Wow !!!! Really Want to compliment the team of Jack in the Box? I went around 11:30 ish and all I can say is from the person that took my order to the girl who took my money at the window. Y'all were both very nice. And for once my order was correct. I hate going there fast food drive-thrus. But thanks again to the two ladies. Who went above and beyond? With great attitudes !!! It was about 1pm 9.6.22 and the lady at the drive thru captive me with her sincere smile and customer service. She listened well and was extremely courteous. I would drive across town to this Jack just because of her good service. Thanks guys...
The staff were getting yelled at by a customer in the car in front of me, but they were still very friendly and obviously making an effort to recover the mood even though they'd just been abused. My fries were perfectly hot and crispy too
Not only do I eat here, I work here. Now that they have switched over to cooperate, the dining experience and the customer service is much better. They are looking to rebuild all the Jack In The Boxes in the surrounding area. Can't wait for this to take place. Although one shutting down for any amount of time will most likely be an inconvenience for most, once the new structure goes up, everything will be amazing.

Went tonight and the line was long and they were short staffed. However, the cashier at the window was literally the most polite and helpful person ever! She had a permanent smile and was very customer oriented. I'll surely be back!
While working here I started visiting Jack in the Box. I am not a fast food eater. However, my food is always Fresh and delicious 😋
I've lived near this Jack in the box for several years and have never had problems with the staff. I've raced through the drive thru to grab a quick lunch, gone after work, and also picked up breakfast sandwiches from this location. Everyone has been polite, courteous, and my orders have been right, something I can't say of other eateries. Maybe using Sir and Ma'am is now considered rude, but I will continue to frequent this location, thanks to the excellent service.
For as busy as it was I give five stars. I got in the drive thru at 1am and didn't leave the drive thru until 1:58 am the staff handled my order to the best of thier abilities. The only thing they made a mistake on was my #5 but for as busy as they were it is extremely understandable and I'm grateful for them! They did great to get the orders done in front of me! I would most definitely come back for the service alone. I do wish for the staff sale that management could schedule more employees during those late hours!! Three people is NOT enough.
I went through the drive thru. I haven't been to a Jack In The Box in years and so miss them but unfortunately I haven't found one in Alabama so while I was in Texas for a week I made sure to go twice and ordered enough that I could take some home lol.
I came through the drive thru late and it was decently busy but Ms Gwen push everyone out very quickly and she was really nice. My food was good and fresh. Best customer service I’ve had going through a drive through overnight!
This was the worst service I've ever had In my life. I walk in with my parents to order for us and my kids at home. My parents don't live here. The manager screams from the grill it's gonna take 30 to 45 minutes to get your food. I just started cleaning the grill. I thought to myself wow in the middle of lunch hour. She acted like the customers coming in were a problem. I saw many customers leave.She acted and looked all stressed out. we took our money else where. I think if she doesn't like her job she should quit. she almost caught me on the wrong day. If i hadn't had a 3 year old with me. It wouldn't have been good. Please tell her quit!!! You DON'T need her working for you. I really wish i would of got her name.
Visited twice during my NSC since I was not very familiar with Jack in the Box. I bought chicken nuggets, curly fries, a bacon burger, and soda across both visits. My food was a great deal and the employees were very kind and helpful. Definitely will visit again.

8/24/2023 around 230pm. I had the best experience with the cashier she was helpful. Wonderful service and great food. Great deals right now. Definitely worth a stop if she is working. Sweet and caring customer service. Food is great too. Cooks are doing excellent too.

Excellent customer service. The lady that helped us today was so nice and sweet. I did not get her name but she deserves an extra raise! The food was hot and fresh! Thank for having great service and fresh food!
Tried my best to understand how slow it was, but I knew 15 min to take an order was not a fast food . Once food was served, I knew I wasn't going to come back 😅
I've gone to this Jack a few times over past few months very late at night and I had no problems with the staff, service or food whatsoever. Food is fresh, woman taking my order over speaker and at window very polite. In fact they've never messed up my order. This is the one on Texas near Harvey Rd. Great job all!
I visited this location at around 3 am this Saturday night and had preordered my food using the app. I pulled into the drive thru where the police had a college student pulled over directly in front of the order menu. After sitting there for a solid 45 minutes I was finally Able to get the store to answer the phone where I explained that I had already ordered and paid for my food and was unable to retrieve it as they were doing a field sobriety test right there in the parking lot blocking the drive thru. The employee finally agreed to deliver my order to my vehicle where I had been there waiting just under one full hour of waiting.
Employee at the drive-thru window exhibited great customer service skills. Employees generally just ask for your money and throw your food out the window to you. She was very personable and seemed genuinely concerned that we were satisfied with our order.
Overall the food is good, the drive thru line takes up to 30 minutes especially at night. I don't blame the workers because there is only 2 people working towards night time.

There is no point of ordering online at night, they close their lobby and you have to wait in their long lines since they take forever. EDIT:Just found out they gave my order to the person before me. Workers gave me a little hard time but agreed to make a new one and apologized. Food was decent.
It was always kind of half-and-half especially when it came to accuracy of the food. But lately it has taken a turn for the better. I would say maybe a little bit more attention to the way things are made to menu standards but other than that I have no qualms and love eating here.
Not a good experience with this Jack in the box. We went yesterday and I ordered breakfast sandwich that came with hash browns and the hash browns we're cold. We were the only ones there and it took them about 15 minutes to get our order out. The girl working the counter had an attitude with everyone there. The manager there has had trouble finding good help. I hope she gets some soon
Onion rings were really old. Tacos were good. No napkins, no ice lots of goofing off and staff could have been making sure condiments were full :)
3 stars because the manager is always super nice when I go through the drive thru. This morning however the girl wasn't friendly. It was like I was bothering her to even be there. I also had to come back because my food was loaded with mayo and the meat wasn't done. It was so nasty the whole burger box was drenched and was told I couldn't get a refund. So I will have to accept that loss, but know I won't go back. I would hope the staff would put out the same customer service the manager does. She didn't happen to be there this morning though unfortunately for me.
Waited in drive thru line after ordered for 10-15 minutes...fries were cold, ordered medium and got small. Not sure what I was charged for, didn't get a receipt. The burgers were fine. Drinks ok.
Drive thru working was extremely rude, talked over our order and ignored us when we asked to clarify the total cost of our order. The guy wasn't even properly wearing his mask either. We also ordered chocolate croissants which seemed like they didn't even attempt to fully cook. It was doughy and not hot on the inside and that's a health hazard in and of itself. I've honestly not had a good expierence with my order any time I've gone here, even the coffee is cold. Other locations are great, this one isn't.
I love Jack in the Box normally but everything about this one was extremely slow. When I got in the drive through line there were no other cars in line, yet it took 5 minutes before they took my order and at least another 10 sitting at the window before they asked for payment. There was one individual who seemed to be handling the window and those inside the restaurant and that is not jow it should work.
I've never consistently waited so long for so little food so many times than I have here. I only come for the cheap tacos but dear lord is this the most painfully slow place I've ever been. Literal 30+ minute waits for a basic meal. Seriously understaffed.
The food was good quality. However the staff was not very friendly. There was one staff member who was kind to us and i believe she was a manager. The lady who took our order rang my food in wrong even though i repeated myself 4 times. She acted like she didnt even want to be taking the order. Imma be real the dark skinned lady over night cool great personality nice. the cook made fresh good tasting food no cap but the light skin women eating food right in front of me and kept doing it I was hoping she wasn’t eating of my food that’s nasty! this was over night at 1:40-2:10 am cook was taking his time no lie but imma be real food was on point fr and the homeless dude I don’t judge at first he was sleeping then my boy woke up and went outside started shouting and jumping in Jason deli parking lot over all I’mma be real the dark skinned lady (most likely the manager) and the freshness of the food was the only good thing bout this experience I had the edit this because them tiny tacos and fries was no it! that burger was fresh and good though.
This time, not so great, unfortunately. I have no problem waiting to order, no problem pulling forward and waiting for food, but when I quickly grabbed a french fry after my food was delivered I truly expected a hot french fry. It wasn't. It was barely warm. Very disappointing. As to the rest of my combo, I can't say, bcuz I took my food home to eat and it's a 10+ minute drive home. I can only truly comment on the fries. ☹
Ordered for pickup on Doordash, waited for 5 minutes to have my order taken in the drive thru. Was told my order never appeared in their system, they had me pull around, and when they handed my drink, it was medium I asked if this was the large, Ruby told me they were out of large lids so they could only give me a medium. Manager at the counter immediately went to the back and found some. I understand being short staffed, and was patient, but that does not excuse making excuses to customers and giving them less than they paid for. I never caught the managers name, but the short conversation he and I had was the highlight of my visit. Good food if nowhere else is open. Very hit or miss with staff & who is on shift
I don't like leaving bad reviews. I like to give all fast food an equal opportunity to fix their mistakes after its been addressed from the first time. But everytime I come order, something goes wrong. Tonight i wasnt greeted nicely. Just asked if i had an online order and was told to hold on a minute since i didn't have an online order. Then my bread on both of my extreme breakfast sandwiches weren't toasted. And my fries were cold. I'm pregnant and I love fresh hot fries at any food industry right now!!! So to say baby and i were upset is an understatement. I literally shedded a couple tears over it as pathetic as it may sound. They were already out of dr pepper and that's all I drink besides water and just ice. I had already left and tried to call multiple times but it's like they cut the phone off. I just hope this place can step up their game soon.
Great food if the workers manage to actually take orders. Don’t bother coming here after 11 pm, they’ll tell you that they’re only taking mobile orders, and even when you make a mobile order they’ll take their sweet time making the food for you. The owner or manager was there one time after 11 pm and we managed to get our food in a timely manner but every time after that we’ve been told “we only are taking mobile orders” as an excuse.
Food was decent and hot, but the popcorn chicken was a bit over cooked with a burnt taste, was supposed to be spicy, but gave us regular, forgot our tacos, asked 3 times for hot sauce, they said it was in the bag with the forgotten tacos, but it was not. Not impressed
no matter what, everytime you go, they'll mess something up. they'll forget parts of your order, or give you cold food, etc. today I asked for sauce, and when asked how many, I replied 5. was told they'd charge after 3. I said okay, 5. did not receive a single sauce. called to talk to them about it and line went dead. called 2 more times, no answer. it's one thing to mess up occasionally, we all have our days, but to mess up consistently, and to not answer the phone for customers, is another. I work in food service too, I get it, but cmon man.
Half the food was missing this time, food received was messed up, no straws or requested condiments. Bro was kind of sketchy. To be fair, this place is always hit and miss. They definitely have an A, B, and c team for each shift. Tonight was the D team.

Order was right and freshly made or cooked, I'm thankful for that. The problem I had was with the BBQ potato chips curly fries order. When they were brought out to me, the bag was super greasy, and as they were handed to me, the bag was so full of the greasy sauce that it leaked from the bottom to the point it busted out the bottom of the bag getting sauce all over my brand new pair of white shorts, the car seat and floor as well of my new 2025 vehicle unacceptable!. They guy that brought it out saw what had transpired and was notified but never cared to ask if I needed any assistance or anything I had to keep asking for some extra things to help clean up the mess they created. On the behalf of that I was a dissatisfied customer because those greasy stains will never come out at all. There should be something done about how those type of orders come out like different materials or dish for sure, the 1 box that it comes in is not enough at all and it seems as if they dipped a big spoon of sauce and dumped it in the box and bag just ridiculous and it's very noticeable so at this point it shows no concern for customers. I'm highly upset on that note.
Great during the day. Tall guy at night always says they are understaffed. I’ve waited max 2 hours multiple times just to see how long it will take him to actually take my order. He sits in his car until you go in and let the other worker know you’ve been waiting. Only takes DoorDash on some nights, very rude when you let him know you’ve been waiting.
I showed up with 2 Uber order pickups and it took me 30 minutes to get them and 25 minutes to be asked what I was there for/asked for service. I understand it’s 11:30 at night but there’s only 3 people inside and 2 in the drive through… The entire staff is complaining about orders and moving at a unbothered pace. The only person who seems to be keeping up is the lady working the fry station. But, since she’s the only person on time, the fries are sitting out getting cold.
-100 stars if possible! Their phone doesn't work, so I can't get through to demand a refund after an employee stole my card! 😡 you guys owe me $300!!! And yes, police are getting involved. I will be pressing charges the second the videos are released from the 3 places they spent.
Went to Jack in the Box a little after 5am to get breakfast. After waiting for a bit, I started to tell my order only to be put on hold again. Then I was told they could only do DoorDash orders. Not sure what was going on but I was just a bit disappointed.
Went to this location today(07-11-23) and while decidng ky order i overheard the employees discussing a fridge that had reached over fofty degrees due to being off for an unknown amount of time. I also overheard that the manager had told them to continue to use the food. I immediately changed my mind about getting food here.
I ask for a drink and they filled the cup with mainly ice and the workers took 20 min and all I got was water and fries and chicken nuggets plz fix the establishment
Today was the 2nd time in a week they mess the order up! Today no one was in the Drive-through so no rushing to get orders out. I guess they don't understand that a double means you get two pieces of meat not one. I paid for a double both times. The first time I had to pull around and wait about 10 min after waiting inline and still gets the order wrong!
Honestly this location keeps getting worse! I used to come here all the time over the last couple of weeks every time I have come i sat in the Drive-Thru and waited for several minutes this last time over 15! I ended up calling the restaurant just to let them know they had a line of cars sitting in the Drive-Thru! Does it honestly take 15 minutes of silence do a shift change now? Then waited another 10 mins to get my food!! It did not used to be that way no apology or anything to make up for the waste of time we sat there and with a car in front and behind me I could not get out of the line. I will most likely not be back to this location. I wasted more in gas stuck in the drive through than what i paid for in food!
This place used to be good. But today I waited in line for 30 mins and it wasn't even long. Then they got my order wrong. When I asked for them to correct it they laughed at me and I still had to wait for 10 more minutes. While i could see 3 of them in there laughing and on their phones. I'd rather waste gas and go to jack in the box in Bryan. Just rudeness is what i got.
My burger and fries seemed to be hours old. Bun was crispy and fell apart as I forced myself to eat it. I asked for no ketchup on the burger, so they simply took the bun off and wiped it off along with the mustard and mayo.. so it was old and dry. I would have called to speak to the manager but after reading other reviews on here I don't think that would have done any good. This is the second attempt at getting food at this location since it has been remodeled but I can safely say that I will never be going back. It was barely edible.
Went to go eat here after not going here for over a year. I see why I never liked this place. Had to go back 3 times because the order was wrong. Then to get a refund with a receipt I had to wait 20 mins. The manager Mariah is rude she did not apologize for anything. Then after waiting another employee had to go get my copies of the receipt. She was hanging out in the office with the other employees. She didn't care that I was there waiting. Never going back.
If I could mark no stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly. We were stuck waiting for our food for over 30 min after paying. When the food arrived the order was NOT correct. My husband said it's OK and was going to eat it anyway since we waited so long. We then parked and went inside so we could get the missing straws and ketchup. We were told we just could not come in and do this, even though the young lady just gave us our food in the drive through and we only pulled forward to park. She was so mean and rude yelling and saying curse words we left as soon as possible.
Horrible experience!! I dont know how this place is open and how the manager has a job. My daughter and I went on a Sunday night and was told they could only take online or doordash orders! I have never heard of that. When I asked for clarification the guy yelled and talked to me like I was stupid. We placed an online order and returned to wait about 20mins. When we got to the window the guy was incredibly rude. Never said thank you. Literally threw the food out yhe window. The other person working couldn't be bother because she was on her phone. Our food was cold and wrong. My burger patty tasted like dog food! If you cant do any better than this you need to close your doors.
Waited 20 mins and then I can’t even leave because there was another car blocking the driveway. When I asked the driver if he can wait for his food in the designated pickup area so I can leave, an employee comes out and says I have to wait.
I placed an order through their mobile app to have it delivered and my food never arrived. I tried contacting the doordash driver but the calm wouldn’t go through. I tried calling the store but they don’t answer either. I tried contacting y’all through the website and still haven’t gotten back. There’s no way I can get my refund. I will not be buying here again.
This Jack in the Box is always SLOW. We're talking at least 20-30 minutes every time, even at 1 am on a Tuesday night. I THOUGHT they were maybe understaffed. Just stopped by there at 10:21 pm. They were 4 cars deep in the drive through and not moving, one car waiting on an order out front. So not knowing when the lobby closed, I go in. I walked to the counter were there were three people that I could see in the kitchen and a girl at the counter who was standing there NOT taking orders who told me the lobby was closed. Go back out. Drive through now has 6 cars and the first car that was in line when we got there is STILL WAITING TO ORDER. So then we try to leave and they still have some one parked in the exit waiting on their order, blocking the way out. I'm not sure what exactly they're doing, but fast food it ain't.
I arrived at Jack in the box to find out and be told by an employee through the intercom that their system was rebooting. In my mind, I did not mind waiting. A few minutes and coming back around when their system was up and ready to take orders. At first I was met with silence but when I asked again The employee over the intercom gave me a very unprofessional I don't know answer. In general, staff is ignorant of their own job, so I will make it a mission to avoid giving business to a place that does not have quality service.
I’ve tried coming in to dine-in at this place multiple times; I love my jack-in-the-box back in my hometown but this location is just awful. Why are your doors closed and locked on a Saturday at 12:20pm?!??! I stayed in my car to make sure I wasn’t the only one seeing this, and sure enough two families left because the place were closed and locked?!?? No signs or nothing during the day!!!
I was incredibly frustrated by my experience here. I literally only ordered one small fry, but was told I needed to pull around because they needed to drop my fries. As it was almost dinnertime, this surprised me. I've worked fast food before, and the cardinal rule is that you drop a batch of fries at 4:45 in preparation for dinner. But I digress. The car behind me got a large order and didn't have to wait for anything. More than 10 minutes went by, and another car was brought their order. We got out of the car to flag down the runner, assuming she'd gone to the wrong car. She got rude and said the food wasn't for us. When we expressed our frustration she told us she couldn't do anything about it unless we stopped expressing our frustration and let her go inside. We were told to pull around again, where we were to now wait at the window. A different person came by after a minute or two and said that it wasn't her fault because she wasn't the runner, but offered us free drinks, which we accepted. She then gave us our fries, but no receipt. The fries themselves were mostly great, but every now and then one was burnt so badly it had to be thrown away. I wouldn't return to this Jack in the Box even if it was the last place in town.

Blake was taking the order I ask for a sourdough scramble and he gave me a sourdough bacon melt. When I received my order that was completely wrong the sourdough bacon melt had absolutely no bacon on it just egg and bread. Then tried to call the restaurant number was correct on the receipt or online.
I took my family here for a quick lunch abound 11:30am on Saturday. We went inside to order. We were the only people inside of the restaurant (besides the homeless man sleeping in a booth in the corner). The manager greeted us upon entering...then proceeded to ignore us for the next 10 minutes. We left without ordering, after waiting to be helped for 10 minutes.
Ordered food from here around 4A. Dasher went to get it and gets told someone else picked it up. No one apparently checked to make sure it was the right order or anything. They refused to remake my order when my dasher asked. I was waiting for over 2 hours for food that was never going to be delivered. And on top of that, the listed phone number for the restaurant doesn't even work!!
I dont eat here often because everytime I go there my order is incorrect regardless if I go myself or I order through doordash. Im upset because they charge you extra for anything extra such as a piece of cheese however they dont add it to your order. It never fails. Every single time. Then when you try to call the number google has does not work. The next time I go I will be making my complaint in person!
Waited 20 minutes, they wait wouldn't have bothered me because I know in the food industry it happens...... But waiting that long, just to receive food that was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted....... Has me question why? It should've melted at least somewhat upon being put on the food, especially the tacos and burger..... But for no meltage happen??????
I’m honestly surprised how many times I’ve given this place a chance! No matter if I do pick up or delivery they are always missing an item or more. I always spend more than $50+ for my family and then I sometimes have to pay out of pocket again for something that I didn’t receive even if it’s on the receipt. The employees sometimes give you attitude especially when you haven’t done anything but be nice and patience with them but I know it’s a lot to order sometimes and they are tired. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but am serious no longer coming to the location!!!
Decent food. But don’t bother if you’re thinking of a quick trip. It would be faster to take your kids grocery shopping, clean your house, and cook a 4 course meal eat then go to a sit down diner before the two cars ahead of you can order in a 3 car drive through line. Prepare for the best agitating hour of waiting, only to pull up to order and hear, “welcome… can you hold”.
I am giving it 1 star. It's sad I never had a problem before. But the last 2 times I had ordered for delivery. The 1st time it said my order wasn't placed even though they took the money from my card. The 2nd time I ordered it said my food was delivered to me but it wasn't.
Do NOT go to this restaurant! I was in there waiting on a pickup order and there was an employee on break eating, and they literally got up licking their fingers, walked into the kitchen, grabbed a squeezable sauce container from the grill area, walked over to their table, squeezed whatever it is they had in their hand, walked back to the grill area, put the container back in the grill area, wiped hands on their clothes and stayed by the fry station. I guess they stayed there to help with a rush of customers that had just walked in. Disgusting. If the health department saw this mess going on they’d get shut down ASAP. I won’t be coming back to this Jack in the Box.
The worst place ever. In general the workers are slow and never know what they are doing, zero communication between them zero customer service skills. Even when you order online the wait time is over 10 minutes
The worked picked my harsh brown up with his hand never washed hands and had been outside when i drove up and came straight to the window. i told him i bc don’t want that bc harsh brown. take the hold damn order and give me my money.
While trying to get food through the drive through where I had waited for over a hour just to get to the speaker they had informed me that there where not doing drive through even though they had taken the order ahead of me. They had done nothing but waste my time and are usually very slow when ordering food there normally
Showed up for 2 basic Breakfast Jacks and waited 10mins. I was then stuck behind another car they had pull up to clear the window. Absolutely worst service and set up for a fast food restaurant.
Everything was horrible, ever since we pulled up to the drive thru it was just all terrible. The attitudes they had were embarrassing for the jack in the box community. we just paid over 50$ and when we asked for some sauces we was forced to pay for them. wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in my food tbh.
Not going to lie, probably one of the worst fast food experiences. Not only do I not receive a receipt to report but management here was awful. Sat at the drive thru order com for 5 minutes with no one answering, not even a courteous "could you give me a moment." After that, I got to the drive thru window and waited another 5-7 minutes for them to process my order. Saw one of the employees give free food to one of the people in front of me, honestly was just ran so poorly. Took almost 40 minutes to get a $7 meal.
Was delivering for door dash, Had a order for jack in the box. With 2 cars in the drive through lane I was advised to come into the lobby. Waited 30+ minutes at 10:30pm without being helped with a order or acknowledged/greeted…… food was in the back visible to me and no employee came to the front. Even after receiving the food I told the person that the food was sitting the entire time only to be told “know you have it”
Had a longer than usual wait for a drive thru order when drive thru only had me in it and place was dead, I pull around to the front , probably didn't need to. But she brings out the order and says yes Sir sorry about the wait, everything is fresh for you. Use better words then fresh when these damn fries were cold and nasty, okay so a fresh burger? Nope, my order got forgotten. Why is it the 2am people are better then the 3pm people.
This is the third time in a row u e had to wait for my mobile order past 20 minutes, and the third time they got it wrong. This time I was told to pull around and wait. After 20 minutes I came in to find an empty kitchen and counter. It took more than 30 minutes to get my offer, not a single customer came in that time. This is unacceptable and I'm never coming back here. I should have known better after the first two times.
I've reviewed this Jack in the Box in the past and I will admit that it got better. BUT NOW IT'S WORSE. I did an online order on the way to the location. When I arrived my food wasn't ready despite no cars in the drive thru. The staff honestly appeared to be high. Idk how it's possible for my food to not be ready when I arrive and it be cold when it was handed to me. Unfortunately this is the only Jack in the Box in College Station. Don't go here. Go across the street to Whataburger. You pay more but you get better food and staff that isn't high at work.
Waited over 50 minutes for a burger and some curly fries. They forgot my fountain drink and when I asked if I could get it they sighed, rolled their eyes, and only gave me a water cup. They were rude and had 0 hustle to get any orders done. There were other people waiting for food but it was by no means busy (maybe 15 people throughout the hour). When I got my food the fries were disgusting and I couldn't even finish them because it made me nauseous. The burger was alright but was less than luke warm. My friends had a similar experience and we were all very disappointed. Worst fast food experience I have ever had and will not be coming back.
ingredients are listed in a very round about way that is hard to understand. their item descriptions dont list the basic things like what meat etc. you will definitely end up eating something you dont want to eat. even though I placed a drive through order from the app, they make you wait in the pick up spots and not prioritize your order.
I doordash and the wait is always at least 20-35 minutes long, they make you wait at the box till the car in front has already paid for their food at the window before taking your order and the food is ALWAYS sloppy, over-sauced with wilted, mushy veggies and the drink machine hoses and ice machine have probably never been cleaned, they taste like mold! I wouldn't go here for my personal food, EVER!
I normally dont right a review but im this case i waited for 29 minutes for 4 tacos a hamburger and loaded tacos. Then I get this on my order. Like if I wanted a fired tortilla I would of went home. There was honestly 5-6 people working and one other car in the drive through beside myself..
My boyfriend and I go to this jack in the box all the time and we've never had any problems. Lately though, we've gotten these sad looking tacos with no meat and just lettuce. This is the second time this past week we have gotten tacos like this. The first one looks the worst and the second one was ok. We also had an incorrect amount of food, we were short 2 tacos and 2 strips. The quality of this place has definitely declined over the past couple weeks and something needs to be done or we will no longer be eating at this establishment.
I would give 0 star if i could. I went through drive on the 2nd Feb 2018, 12:08pm with 2 cars behind me. My wife n I ordered 2 croissants, 1 burger meal and egg sandwich on sour dough. We were told to park n our food will be brought to us. After 20mins of waiting i go in n ask where is my food? The cashier argues so the MOD also tells i got my food, i ask her to walk out to my car n take a look or rewind their camera. I ask for a refund because the manager and cashier have an customer service but the cooks are rather saying sorry and started making my food asking me to plz stay for a min for my food. #WORSTJACKINTHEBOXINBCSAREA
