I was told by a few that the women in the morning are fast amd friendly here and my God they were. Funny, helpful, and fast!! The lady that took my order Erica was my favorite! She was so sweet. Makes great ice coffee and very helpful! I bought her a coffee too! I have been here in the evening and it was fast as well not very friendly though.
The Taco Bell on Esplanade is the place my family prefers to order food from. The food was prepared fresh and fast. Staffs are always friendly and professional. There’s plenty of parking space.
All the many, many, meals from each of the Taco Bells here in Chico that I have had over the past years there is just one who I have never had a messed up order or food that was nasty. That is the one on Esplanade , across from the bowling alley. The employees are always super friendly which is a rare thing these days. There are times it is outrageous how long getting food can take but I believe that is due to the volume of orders , not the performance of the workers. Waiting to place order was longer then finally getting food. It is worth the wait.
The manager Trina was great at turning around a complicated transaction (to me) with simple communication. The customer isn't always right! Thank you for helping me understand the menu and making my value meal turn out to be just right. Even Taco Bell with just the drive thru made my day better. I was just too hungry and fresh off a frustrating day at work and she made it alright. Thank you.
I’m here for work with 2 others. We went though the drive-thru and were greeted by Connie, who took our order. We actually placed 3 separate orders and typically this will overwhelm the person at the window; but not Connie. She was amazing. She was clear, concise, and just pleasant to talk to. She made sure that we understood what would have an up charge, offered better deals on certain meals, and double-checked what we ordered - which I’ve never experienced at any Taco Bell. She also confirmed our order at the payment window, which also rarely happens. We then pulled up to the food window and were greeted again with polite employees who made sure to confirm our orders multiple times. I should’ve asked their names as well. As far as this truck full of people, this Taco Bell is the pinnacle of perfection. Kindness matters and y’all are killing it.
It takes entirely to long to get your order if you want to dine in... Too much priority is placed on drive-thru and DoorDash...
I love Taco Bell. I don't think I've ever been disappointed eating here. They're very consistent and I like that when choosing to eat out - even at a fast food place. The Crunch Wrap hits the spot for me every single time. I prefer mild sauce the best - always ask for extra! (Depending who is giving it/how much, you might even want to ask for extra extra.) Even if you want a basic regular taco, the soft taco tastes amazing. It's classic and delicious and I think the perfect size as an add on to whatever else you're getting or just to grab a couple as your meal. I never feel the need to "upgrade" anything to the supreme kind. I find the regular ones to be good as is. I recently tried the Doritos Locos Taco for the first time.. personally, it's not worth the hype. It was lacking the extra doritos flavor I had hoped for. But, I wasn't getting my hopes up too much going into it anyway since I don't think Doritos have a ton of flavor to begin with... I just wanted to try something new. I'm glad I did, but I'll stick to the Crunch Wrap.

Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant so naturally I’ve been to many different Taco Bell locations - it was even my first job. This specific Taco Bell location tops the others I’ve visited by far. They ALWAYS get my order right, they’re quick, and they always serve with a smile. Thanks for being awesome!

This is the best taco bell to order from. They usually have the freshest food. The best prepped food and the most cleanest environment with the best service and they honor your online app. Unlike the East Avenue, branch of Taco Bell that does not usually honor the app. With not so good service.
I was here in the morning, the food was prepared quite quickly, the food was hot, the place was quite clean, the tables were clean and the toilet was quite clean👍👍
The food was good as taco bell always is good. :) But this taco bells customer service is ridiculous. The crew members are rude, and the managers are even worse. Whoever is the manager of this taco bell during the afternoon shift and beginning of evening shift should be fired. At the very least, they should be demoted to crew member. They obviously do not have the people skills to be productive, respectful people, let alone running a store.
I ordered online and my only option was to pick up in the drive through... As I walked past The Taco Bell I noticed the lobby was closed but the drive-thru was still open. I was able to flag down an employee. He said that he would speak to his manager about possibly skirting the drive-thru to get us food from the lobby because we didn't have a car. After that we waited intently for the food. It was probably some of the best Taco Bell I've ever had in my life and I think the manager dearly for providing us with Taco Bell. Even though he didn't have to, I feel like a walk through Taco Bell should be a thing, not just drive through. Five stars

Not the best Taco Bell I've been to. The food was fine. But there was a guy passed out laying on a table and the manager had to ask him to leave,,,had drug paraphernalia on the table. Ugghh.
It was a late night drive through kind of night and it was really good! The lady was working alone, so I definitely understand that it took a little longer than usual, but she was super nice and respectful and made bomb food!
This is the taco bell in town that I usually stuck to. The staff are friendly, service is quick without extremely long waits in the drivet through, and my order has always been perfect. There is an automated voice that greets you at the drive through speaker that is a little loud and annoying but a human will help you if you ask or if they can tell you are struggling with the AI "person. " The best part is that they are open late for those late night cravings
Robert was awesome! He was so friendly and had such a great attitude! I will be going to THIS Taco Bell every time… I would rather drive across town for great service! Thank you Robert for giving us such an awesome experience!

27 minutes from order to receive, unusual for this place. Normally, they put the fast in fast food, always clean, always great attitude. The owner is super person to be around, I have watched her pitch in and kick it up 2 gears.
Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants ever! The food there is incredible. I had a Grilled Cheese Burrito with Cinnamon Twists and a Zero Sugar Mountain Dew Baja Blast, as always, the food is good. The best part for college students like me is that you can take the B-Line here by swiping your Wildcat Card and the bus stop is nearby. The location is the only bad quality about this Taco Bell. The location isn't the best. That's why I didn't give it a five-star rating. Regardless though, I do recommend coming here once a week if you are a college student like me.
Food was what you expect (though they slightly burned the tortilla on my Crunchwrap). Service was really bad. Open during a remodel, they didn't have a drawer in the cash register and they prioritized all the drive thru orders, leaving us in the dining room to wait. Perhaps it was because they were under staffed with only 2 people there.
Being a Doordasher as well, it was not a streamlined experience by any stretch of the means. You have to call and wait outside. No drivethru. I REALLY wish they would fix there issues, it's sad they can't work along with doordashers better and the community
Food was not hot and burritos supreme didn't have the layers of other ingredients , considering how much you are paying $5.89 plus tax . Not worth paying . Extra creamy jalapenos sauce that you pay extra for not in the bag . 👍
I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before the employee who came back from break took our order. Then after at least 20min, our order came. It was all jumbled into the bags. The burritos weren't correctly labeled and it was super frustrating to try and distribute to my 8 kids. No service was given. No napkins were provided. It was a super stressful dinner. I will never order at that restaurant again, ever!
Dining area was clean, bathrooms were not. Broken sanitation equipment. Service was prompt, for was tacobell signature quality, not much stood out here, fast and convenient.
Door dashed from this Taco Bell. Dasher did great. Taco Bell messed up my order. Barely gave what we ordered for five people. Disappointed to say the least, I’ve never never had a problem with this location. Spent $50 for an order that wasn’t complete.
When you enter a Taco Bell, what is the preferred mode of ordering, at the kiosk or the counter? This Taco Bell was confusing. I wanted to order at the counter, but the first employee seemed to busy to assist me and walked away without acknowledging my presence. I decided maybe the kiosk then. As soon. As I started that order, another employee came to the counter to help a customer who walked in and wasn't ready. Took awhile to get the food that was hastily pushed in my direction. The lobby hadn't been cleaned, and the sauces were empty. The food was wrapped well and assembled okay.
So my hubby, daughter, and I ordered our food, and they gave us someone else's food and we didn't know and had already left and got home only to find out it was wrong, we called in and that's when they told us we were handed the wrong food. We got our free food for the mistake and came back for it. They then messed THAT order up, so we called back when we got home and got another free meal. That's when they got THE 3rd order RIGHT, but at that point, we were just done with this Taco Bell, so now we go to the other ones in Chico, Ca.
You have to use a kiosk to order and pay then it took a very long time to get the food. Many drive-thru and mobile orders were filled before our dine-in
We bought two supreme Luxe box meals . We can't have cinnamon twist and so we needed to switch out the cinnamon twist for chips and nacho cheese. I was charged .90 cents . All other Taco Bell switch it for free . Food for thought .
Don't go here if you want drive thru, they have an AI powered piece of junk taking orders. No actual human until you get to the payment window. The food is tasty and the service at the window is fast.
I ordered on line, picking up order at 7:45, I was there on time. They had several bags of orders sitting on floor, my order was cold,had to reheat everything, I had ordered a power bowl, the beans were clumped, cold and ugly. The order was packaged bad, 2 items spilled, the soft taco was wrapped poorly and opened up. Very disappointed.
Used to be my favorite Taco Bell in town. Today changed my mind. The girl who took my order was nice and professional, can’t say that about the rest of the team. They forgot my green sauce, which would have been fine if they had delt with it properly, instead they were rude, made me bring my order back so they could check that I wasn’t trying to get more “free sauce”. I’ve never had a Taco Bell ask for proof other than a receipt for proof of purchase.
I don't think I can come back here anymore. Foods fine but they take forever, and I know they're understaffed and underappreciated but I ordered my food ahead today over an hour before I needed to pick it up and I had to wait half an hour past when I meant to pick up, then I had to interrupt their workflow because the app said it was ready but it wasn't on the pickup shelf and nobody called out my name
By far the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever visited. From the time I ordered to the time my name was called was about 15 min for fries, a taco and a drink. They called my name and put my order on the mobile pickup area just behind a counter and ran back into the kitchen before I had a chance to come to the counter. So I just grabbed my bag, and a lady came out with an attitude and asked to see my app and then proceeded to tell me how it wasn’t a mobile pickup for people to pick up but for employees to pick up for the people. It was a strange interaction. There’s no signs that said don’t enter and I just see a mobile and delivery pickup sign. That’s what I had. Maybe better signage, or a don’t enter this area, or employees only sign would help solve this confusion for patrons.
I have three children so I went through the drive-thru thinking it would be faster. Well, people came behind me and I ended up getting stuck in there for 45 minutes! And the lady at the window was rude when I told her I had been waiting in line for that long and I would like one of my items free. She did apply a coupon to my total amount, but was rude about it.
Order was miscommunicated and an item was left off. Instead of fixing it and charging me, they argued about the order being correct. Didn't leave with everything I needed. Better training, better management and a better personality at the window is in order. Not the first time this place has struggled.
If they manager to get my order right, its usually ok. Not great but not terrible either. And sometimes a double decker just really hits the spot! But good lord I've never had my food messed up at any single place more in my life! Most of the crew seem overwhelmed when it gets busy, and when it's slow they just joke around and say unprofessional things for everyone in the store to hear. Great family done out vibes for sure! I've never wanted to leave a review until now. I have continually received sour customer service from this location. My most recent interaction drove me to review. While going through the drive through the high-school girl on the speaker phone was short tempered and tried to upcharge us when requesting nacho cheese sauce and became irritated when asked to remove it, as well being very eager to end the order, as she multiple times kept telling me a total in the middle of me speaking. At the end when I tried to order my second item I was told "Do that at the window" and she refused to finish my order. The window cashier was confused when I told him the speaker girl refused to complete my order as she was irritated and he went back to scold to her. To top it off we specifically asked for no fire sauce, and in an attempt to be petty, they dumped an irrational amount of fire sauce to bury the food. Word of advice: if you hate your job, please dont lash out at customers. This is not an isolated incident, this location hires the most spiteful people.
Everytime i come its atleast a 30 minute wait inside or drive thru. Wait time is obnoxious which makes the food sit and go cold.
Took almost 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged at the order board, and I had to correct the very simple order 3 times before the girl got it correct. Paying for my food was the only thing that went right during my visit. Once to the pick-up window I was not acknowledged, I waited 3 minutes before someone came to the window with my food. I wasn't asked if I would like any sauces, and when I got my drink there was soda on the side of the cup so I inquired about napkins to wipe it off she said there was some in the box. Instead of holding up their line and checking for napkins I drove away only to find that I wasn't given any napkins and the tacos were leaking from the wrapper and onto my seats. Hands down the worst taco bell I have ever been to if I could give zero stars I would.

It sucks because I've already had a review at this place and it was five stars. My wife and I just went in there and ordered a bunch of food. As we're sitting there waiting for our name to be called, they called another couple's name that was also waiting on their food. That couple walked up saw that it wasn't their food and went and sat back down. So the food just sat there. Getting colder and colder. And then they called the couples name again so this time they walk back up there and it's their correct order. It's at this point when I realize I believe a mistake had been made and they called the same name twice which was not my name. So by the time we figured out what was going on I'm having to walk out with cold food because they wouldn't do anything about it. It just goes to show you that if you pay fast food workers the minimum wage that you do now they think they're above mistakes.
SLOWEST TACO BELL EVER!!! This is the 4th time I made an online order, and it took me over 30min stuck sitting in drive thru to get my food. By time I got my food tacos were soggy.
Worst Taco Bell in town. Literally takes over 20 mins in the drive through and you have a 50:50 shot of your order actually being right. What a joke.
Every time I go here it's super slow. Today really takea the cake. Drive through had many cars as usual and the line wasn't moving. So I decided to park and go inside. I waited 5 minutes before some even acknowledged I was there and then another 5 minutes before they said they would be with me shortly. I counted at least 5 people on duty at the time and they were all moving so ridiculously slow, leaving the front registers unattended. Never again.
Worst taco bell ever if I could give it 0 stars I would! The drive through I was in for almost 45 mins waiting for my order! Not fast food. I am a dash driver and that is just to long! Employees are rude and ignore you all the time. The food does not sit under a lamp. Or its in a box stacked on top of others. So 45 mins sitting out of course it gets cold! Do not go to esplanade taco bell after the lobby closes or your food will take in hour! So rude and no since of empathy for there costumers who are waiting while they do what ever there doing but serving you. I will not take another order for this taco bell again! Bad Business! I would have given zero stars but couldn’t. Stopped on our lunch break at work. Ordered at the counter. Sat there for 40 minutes. Went to counter asked about our food. Said it wasn’t on their screen. Had to leave. Didn’t get to eat today. 12 hour shift with no food. While we were sitting there everyone was coming in from the drive they looking for their food or complaining because it the order wasn’t right. Definitely need to do better. Thanks for nothing.
This is the worst Taco Bell in the entire United States. Wait times are ridiculous! They only give 1 sauce per item and God forbid you ask for anything they forgot to put in your bag. The items are most usually wrong. They are very rude as well. I'll never go to this one again
Terrible Taco Bell. The worst I experienced. As a DoorDasher you can not pick up more than one order at a time, even if the food is ready and sitting around getting cold. 🤦🏻♀️ It’s the opposite of efficient. I don’t know how they will stay in business. I will never eat here.
10 minutes per car in the drive thru. Shame on management and corporate for putting their workers thru short staffing. Keeping labor low so they can rake in more profits for higher ups. Disgusting. Ordered 2 crunch wraps with NO Nacho Cheese, received 2 wraps with EXTRA Nacho! Ordered a bean burrito NO red Sauce, received a bean burrito that was drowned in red sauce. It was for a toddler. Thank you Taco Bell for providing food that went straight to the trash can. This is happened twice from this Location. Will be formerly filling a complaint with corporate.
Probably one of the most lackluster locations for taco bell ever. Their way of service is incredibly unprofessional and some of their workers are rude. Would recommend going to another taco bell or anywhere else 👎
Waited 30+ minutes for my order, just for it to be wrong. I usually give the workers there the benefit of the doubt since i've worked in the food industry and it can be frustrating. But if they are going to take at least 30+ minutes, at least get the order right. Especially if i'm spending $20+ Definitely won't be going back anytime soon. (Around 10 p.m. is when i ordered)
This taco bell sucks .they take soooo long just to take an order 8n drive through then u get to the window it takes even longer. Your sa0ost to greet the custamer as soon as thay pull up to order and your never sapiat to take that long on drive threw drive through time sapost to be under a min if the order is not up yet for the one in window then park that carto get the next car out .coming from exsperiance as a shift manager at McDonald's.if i was the manager i would gwt that place in order running right .you get lazy manager in there that dont even do there job right i can put them all to shame .they need to get that place back on track ...do not go to thisplace slow as hell
Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru from 6:19-6:43 on a Sunday Evening..... Taco Bell used to be quick... Slow AF food more like it..... only go to the Taco Bell on 20th st. The other two in Chico are severely understaffed and can not provide good or quick service.
This place is terrible. The bathrooms looked like a truck stop. There is no one to take your order. You have to check out at a kiosk. The food was awful. The fountain drink tasted watered down. The booths are from the 90's. Don't eat here!

My food was the lowest possible quality I've ever seen, I wonder if the employees had a problem with us. It was a completely normal drive thru experience from my end. The pictures show it all, We bought a taco party pack and all the tacos were made what appears to be intentionally awful. I would really like Taco bell to get in contact with me about this but the customer service site appears to be permanently broken, I'm unable to submit anything. I just realized this is my second review on this, kinda surprised it didnt get commented on. These pictures were taken at 5:15PM so my order was a taco party pack ordered right before this. Update, 40 Minutes on hold on customer service 1800 number, this is impossible.
Fast and friendly. Try the fries. 7 years ago I gave 4 stars and the first two sentences of this review. Today I give them 1 star. It's not just because of the food quality but the amount you get. I'm pretty sure the nachos bell grande has gotten even smaller and now they charge $8 for it. Probably never going back. It's my opinion But I don't recommend Taco Bell anymore. 😕
Horrible food, service. Just gross. Always screw up order. Always!!!! Not the same TB I've had my whole life. Childhood favorites were enchiritos with black olives! And bun taco. Sad I will no longer eat at any Taco Bells.
I ordered a crunch wrap and a 5 layer burrito with fries and a drink for 11 bucks. I should have stuck with Dell taco because Taco Bell has that liquidity cheese they don't want to put out for real cheese cost too much. The 5 layer burrito had some beef in it but no real chunks look I'm a better deal from winco. The crunch wrap supposed to have beef in it couldn't find it just lettuce flower tortilla some cheese it was a pathetic joke. It's all my fault for going there because let's face it Taco Bell tries not to serve you food they have the cheapest run down food and when I was a child when I was a kid and I was a kid and I had those bafe apparatus they haven't had those 3035 years. It was a beautiful morning out so the atmosphere is the outdoors not the indoors. Let's face it th the employees know what they gave me so their service was poor.
Absolute worst Taco Bell in town. DoorDash orders are always put last and we are here stuck waiting almost 30 minutes past the time it’s supposed to be ready. Doesn’t matter if it’s one item we will be late for delivery and receive a contract violation. I was told by an employee that his manager has them prioritize drive through. As I wrote this I’m 20 minutes past the pick up time for two beefy 5 layer burritos one nacho fry and two Cinnabon delights. The workers are moving leisurely and of course prioritizing drive through orders.
Waited in line 25 minutes, was told a total at the drive through then a different total at the window. This location rarely gets an order right, either missing items or wrong items all together. They never greet you, just open the window and say the total, and shut the window after they hand you your food. I've had experience in food service and they give at best, the bare minimum with customer service.
I ordered a cravings box, and I asked for no sourcream on the burrito and I still received it with sourcream. I also asked for hot sauce packets through the app and I did not get any. We did not receive any straws for our drinks. We also were handed a side of fries in no bag and without the side. Customer service was less then adequate even for a fast food joint
Told them the mens restroom had no soap waited 15 mins. Used woman's, been here 45 mins still not refilled disgusting. Food was sloppily put together and they blared Country Music. 🤢 Stay away 😭
terrible service lately after 10pm. only 2 or 3 workers and they horribly prioritize doordashers over regular drive thru customers. employees just stare at you thru window dumbfounded like bro go cook something. have ordered mobile 4 times last 2 months every time even if i am the only car it takes at least 40 minutes. come on, hire the people that actually want to work so we can get better service.

Literally my second time coming to this specific location the employees are never at the register the line for drive through be around the corner figured I’d walk inside to place a single order. Literally waitied 30 minute’s. Not one employee was available to take my order neither did anyone acknowledge myself nor the three other people waiting at the register. I believe the workers on shift expect everyone to conveniently use their self check out. Waited 20 minutes before politely asking for a worker to take my order. The young lady proceeded to inform me that there is a 39 minute wait for fast food….1 Dorito Taco, & CrunchWrap, 🤨🤣 be prepared to wait a while if you come to this location absolutely ridiculous

Went through the drive through today and they have this new AI. Machine to take a order the machine kept getting it wrong so when I asked to talk to a VP member, the drive through attendant got on the microphone and said she only this time will take my order. I think it's pretty asinine that she acted like she was doing me a favor to take in order. When their machine was messing up, won't go back to this taco Bell
Place is very dirty. Not one clean table in the whole dining room. Bathroom was a total mess. I spill more food on my shirt than they put on my taco. Not coming back. Lesson learned
This Taco Bell uses the AI for your ordering now. This is honestly a disgrace to the employees and the workers that depend on these jobs.. I will not support this Taco Bell or any other Taco Bell from here on out. The fact that they use this AI technology now to take orders and when you ask for a person, they tell you, they cannot help you you have to use the AI system, which is completely unreasonable. If I don’t want to use it I should not have to use it. All this will do is improve corporate profits while laying off employees But let’s face it corporate doesn’t care about the employees obviously, I say strike Taco Bell from here on out.
15min wait for a few burritos??? In the drive thru??? Completely unfriendly service as well. I've gotten orders MUCH larger than this and I've waited a FRACTION OF THE TIME. They also had to ask me which order was ours multiple times as well.
They ALWAYS get my order wrong and it takes FOREVER. They put tomatoes on my order after I told them TWICE not to and I was ALLERGIC.

“I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The service was extremely slow, and the staff member I interacted with was quite rude, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with my visit.”
Had to order through doordash pick up even though the drive through hours state that the drive through should be open, then when the employee marked my order as ready even though it’s not which is against their contract and policies with doordash, was told to wait in parking lot and call the location even though my food was marked ready for pick up and was hung up on by staff. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Now having to wait extra time due to this person not following policy. Very unusual and frustrating experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY. Ended up waiting an hour and a half.
Service sucks it takes 30.minites or after.your order should be ready to get your food in wont return to this location
Takes way to long to get to order or to get your order they move slow need to learn to move with a sense of urgency
This has got to be the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. Not only did my friends and I wait of 30 minutes for our order, we had items missing. One time even came in for Uber Eats (I deliver as a part time job) waited for 25 minutes then they said I could pick the order up because I didn’t have a delivery bag, which I never need the multiple times that I picked up from this location. I was just in today and the lobby was FULL of people but the staff was only focused on drive through orders when another customer brought this up they said to deal with it and wait… If you want my advice save your TIME and money and go to the other Chico location, they are way more convenient and have even better customer service. -a broke college student
Took 10 minutes to order my 2 bean and cheese burritos through the drive through! It's called fast food for a reason! If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I would have went to a restaurant!
2 people in drive thru. 2 people in the lobby. 1 hour wait. Ran out of eggs at 8am. Learn how to prep. Learn to staff your restaurant. UPDATE: hit 1 hour and the staff are now saying they cant find their hashbrowns? They have them but cant locate them. Ever heard of organizing your walkin freezer? Crazy this is the taco bell that wants to harass delivery drivers on how to do their job and they cant do their own jobs AT ALL
I had a horrible experience last night with this taco bell. The assistant manager named Nathan honestly needs to be fired he is so uncooperative and rude. The one worker named Michael was the sweetest person ever and actually helped me out. I was so disappointed in the service at this location and it seemed to all be Nathan’s fault. Honestly go to the other locations in Chico if you can before this one. Super unprofessional and incompetent.
Not truly 24/7 to everyone. I wanted to pick up food on my own without DoorDash and without Uber eats. I’m seriously annoyed at being turned away. I just got off work and wanted Taco Bell at 4am.
Says it’s open 24/7, but doesn’t take anything other than DoorDash or online orders past a certain time. Those orders take an hour plus if you go through them though.
So bad. We ordered online and were told we had to go through the drive through. We did that, and then they told us we had to park. This took a total of 47 minutes (not exaggerating).
Unfortunately - or perhaps fortunately - I think my recent experience going through the Drive Thru here has cured me of any desire for Taco Bell, and perhaps fast food in general. They now have a loud, synthesized, screechy voice asking to take my order. It hurt my ears and I am not going to waste my time interacting with it. It's not like the food is of any quality anyway. The only thing Taco Bell has going for it is convenience; with the advent of having to wrestle with a computer program to order food, that's out the window. The portions have been small which defeats the purpose of cheap prices as I have to order to the same price point as going to an actual restaurant to feel satisfed. And the sauces are offen mediocre anyway. Bringing back the original 7 Layer Burrito and Baja Chalupa would improve things.
Last time I will go to this tacobell. I have gave this location multiple chances just in case. I order a nacho bell grande meal, extra meat. I never get extra meat almost no meat if anything. A blob of beans and stale chips cheese is hit and miss. Highly unhappy with this location. Would not recommend.
