Food is great. The veiws are amazing. The upstairs area to rent out for parties really nice.

This was a random stop after a busy morning. We sat outside on the deck and each tried something. The bbq pulled pork stack with veggies was amazing!!! I can't wait to try another one.

This was dinner on a Friday night and the place was hopping. Still we were seated immediately and our server, Sam, was great! Update 11/7/25 very busy Friday night, good service. I had their white pizza and they made it thin crust with mushrooms. Great experience, again. I went for crab pretzel and the boneless wings. Both delicious. My friend had a triple Slider which was also good. Dessert, a peanut butter pie, was just okay. I wouldn’t order again. This was during the Christmas holiday but will return in summertime to experience the deck and the river view!

Great river view, great location, nice service, and huge portion of food. We went here for the river view, and it was truly beautiful with the old bridges. The fried white fish was so huge that I didn’t even need to eat the fries to be full. Also the taste was nice and the fried fish was very crispy. We also tried another dish which I forgot the name. It was also nice, we loved the mixture of mango and other ingredients.

Absolutely perfect place for food, drinks and scenery. Prices are average, but food is definitely above average. Pizza is a MUST. the crust is phenomenal. View is awesome with tons of outdoor seating. Our waitress was efficient and personable. The palm trees in Pennsylvania is also a hilarious touch! If we had a restaurant like this back home, we would go every weekend!

Great summertime spot for a bite to eat along the Susquehanna River. Delicious food and friendly service. The new covered patio was a great upgrade!

I had the Tuscan prime rib sandwich which was made to perfection & my significant other had the crab quesadilla which was huge. service was excellent. Reccomend and will definitely be back again. 2nd time going again and did not disappoint. Food was just as good as 1st time. Consistency matters!!

Perfect weather for eating on the deck overlooking the river. Order the 10 river rocks so we have some to take home. Love the Mango Bango cocktail.

Got the jalapeño chicken sandwich, I have never had a sandwich as big or delicious. The sauce was great the chicken was juicy and the breading was so crispy. Will be a place to go for lunch or dinner in the city

The popcorn was a little stale but everything else about the place was awesome. Great for family fun,first date, just time to get away, etc .. type of outing.

Honestly I've only ever been here twice but both times have been great. The service was wonderful and the food is soooo good! I really love their baked potatoes and can't believe how big they are!! I definitely recommend! They have a good selection on the menu with fair prices. I also love all of their drink choices, I got a mango lemonade and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more things!

Great wings here, lots of options for flavors. They have a bar for drinks and lots of TVs for sports games. Deep dish pizza wasn’t amazing but I’m not a deep dish expert. Great service from the waiters and wings we brought out quickly. Also wheelchair accessible. There was no wait for lunch but if you come for dinner then you will most likely be waiting for a table.

Let me start by saying our waitress was fantastic! She kept bringing us drinks and was so super sweet. The food was good and came out fairly quick. If you don't like what on TV just look at a different one.

We love this place for the food and ambiance. I highly recommend the giant baked potatoes and river rocks appetizer. So good! My son is also a fan of the kids’ pizza here. In the Summer, the river view is beautiful. The fall specialty drinks are delish for those that like pumpkin flavoring.

We had the chicken parmesan and the cedar plank salmon and salad with seasoned vegetables. We had the mango bango and three pina colada's. Loved sitting outside and the drinks were excellent. Our waitress was very helpful too. We will be back. The weather was perfect a lovely evening and an amazing view.

Very good food with a very good view. Can get pretty busy, so I'd recommend reserving a seat for the outside patio. Drinks are decently priced, and the presentation on everything looks great. Would recommend their Stax meals, and the peanut butter pie.

The food was good and very reasonably priced considering the restaurant was on the river. Very nice outside eating area. Lots of menu choices. Good service.

I came 2 hours away for a concert and a friend told me to stop at Dockside Willie's for food. He was not mistaken. The portions are huge and everything was fresh and flavorful. The building was clean and the staff was really friendly. The cost was relatively cheap as well. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back during the summer to visit the dock portion of the restaurant at night.

The view was great, we got a seat right by the river. It was a tad confusing having two different establishments in the same exact space but once we settled in we had no complaints. The service was great and the view was amazing. I highly recommend you try this if you miss the coastal vibe of eating out in beach towns.

We always love coming here with our family and friends to show them the area and the great atmosphere of the area. We discovered this place after we went to Hersheypark and we were in need of desperate food. They got to us very very quickly and always Ready to serve us and help us and don’t get me on about the food. It is amazing.

Great prices for massive portions. River rocks for apps are really good. We were there at 3 so not too crowded but definitely emptied out right after the football game. I think the waitress wanted to get rid of us because she didn't offer dessert. (We ordered anyway!) Overall, very good experience

We come here often and have never had a bad meal. Today our server was Christian. He was friendly, funny, and totally on the ball. The view of the river is so cozy. Love this place!

Aidan was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making our experience great. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable, and his positive energy made the whole meal even better. Service like his is rare, and it truly made our visit special. We’ll definitely be back and hope to be seated with Aidan again.

We went on a packed saturday night of a holiday weekend but were still immediately seated at a great table out on the deck. Their food is phenomenal. The deep dish pizza is the most authentic I have ever had outside of Chicago. Their fish tacos are also fantastic. All of the mixed drinks are nicely made and taste great. Reasonably priced. Plenty of parking. Convenient location. We drive 40 miles to go here! Never did I think the best beachside bar vibe I could find in the area would be in Harrisburg, but it is!

Everything was amazing. The atmosphere was beautiful. An old school feel with a modern touch, very clean. Our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) was amazing. The food was amazing.

The restaurant was packed on a Saturday night with a small wait for two. The host that walked us to the table, a scrawny dark haired white boy with a very very NAD attitude rushed to the table and we could barely keep up because he zoomed through a crowd of people. He threw the menus down. I said thank you, but he gave me a dirty look and walked away. My husband and I laughed because it was a crazy little unexpected event. The server was Aiden. He was great!! But I noticed the server sections are all over the place. Plus they double sat him numerous times. He was able to keep up though. The hosts rei need work on many things. The crab pretzel was so good!!!!! The Philly cheese steak was pretty good, but barely had any meat in it. It was weird! The fries were really good too!! We went at night, so there was no view. It would be better during the day. Overall, it was good. Aiden made it better!

Went to see a friend for lunch around 1:30. Food was delicious. I had the Caribbean salad with chicken. Service was very slow. I had to go look for our server several times. It wasn't busy. My friend while waiting for me said it took 15 minutes just to get 2 glasses of water which arrived just as I appeared. She brought the refills on iced tea but never really checked on us. I'm a former server so I do know what the demands of being a server are. However, service was lacking though she was pleasant enough. Consequently, she was tipped as such.

The best feature about this place was the awesome environment! We sat out on the deck and were there to celebrate my daughters 40th birthday (August 14)! The service was slow. The hot wings were awesome & the other foods were decent! We'd recommend this place for others to try! We were treated to fireworks over the Susquehanna River thanks to City Island!

Loved loved loved this place omg this place had delicious food and huge portions, great service as well . Great place for lunch and dinner especially outside on the water when it's nice out . Highly recommend one thing I do not like is their French fries 🍟 they portion is huge way to many and every time I eat here they are always cold and have no taste. I do not recommend getting them. The owner needs to really do something about that

Ordered the soup of the day which was supposed to be vegetable beef. They brought something that didn't have vegetables or beef and smelled like seafood but it did not look appetizing at all so I ordered the chili which was very good. The fries which are hand cut came out soggy and undercooked. They brought a replacement but it was also undercooked but at least it was hot this time. My wife enjoyed her shrimp meal and the premium cocktails were very good.

The wait was horrendous, but bar side was good. Food was pretty good. This is one of the cleanest bars I have ever seen. Decorations were clean. Thats not usually the case. They were slammed, food was not spectacular but was good. Service was hopping to keep up. They did a great job. Just didnt understand why football wasn't on when there was a game.

Dockside Willies is one of those places that really depends on the day — but when it’s good, it’s great! The food can be hit or miss sometimes, and the cocktails too, but when they land, they really land. The service is usually friendly, though there are times you might wait a bit longer than expected. But honestly? The atmosphere makes it worth it every time. Sitting out on the deck with good company, waterfront views, and sunshine (or a sunset cocktail in hand!) makes everything better. It’s one of those spots where the vibe does half the work. 😎🌅🍹 I’ll definitely keep going back.. even with the occasional inconsistency.

We decided to visit this establishment on a Saturday night. Big mistake. Parking was horrible. I believe there are like 3 restaurants all crammed into a 1 block area . Anyway after driving for 20 minutes in a circle to get a spot . I parked. After a hr the family finally all got together and than came the wait . 1 hr standing outside on the street when we had a reservation. Finally our seat came available but it was a large bench seat . No chairs . Unacceptable. I finally walked out onto the deck and it was practically empty. I requested to be moved outside because I wasn’t sitting packed in like a sardine. But was informed we had one to many people for the outside table that had chairs . Really!!!’ So then another 15 minute wait to get that table Finally my butt is in a chair at a table. Our waitress was new . Perhaps her first night so nothing went right. From drinks to food it was an understanding situation. So I don’t hold the waitress responsible because she was completely overwhelmed. We ordered steak that was undercooked. I got the ribs. With mashed potato and a teaspoon of coleslaw slaw . Horrible meal . Tough as leather. And the potatoes were dry . No butter . No sour cream. My son in law got the chicken parm that looked wonderful and he was happy. My daughter got the loaded baked potato that also looked wonderful she was pleased. My wife and mother in law got the crab cakes and fries. I didn’t hear any complaints but shouldn’t the salad come before the entrees. Plus I couldn’t even see the crab cake because the plate was filled with fries. Now did I just hit this place at a bad time. Could be . Would I go back . Probably not because it’s over rated in my book . Unless I was in the area and saw the parking lot reasonably parked. Never again on a weekend.

I’d love to give 5 stars. Every time I’m here the food is great! But this last time was just a no and the only reason for this review is for training purposes. They may need to train their food running staff to quality check take out orders. We ordered mozz sticks, and then boneless wings-plain with hot bbq and sweet Thai chili OTS with extra bleu cheese. We got the mozz— chefs kiss. The wings were plain. But then we didn’t get any bleu cheese or wing sauces on the side... We actually got 2 large sides of tartar sauce with it? I didn’t think to check the order before I left but I wish I did. I can’t comment on customer service simply because I didn’t realize the issue until I was home. But we paid extra money for blue cheese and got tartar sauce.

Husband ordered Salmon and it was good. I ordered the Korean Tacos. A lot of slaw in them and hardly no meat. But anywho went to take a bite out of my taco and bit something hard. Thought it was bristle at first then when I look I saw something orange so I thought it was a hard carrot from the slaw. So I went to take it out and her it was a sandwich toothpick in the middle of my taco. The toothpick was the length of the taco. Neither of us ordered anything to use a sandwich toothpick. Was told the manager was going to come over but instead the manager told the server to apologize. Our server was very nice. Took the tacos off but didn’t ask if I wanted something else or didn’t offer anything else. Luckily I didn’t chip my tooth or actually chew on it. Do better! Lastly I ordered a Bloody Mary and it had so much alcohol in it that it didn’t even taste like a Bloody Mary. Other drinks I ordered were good.

We went here on 10/24/2025 for a nice dinner. To start off our night, we had some UNEXPECTED visitors under our table!! We sat in the enclosed dining area beside the river (they have it closed in now for colder season with heaters). As we sat there waiting for our food to arrive we watched multiple MICE run around from table to table, 1 of which climbed up the table legs behind ours and 1 ran across my fiancés shoe! At one point our waitress came over (after seeing me take pictures) and she knew exactly what I was taking pictures of! It all made sense now as to why she walked around stomping her feet from time to time around the tables!!! She said they have a pest company and are working on dealing with the mice issue. She reassured me that the mice were not in the kitchen area, after I stated my concerns with the mice and our food that hadn’t come out yet. Instead of sending a manager over to speak with us, another waitress arrived and stated the same thing about the mice infestation. HOWEVER… We ordered Wings for our dinner and River rocks as our appetizer . The wings we ordered had okay flavor, but came out dry…thankfully we had ranch to dip them in. The river rocks we were happy with. After our dinner we received our bill and still had yet to be seen by a manager or had anything taken off our bill as a courtesy for trying to be understanding of the situation. Very disappointed by DockSide Willies!!! DO BETTER!

Ripoff. The prime rib tuscan sandwich is described as "fresh hand sliced prime rib"... it's obviously steakum. And not even a super generous amount! Supposed to come with a pickle and I found one tiny chip of the end of a pickle mixed in with my fries. They seem to resent takeout orders and package them very sloppily and short your food compared to getting the same thing if you order in.
