My child and I really enjoyed the overall experience at the restaurant, especially the reward part which made the whole meal a lot of fun. The food was fresh and yummy there are so many choices in the menu, The staff were very friendly, our server Rachel was very kind attentive and thoughtful. all in all the dining experience was very comfortable for us, we will definitely come back again.

Such a great experience at Watami Revolving Sushi. The sushi was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pork buns were a standout, and even my friend — who usually isn’t a fan of fish — loved the food. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, and the free dessert at the end was a lovely surprise. We’ll definitely be back!

No notes. Every bite was perfect. The girls who served us were genuinely so sweet and happy and even gave my boyfriend and me free dessert at the end which was such a nice surprise. This is officially my new favorite sushi spot. The sushi was amazing, the pork buns were insane, even my boyfriend (who isn’t a fish fan) absolutely loved this place he had the best time he got the udon and said it was perfect. He even tried the butterfly shrimp and loved it :) I found this place on TikTok and it fully exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be back

My first time visiting a revolving sushi restaurant and I was really impressed! Great variety and quality of food. Excellent service. And it was really fun! We ordered additional items not on the conveyor and those came to us quickly as well. We will definitely come back!

This place is the original revolving sushi bar in Cleveland, inspired by regional Japanese conveyor belt sushi, and it absolutely delivers. There are tons of options rotating by at all times, so you can dive in right away with little to no wait. And if you want something specific, just special-order it — a robot will literally bring it right to your table. So fun! The service is consistently quick, and the sushi itself is always fresh and flavorful. We love their classic rolls like the Ohio Roll and Spicy Girl Roll, but they also keep things exciting with creative items like sushi sandwiches and sushi tacos. They’re always coming up with something new. Pricing works differently here than most places: each plate color has its own price, so veggie rolls tend to be cheaper while raw options are a bit higher. It’s super easy to keep track as you go. And definitely save room for taiyaki — a warm, fish-shaped Japanese cake traditionally filled with sweet red bean paste. It’s the perfect sweet finish. All in all, this spot impresses us every single time. Great food, fast service, and such a unique experience — one of our absolute favorites in Cleveland.

What a fun place to enjoy sushi and such. Everything is so fresh and I love sitting where we can watch them prepare the plates. New this trip was the special order monorail that runs above to conveyor belt to deliver special orders directly. Lady Gaga Roll is a favorite and the edemame spring rolls were delicious. I could also eat plates and plates of the shumai. The new ice cream dessert is amazing! Such a happy place! Congratulations on three years in business!

I took my son here for his 9th birthday because sushi is his favorite food! Needless to say, he LOVED the entire experience. The staff were all so friendly and inviting. The restaurant was clean and spacious with plenty of options for food on the revolving conveyor belt! We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back in the future!

This was our first time having revolving sushi and it could not have been a better experience! Everything was very easy to understand, super fun, and absolutely delicious! My kiddo won by a landslide and got a prize for eating over 15 plates!

This was so much fun. I’m so grateful that my kids love sushi as much as I do. I was stationed in Japan, and that is where my love of sushi began. This place reminded me so much of my time in Japan. This restaurant is as close to the revolving sushi bars in Japan as I remember. Lots of variety. Prices are reasonable. Service was great. The only reason we spent as much as we did is because we had almost 35 plates. Most of them were the $3.75 plates because we love sushi. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Me and my daughter drove and hour and half away just to eat here. I must say the service was fantastic, we went the day after new years and got a seat as soon as we walked in. The staff was amazing, they were friendly, and informative in how everything worked. Made sure out drinks were refilled and plate tops cleared from table. The food was a great variety and you could order from menu or pick a card to place on table for something you didn't see. The experience was one of a kind and I hope to go back again some time.

My family enjoys going here as a fun treat for dinner. We have been there multiple times and will continue to go back. The Sushi is yummy and they offer a wide variety. The service is fine and the atmosphere is okay. It gives you a sub sandwich shop feel. Seating is booth style. Again, if you like sushi, give it a try! It's fun and yummy!

The Traveler

This is a unique place to get sushi. The conveyor rotates around the room and you grab a dish that looks good to you as it passes by or you can order a special plate and they will have a train that brings it to your table. The sushi is decent, not super high quality but better than gas station sushi. Pricing is fair, you pay by the plate. Each color plate has a specific price for it. Overall it’s a fun place, I will go back and I think it is worth checking out!

Visited here on the weekend, not bad enough. I would like to note here that the service staff is always friendly and will never leave you unattended. The establishment is very interesting in its presentation of dishes, the dishes themselves are quite good, but the colored dishes are not clean enough for me (or so it seemed to me;(. The prices are very pleasant and a large selection of dishes, there are quite a lot of people, but we found a table for the four of us without any problems, the establishment is cozy and simple. It cost us $20 per person and it is not expensive at all and we had a good dinner and tried something new for ourselves, also for a certain number of dishes we received a gift for the child in the form of a toy in a slot machine. I recommend, especially the cool staff)))

A fun dinner experience that visually appeals you to try a wide variety of sushi fare. The Pink Lady Roll was a delight. Nigiri was a bit rubbery and not the freshest or best quality but at the price it comes I guess it’s not bad, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m a sashimi lover so this wasn’t the sushi spot for me but it was still fun and delightful to sample so many options at the cost of what would usually be 2/3 rolls at my regular spot. The orange slices were the most refreshing finish to my meal!
