I went to Applebee’s for my birthday and honestly had the best time. My server was Saul, he was so kind, made really good recommendations when we were unsure of what to order, and made sure that we were having the best possible experience. Will definitely be coming back, can only hope to be seated at one of his tables. Special shout out to the manager, Lavon. He is the best, kept the whole restaurant happy and welcomed.

Applebee’s very good place. It’s way better than Chili’s. Chili’s is trash. They didn’t even give you a menu so you don’t look at what you order you have to go on your phone. The hostess made sure that she could accommodate us and told us to come over!

One of the nicest dining experiences I've ever had. I live in Manhattan where owners act like they are doing you a favor letting you pay $25 for a single serve pizza but at this Applebee's the staff treat you like they are happy you stopped by. Everyone was nice! And the manger checked in on diners and wished the gents a happy father's day. Great place for a date if you're cash strapped... two can share the nachos and still be full. And the lava cake was decadent and yummy. Great for events large and small. You won't be disappointed. Really a wonderful experience. Oh, and if you look at the menu online, they have $9.00 specials!

I was today at Applebees Queen Center Mall location with my family, a gentleman at the front if I am not wrong his name was John, he greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and a friendly attitude that immediately made us feel more than welcome, he was not only professional and polite but also incredibly kind and patient with my kids, which truly stood out to me as a mother, nowadays It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond just to make sure guests feel comfortable, but John did exactly that. Keep it up!

Came for dinner at 6 PM on a Saturday and it wasn't busy. Appetizers are super pricy so go to the last page of the menu for the 2 for $2X deal and get an appetizer and two entrees for either $33, $34, or $35 depending on which tier of entrees you choose. For the appetizer we got the spinach artichoke dip which tasted alot like the Boston Market cream spinach and the boneless wings w a variety of extra sauces. The boneless wings were defenitely on par or better than Wingstop which was crazy. For entrees we got the Riblets which looked ok, a cheeseburger and the three cheese grilled chicken penne which was amazing. The pasta was definitely overcooked and soft but the chicken had surprisinly good seasoning and everything was hot and you can't go wrong with a good cheese sauce. DEFINITELY recommend to not get fries as a side with the burger or riblet or anything that comes with it, try switching it out w something else because they were not good. There was 6 of us and we got 3 of these deals so after tax and tip we each paid $21 which was very worth it especially as the price of one appetizer was close to $21.

I ordered Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Watermelon Margarita. Not too strong or weak,not too sweet or sour, very well balanced as a cocktail should be. Appetizer: spinach and artichoke dip. Warm. Side of salsa Tilapia with mashed potatoes and green beans Temperature was perfect to eat right away. Well seasoned. Very delicious. My server was Saul. He was very welcoming with a smile and was very attentive. Lavon Williams manager introduced himself and handed me a rewards punch card to return until a free appetizer is received. I brought my wife for lunch at this Applebees Queens Center Mall Branch for our Pre-Valentine Celebration. I prayed that we would have a Good Server so we could enjoy our time. God answered my prayers BECAUSE we had an Excellent, excellent Server by the name of JULIANA! Extra mile attention, extra mile service she gave us from start to finish. Attending to make sure our food was great, she would regularly check on us. We had such a pleasant time and lunch because of Juliana. It’s employees like Juliana that make us want to come back to THIS Applebees Branch. We also were visited by Restaurant Manager JUNIOR so that was special too. Thank you Applebees for having staff like JULIANA! My wife and I super enjoyed our time . The food and atmosphere was very good too!

First of all, the staff was very attentive and did not rush us at all. Secondly, the food was amazing, I got an appetizer platter and my three choices were waffle fries, mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings. Our sauces were lime chipotle salsa, ranch and marinara sauce. The food was amazing and the sauce multiplied the flavor of the appetizer. Our entrees were delicious, we got a south west chicken bowl and a grilled cheeseburger respectively. The meals were amazing, the staff was quick and the atmosphere was quiet and easy to talk. Keep it up Applebees!

I feel like Applebee's sometimes gets a bad reputation for being a low-quality casual dining restaurant, and obviously the food isn't 5-star or anything, but the food is actually good and you can get some pretty good value for the money by ordering specials and signing up for their rewards program. I always enjoy coming here and the service is always great. I can tell that sometimes they're a bit understaffed and it can definitely get hectic on the weekends, but I always leave feeling satisfied. P.S. This is not the place to go if you're watching your sodium intake. But that should be obvious.

Applebees always gonna be Applebee's. Celebrated my bestfriend daughter bday along with my Diamond girl and we had the unlimited chicken, shrimp and ribs the crazy part is they all come with fries lol. Them 6 dollar drinks were good

The service was great, server was very attentive and there was very little wait for our food. The boneless wings were awfully small, but they were cover generously in buffalo sauce; which had a nice kick to it. The four cheese sauce in my mac and cheese was watery, but as the dish cooled it thicken a bit. The honey pepper chicken tenders were still quite small and the was too sweet; it didn’t pair well with the cheese sauce. I’d suggest adding another tender instead of the bacon bits.

Place to hang out with family and friends for lunch or dinner. Have a variety of food but the portions size is not that great for the price you have to pay. In the pics that is Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. Chicken and 6 shrimp in garlic butter served sizzling on a cast iron platter with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Applebee's to the rescue, I can say that this restaurant is a go to classic now and has been delivering solid decent food services that is enjoyable. They have different drink selections and have a good selection of meals of all kinds for youth and all adults to enjoy. The food always comes out hot and sizzling.

I had 12oz Ribeyes with sides of steamed broccoli and mashed potato, waffles fries and a coke. - First of all waffle fries is really delicious 4.5/5. - For Ribeyes it was thin and I ordered medium-rare, it came medium. Tastes a little salty for me, I like the flavor. It is pricy for this quality of meat choice and cook. Sides are okay. 3.5/5

I went to treat me self, I oder a pomegranate margarita, I thought it will be good, honestly its just pure sugar don't recommend. The food was ok, turn off all in one plate squeezed. I would have preferred the burger in one plate the French fries in separate plate.

This is one of the best Applebee's in Queens. The staff is efficient and works well together. We'll trained and very personable. Didn't have to wait long, food was hot and tasty. Manager was very nice!

Friendly staff, the food served with great decent portions and tasted well. The lava cake itself was alright, can't say it was the best though, because sorta had an after taste of baking soda and the steak was a bit rough on the taste buds. Way better than the food court. YMMV so I'm not expecting it to always be a 5 star experience here but it definitely was during my latest visit in Dec 2025.

Service is always slow in this restaurant, never disappointed with the food quality or the portion. Even the appetizer were served after the main course (not acceptable)

I came with the family and it's a very convince location, the food was delicious but the only reason for 3 starts it's because I order a margarita and the glass was broken a little witch it can cut someone. Last night I went to Apple Bee’s for the first time ever and I was extremely disappointed by the food. -The restaurant itself looked very nice, except for the restroom which needs some work. -The hostess (aka who is at the front and walks you to your table) had an attitude on her face as if she did not want to work there. The employee at the front of the restaurant greeting customers into the restaurant you would think ought to have a very warm and welcoming personality, and instead you are met with a statue wearing a “I don’t want to be here face.” Not a good first impression. -The waiter/server was very good, but he was covering so many tables it looked like he was covering half the restaurant? He was taking orders, serving, and cleaning up, which I thought was too much for a single person and I felt like he was not available to us as much because he was so busy and this negatively affected my experience. -The food was - terrible. The steak was the worst I have had in my life. The wings were mediocre at best. The shrimp and onion rings tasted like oil and that is it. The fries were good however. The strawberry as well as the Oreo milkshakes were “ok.” The piña colada tastes so artificial and clearly it was poured from a machine. The cole slaw was fine. I ordered dessert (Cinnabon mini swirls $10) and I forgot I had ordered it so I paid and left and only now that I am writing I remember I did not get my dessert! In conclusion: I came here thinking I would eat delicious food but I left almost all of it on the plate because it was so cheaply and poorly made. I came here for the food and left extremely dissatisfied with the food. I would comment on their dessert, but I was never served the one I paid for. I will never return to this place because the food is just - bad.

I had the kids cheeseburger. At first the fries were pretty good then I decided to eat the cheeseburger. The meat didn’t taste like meat even someone I knew tasted it and said it wasn’t good, it tasted horrible. If you’re gonna take your kids there please do not let get the kids cheeseburger. This is all honesty.

Our experience at Applebees in this location is saur annoying! Our server, Elizabeth G, started off okay, but things quickly went downhill. We ordered the 2 for $25 deal (one appetizer, two entrees) and an additional appetizer. The entrees came out promptly, but the appetizers? We waited an HOUR. Yes, you read that right—60 minutes for some basic fried food. We had to flag down two other servers just to inquire about it. By the time the appetizers finally arrived, we were so fed up that we asked for a to-go box. Also to add they double charged us for the appetizer we had to ask that the other appetizer to be removed and be like erm that’s part of the 2 for 25! To top it off, when we asked for the bill so we could pay in cash, Elizabeth was too busy gossiping to attend to us. Not once did she check on us during the meal. The service was absolutely atrocious, and I strongly advise anyone considering Applebee's to go elsewhere maybe it was just our USELESSS server but either way everyone was rather not HELPFUL!

Never again. Waitress Sarah was beyond the worst I've ever encountered. Not only will I not go to this Applebee's, but I won't go into any Applebee's EVER again.

I walked into Applebee's after a very long time, had a great server and the experience was exceptional however there was something wrong with food i had ordered the lunch special classic burger and fries it didn't sot with me too well. I hope and pray it was not food poisoning. But i will givw it another chance.

Absolutely horrible service. The waiters will have attitudes, they just take your order and have you wait there for at least a half an hour minimum for just an appetizer. And don't even come up to assure that the food is being prepared and arriving soon. I just looked at at my charges from that night at applebee's, specifically didn't leave a tip due to the horrible service, but they still went ahead and charge me $100 instead of the $93 that the bill came out too. If I could give this place a zero I would.

I ordered for the superbowl. We got 2 trios and the 20 boneless. In 2 trios I ordered fried chicken wanton tacos. We were missing an order. It was 7degrees Fahrenheit out here in NY. When I called back they transferred me to 3 people. It was very apparent.They were trying to have me.Give up, staying on the line. When I finally spoke to someone that they said was a manager, he did the math and told me I should come back for a replacement. That's not his call. And that was also an impossible task. Being that we were already so far away.And it's impossible to find parking over there. So instead, the so called manager offered to send me money personally instead of refunding my original payment.Method. this is extremely unprofessional, and it was obvious that he had messed up more orders and didnt want it showing on his record. But if you didn't say that he wanted to send me money personally, I would have never wrote this review.That was disgusting and creepy. Just be professional and have dignity. Never ordering there again. Also never got the refund. No pending amount or confirmation #.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. It took a very long time for our orders to be taken, and no one checked on us to see if we were doing okay or needed anything. When we finally mentioned this to the waitress, she became upset, and the last margaritas were served in a rude manner. Good service is just as important as good food, and sadly this was lacking during our visit.

Ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken, and was deeply disappointed. The chicken was slightly undercooked and really salty, They only gave me ONE mushroom. The Mash and Shrimps were the only saving grace. My boyfriend ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken with Andouille Sausage and it was even saltier than my plate. When I told the waitress about there only being 1 mushroom on the plate, She proceeds to head over to a co-worker and laugh because she thought getting more mushrooms was a ridiculous request. Not a good experience at this Applebees, Go to any other one but this one.
