We wanted to sit outside since it was a great night. We were told to pick any open table, and someone would help us. We waited a few minutes, looked over the menu, and figured out what we wanted. No one came by. I went inside and asked if anyone would help us. The friendly young woman said yes, let me get someone. We waited another few minutes and then got up with our menus and went inside and told the same person we wanted to sit inside so we could get helped. They ran out of room in the main dining room, so she told us to go to the back dining room through the bar. We picked a table and sat down. We were helped in 30 seconds with a warm welcome and water. All went well after that. The salad was large and had plenty of items in it. The small pizza was excellent and cooked just right and served hot. When we were done, it took too long to get our check. No biggie.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered a pizza with garlic bread. The pizza had great flavor with thick crust, but was a bit floppy for me and the garlic bread was good, make sure to eat while hot. FYI the wings are not wings 😬. I love the atmosphere and want to return for dinner and see what it is like. Overall this is a place I will come back to eat at. 💥

Really great atmosphere. Live music on the Thursday night we went. Maybe a good spot for football but they only had Prime in the bar area which was full. Pizza is decent but not great. Too thick and cheesy for my liking. Service was good.

We had a large party and they were very accommodating for our last minute reservation. It would’ve been nice to have the tables together instead of everyone apart but it worked. The staff was so kind and the food was good. Between everyone, we tried a little bit of everything.

Favorite pizza place in Walnut Creek. Usually super busy. It can take time to have food delivered to the table. I’ve had experiences where they were so busy they forgot entire entrees or brought us the wrong items. But I still go back. The vibe is fun and lively abs the food is Delicious!! This particular experience my friend and I got our food really fast. There were some open tables. It was great. Bar area is seat yourself. Dinner area is seated by host. If you’re ordering f a large pizza, mention the “large for the price of a medium” coupon and they’ll give you the discount. Gnocchi is great with Alfredo sauce or creamy pesto. The lasagna and cannelloni are baked in a dish and come out Piping hot. They take a very long time to cool down. All the pizzas are awesome. The Caesar salad for two is huge. Desserts are fun. Vegetarian risotto is a favorite. The veggies are cooked perfectly. The salt water fish tank in the bar is beautiful. Staff are all friendly. Rocco is usually around some night. Good guy. Always takes care of us.

ordered take out their dominator doesnt seem to be as tasty as before covid. Its a minor complaint the crust was slightly black, not bitter but its burnt in some parts. The large pizza was cut very crudely you have some piece that are really large and some that are really small. Not good for sharing. Not sure what but before dominator was really above the rest of the other pizza places but now its just standard.

It’s always a great time at Rocco’s. We had come in close to closing and I could tell the server wasn’t pleased that she may have hoped to be out at cut time. It’s sad that people won’t give their all through their full shift. I’d love to have a job at all. We had pizzas, salad, drinks and apps so to see the distinct shift in a persons energy because they may still have work to do was imo as a previous service industry worker, her energy shift was repulsive. I hope she has a better attitude going forward.

Pizza was good, customer service not so much. Walked in on my lunch break to order a pizza waited 35 mins, walked up to the counter and asked how much longer and they looked over and my pizza was ready for who knows how long. No one called my order number or said my name. Waisted probably 15 mins or more of my lunch break.

We have been eating at roccos for years and while the pizza tastes great, almost a 1/3 of the time we place orders, we receive the wrong pizza. Sometimes it's small and they didn't include some of the toppings, but recently we literally received the wrong pizza (even though the receipt says the correct order). If you're going to order takeout, would HIGHLY recommend checking your pizza before leaving the restaurant.

Ordered a pizza for pickup and arrived on time, only to wait 20 minutes before being told they had given my pizza to someone else. I was then asked to wait another 20 minutes while they remade it. Mistakes happen, but what really disappointed me was that no compensation, apology beyond a shrug, or effort to make it right was offered—not even a discount or a drink while waiting. I essentially paid full price for their mistake and lost 40 minutes total. Pizza might be fine, but the customer service and accountability were not. Probably won’t be back.

We DoorDashed our order. Beef raviolis and eggplant parmigiano. The food was decent except for the small black rock I nearly broke a tooth on that I found in the eggplant parmigiano! I called Rocco's they said nothing they could do about it to contact DoorDash... okay, fine... we did. But the attitude came off like so what happens all the time. Terrible customer service. I worked 20yrs in the business... this is not how you win back diners.

EXTREMELY disappointing. Ordered catering for my son's 18th birthday, and prices online were different from then what we actually paid. You should update your site to reflect accurate pricing and menu items. I called after my husband paid and talked to Alyssa, who said they know their pricing online is inaccurate and wouldn't honor the prices we thought we were going to pay when we initially placed the ordered the day prior. Bread was hard and burnt ordered 2 trays, and we still have a tray and half leftover because no one wanted to eat it. The chicken in the pesto was very dry and hard see pictures. The few pieces that were softer were good. I don't eat seafood, so I didn't try the clam linguini. The family said that tasted good. I ordered a tray of veggies based on what it said online. Says broccoli, zucchini, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, asparagus tips, disappointment that we got Brussel sprouts and green beans. No zucchini or asparagus. Overall, we definitely overpaid for food that wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend catering to anyone.
