here again. We ordered a medium rare rib eye through door dash and it was disgustingly raw. Like red, cold, gooey, completely raw. Not medium rare, just uncooked. Also, the asparagus were rock hard to the point that they were completely inedible. Granted, we placed the order about an hour before closing time. However, if the kitchen wasnt interested/prepared to fill the order, they shouldnt have accepted it. If they had simply turned down the order on account of it being late, there would be no hard feelings. But to take my money ($50) for a steak then serve it gooey and uncooked with a side of rocks is completely unacceptable. Will never eat here again. Attached photos but they dont quite do it justice

The food and atmosphere aren't a problem. But beware, as this location will AUTOMATICALLY put a 20% tip on for carryout in the hopes you dont notice. VERY SNEAKY AND WRONG. GREEDY PEOPLE!

The food was not worth the price tag. Alfredo sauce was watery and lacked flavor. The drinks were watery as well and the only good thing I can say was that bread was ok. I liked the atmosphere but not worth coming back to even want to try anything else. We had 5 of us all get something completely different and no one was satisfied with their food

My steak was RUBBERY AND RAW. 1 spent the most ive ever spent in my life for a steak and it was the worst steak ive ever had in my life. It was still oozing this deep red blood and it was literally dark purple and cold. It was also bland. the mashed potatoes were stale and bland and the asparagus was inedible. Literally like chewing on a rock. For my boyfriends eggplant they gave him half of the food for the full price and they didnt put any sauce on it like theyve always done. The bread must of been thirty days old as well. I get not everything can be perfect but I spent 90 bucks for some of the worst food ive possibly ever had in my life. None of the photos do it justice because of the color correction in the photos so l've debated including them. I dont know if they just dont care for doordash orders but i used to love this place. Now I don't know if ill ever come again. Couldn't get a refund from doordash for more then 20 bucks. Imagine if i got the chicken or the pork. I probably wouldn't have been so lucky with those raw. Also I notice the food looks maybe medium rare at most in the photos so l've debated including photos but i eat steak very often and this was UNREAL.

Wow, just wow! I barely write a bad review. But this is disgusting! Brown spinach, only half cooked, dried up eggplant parmesan. How long has that been sitting? And bread with enough flour on it that its makkng dust. Never again!! Wasted $32.

Last night I went to the restaurant for dinner and ordered an Italian chopped salad with chicken. Unfortunately, the dish was a huge disappointment. The salad leaves were finely chopped, with rotten ends, topped with just a few olives and a very small piece of chicken breast. The chicken was overdried and had a strong smell of burnt grill. The dish looked unappetizing and left a feeling of staleness. This is a shame, because you expect a completely different level of quality and attention to detail from an Italian restaurant. It's a pity I forgot to take a photo of this salad 😢
