Burger absolutely amazing the chicken sandwich blows the doors off any other restaurant by far. Must try crispy chicken sandwich it was so good I ate it all. Side of fries. And of course a cold beer to wash it down. This place never disappoints always making me more happy each visit with my selections.

I believe this is my new favorite burger in Walnut Creek. They have a nice selection of burgers to choose from on the menu. The service and friendliness is top notch. The food is excellent. If I have one complaint it's that parking can be a little tough. But it is manageable.

There's nothing to dislike. The food is good. The menu has enough for any group to be happy. The ambiance in the lounge is quite nice. Music selection is GenX mellow...feels like 80s 90s. You can find a cheaper hamburger but why.

First experience here and it was 5-stars all around. Brought my 9 year old after a Dr appt., and it was kids eat free Tuesday. His meal included a burger, fries, chocolate milk, and ice cream! I had a bacon bleu grass fed burger and I was shocked at how great it was. We ordered on their screen menu and it was simple and quick. Fast delivery to our table, excellent customer service. We will be back!!!

My wife had a craving for a good burger after her therapy appointment at Walnut Creek. We happened to have passed by this nice Plaza with a number of restaurants, and we immediately found this nice, cozy place tucked neatly in one of the plazas corners. They have plenty of varieties to choose from, and they even offer vegan options as well. My wife had the lounge burger while I tried their truffle mushroom burger, and we both shared a large order of half fries and half onion rings. The burgers were great and cooked perfectly, and the fries and onion rings were plenty enough to share between the two of us. I would definitely come again to try their other options as well. Highly recommended 👌

Had dinner at Burger Lounge while attending nephews sporting event at Copa Soccer Complex. Food was amazing and they even had Shirley Temple soda on tap. Had some nostalgia right there! Definitely recommend for fast meal with good quality food.

I’ve always liked this place though I don’t come here too frequently. I took my family there a few days back and found the revamped the menu with nearly half being vegetarian. Amazing. My kids and I ordered a vegetarian burger and when they arrived, we all sent them back thinking the cook made a mistake and gave us beef instead. The host assured us the burgers were soy based so we finished the meal. I will say, it was amazing as to how much the burgers tasted like real meat. This may or may not be a good thing for those that are now vegetarian, but it’s great for my family. And if you like a regular burger and fries, they have those too. Added bonus is they have malts!!

Burger was fabulous, craft soda was.great, place.was.clean, music was perfect level not roo loud and Ellie who took our order was patient with all our questions(3 of us went) The food looked exactly as pictured which never happenes! It truly was a wonderful experience, even though the bun was wheat . I hate wheat buns.

I had fourty-five minutes to get lunch. I saw Burger Lounge on Ygnacio Vally Rd so I decided to take a chance. The first thing that you notice is the announcement of grass fed beef. I will say that the burger had an amazing taste to it. The staff was very friendly. Most of all the restaurant was clean! If you ever find a Burger Lounge go in and have a good grass fed burger 😉 Went again on March first! Had a double burger and a float! It was very delicious! The place had a romantic feel to it that evening. I enjoyed every second of my dining experience! I guarantee that I will return 😘 I took my wife to dinner on May 4th 2018. She has heard me talk of Burger Lounge and wanted to go! This is my third time here and I guarantee it won't be my last 😁

Fresh, quality ingredients, and friendly service make the food taste even better at this burger joint. With a few burger choices, chicken and fish, and salads, there is something for everyone here. Choose an entree a side of fries or onion rings, or both with the 50/50 option, and a drink (everything from beer on tap to soft drinks and tea) for a complete meal. Everything is grass fed, fried in peanut oil, and organic, but tastes fantastic. The service is fast and friendly and it is worth the extra cost. Tip: if you have a large party, consider the $50 gift certificate - it comes with a free burger and will pay for the rest of your party.

Nice service and nice to be able to choose from so many different things as a family of 4. One daughter wanted Thai and the other wanted sushi so this seemed like a nice option. Food was okay, but for the price I was expecting more. Pad Thai was a lot and just okay on flavor, but the other things we ordered were not that great. We don't live near this place so probably won't venture to try again, but maybe other things on the menu are better.

Pleasantly surprised to this new finding at the favorite Orchards At Walnut Creek place. Excellent Thai and Japanese cuisine, warm and friendly hospitality, authentic theme throughout the restaurant will make your evening complete. Two menus of different cuisine will be at your table providing best quality, fresh, deliciously prepared food. Anything your heart desire from appetizers to desserts will be each sides of the menus. Would highly recommend my favorite Tom Ka (Thai coconut soup) and Sushi Sashimi plate to have a taste of all of it. Don't forget to pay attention to the design and deco details. Great little spot!!! Decor and ambience is great! Food tasted okay and was presented authentically. Service and prices are decent. Parking available all throughout the shopping center. 😏 Negatives: They messed up our orders for a party of 3. Wasn't the biggest fan of their Thai BBQ chicken when it was finally brought out. It was served chard and tasteless. 😩

Instead of getting my usual order I asked the waiter what they recommend and she suggested the Massaman curry which was a tasty alternative to your regular green or red curry. We also had the shrimp appetizer and drunken noodles. Both good. The service was fast and our waiter was nice and helpful.

I've eaten here about 10 times. There is a fairly large menu, that has many Thai and Japanese items, including nigiri, sashimi, and sushi. I highly recommend the yellowtail carpaccio, it has a perfect fusion taste with the sriracha and small slice of jalapeno. The Thai curries are incredible, and the sushi is just north of good. My only real complaint came this evening when I ordered the yellowtail carpaccio and got tuna instead... One small mark on a normally great place. For the price, I expect it to be exactly what I ordered, even if what I'm presented tastes good.

Place is okay.. Food is decent. On our last visit, the food was pretty bland for some reason. Previous visits were much better. Shares the space with a Japanese restaurant (Oishi Sushi) Sort of weird one can order from either menu. It's sort of nice to have variety. but I think this place would do better splitting onto 2 physically separate restaurants or focusing on one of them.

For me, Burger Lounge has been a go to fast casual burger spot for years, and it’s easily still one of my favorites. I love that they use grass-fed beef on their already tasty burgers. I’ve been a customer since at least 2011, back when I first discovered their locations in San Diego. Over the years, I’ve noticed some changes. While their burgers are still great, I feel they were even better before the chain expanded beyond San Diego. That said, Burger Lounge remains a solid choice for a tasty, high-quality grass fed burger.

Great Food and Soft Drinks! The Onion Rings and Fries are perfect. The soft drinks are delicious and different varieties of flavors, not standard Pepsi and Coke products which is a delicacy nowadays!!! Bravo on all that. The hamburger and ingredients all perfect. My only complaint would be inflation due to Democrats ruining the economy. The meal for fries/onion rings, soda and burger was nearly $30! So not sure how much is the restaurant and how much is the Biden inflation, either way it's expensive. As far as the construction of the burger, I'd like to see more care given to the avacado. Mine was just kind of ploped on in a solid chunk rather them spread across the bun or sliced nicely so it spread across each bite. And bugger patties or double patties would completely upgrade this to a super winner. Everything was delicious, just a few things I saw that could be improved just slightly for my taste. Even enjoyed the music. Could be a cool place to grab a beer, burger and party on the patio for sure for a group.

This our first visit to this restaurant , we ordered fish sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings , I didn’t like the fish the sandwich but the chicken sandwich was good and also the onion rings .The atmosphere and setting areas so comfy and nice.There is outside setting as well .Bathrooms are clean . Prices ok. Staff nice . Place is clean .I recommend the place .

I made an online order. It was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I did see the option for curbside pick up however there was no option at check out and no designated parking. Parking was very full. Outside of that The food was good . Everything fresh! I got a lounge burger with grilled onions and added bacon and avacado 👌🏾. While everything was a bit expensive it was tasty 😋. I got a chocolate shake and a lavender mint tea. The shake was very rich and thick. The tea was good but make sure it’s cold. Tastes good mixed with the hibiscus lemonade also 🤞🏾

Solid four stars for all that they’ve got. Excellent place with the cool vibe and very pleasant atmosphere. Everything is brand new inside out. Have limited variety of all your heart desire burgers including Paleo (bun free, protein style) one. Whole wheat buns and grilled onion with juicy Patty is really some thing to give it a try. Organic lemonade with less sugar was right on the spot. Thought through interior, new restrooms and excellent outside seating are calling to be back which I will gladly do.

I really enjoyed this burger and the fries were pretty good as well. I had the husky, which at first, I thought it was going to be overwhelmed with vegetables, but the meat was very tasty and it stuck out which is great. The fries were a bit interesting because there was rather significant salt cubes around and on the fries which had an extra crunch that I had to get used to. Overall, this was a solid place for a quick bite to eat if you are craving burgers.

First time, I have to say the staff could smile every once in a while. Even if ypu dont like your job, pretend. Otherwise work in a different field. I tried 2 times to get this kid to smile. Nothing. The food, was ok. Had I had better customer service. The food would have tasted better. Probably won't try again.

Me and my wife have been having fun trying out all the restaurants in this little Plaza by Walnut Creek, and today was the day we're trying out this place. The place was pretty big with a lot of seating, and we were seated pretty quickly as the place wasn't busy. We had their tom ka soup, which was nicely flavored and robust. We also ordered their seafood wonder platter and chicken curry with broccoli. The first thing I noticed was that the soup was the only thing that was hot that was served to us. The curry chicken is just slightly above room temperature. The seafood platter is also a little tepid. The salmon was a tad overcooked, and the grilled scallops barely had any grill marks on it and cold to the touch and undercooked as well. The only redeeming part of the dish was the calamari, which was nicely breaded with a nice crunch. Service was a little slow as well when we returned our food to have it at least warmed up. Sad to say, but our experience with Thai Thani was underwhelming and a little disappointing, we would have done better if we'd just come back to the burger lounge around the corner. The place has potential, but be wary when you come by to try it.

I got a crispy pork belly with papaya salad, and they gave me a platter of uncooked vegetables (onions, garlic, cabbage, bean sprouts, etc.). I didn’t know what to do with them so I only ate the pork and hard boiled egg. The papaya salad I disliked. It was a little bit too salty for me. I think I waited long for the veggie platter to come (around 20-30min). The shrimp tempura was good though and the coconut juice straight from the fruit itself. The sashimi platter looked good and yummy, but we thought it wasn’t fresh

Got take out 2 noodle dishes so I can only review on the quality of these two items: Pad Thai with shrimp was good. Good amount of noodles and decent amount of shrimps. The lime and extra crunchy peanut was a nice touch. Pad See Ew (flat stir fried rice noodle) was very disappointing 2 reasons are noodles were mushy & no flavor in the sauce. just plain sad see attached photo. Will not return to this place for Thai food.

Ordered the chicken Satay and the BBQ Chicken Papaya Salad Combo set. Both were mediocre. The chicken of Satay was oily and fatty and the peanut sauce was oily. The BBQ chicken papaya salad wasn’t any better. The chicken looked so unappetizing. I’d never return to this place again. Sticky rice was good, but hard to screw that up.

Placed an order for pick up from this place. Ordered the Pad Se Ew and a Fried Rice. When I got home, I realized I didn't receive any fried rice, there was some other noodle dish that I couldn't eat cause it was definitely the highest spice level and tasted like crap. For the Pad Se Ew, there was uncooked pieces of noodles in the dish per the picture. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

customer service is terrible. we waited to pickup our food for 1.5 hours. staff was incredibly rude, and refused to speak to us or answer any questions. they also would not let us have a refund- we were starving and wanted to leave since they originally told us the wait would be 20 minutes, not an hour and a half. genuinely disgusted by watching how they treat their customers, and also how managers treat their staff. we will never eat here again.
