The atmosphere and the vodka was great. So much so we forgot to take pictures. Posh and lovely . Service was actually lovely for us.

Outstanding service today at Caviar House around 3 PM. Chef Elyes went above and beyond-I chose the BALIK Tsar Nikolai fillet with a freshly prepared salad and crispy bread. Everything was beautifully presented, delicious as always, and served with a warm smile. Hats off to the chef and the great atmosphere :)

Wanted to come here for ages first time we actually got the chance. Absolutely stunning food, oysters and sushi to die for! The alcohol free champagne was lovely and the staff are very friendly kind and attentive. A perfect afternoon thank you so much

If you are looking for a wide range of high quality caviar, I would highly recommend this resturant/bar. The caviar desserts were great!

Just the salmon alone is worth a 5 star rating. The beluga caviar and the burrata were really nice as well. Shame I couldn’t have any champagne with the meal because I driving. All the staff were really nice and welcoming, which made our dining experience really nice.

My wife and I were lucky enough to be treated to a meal here by my parents. What an amazing place. The service was great - I didn't catch her name, but she wore glasses, lovely lady. The food was also incredible. I had a lobster sandwich that was so good I could've eaten another one. I've not been able to stop thinking about it since! The Manager also came down to speak to us - I apologise, I can't remember his name either (I'm terrible with names), but what a nice guy. Big Arsenal fan - great to discuss their recent defeat to Manchester United ;) . If i was being super picky, I'd say the toilets aren't quite in keeping with the rest of the decor, but they were clean and certainly pleasant enough. Really amazing, we will look forward to returning.

We visited last weekend with friends after I’ve been there a few times. And it was a complete success from start to finish. My guests were so impressed. And we thank you for the experience. See you again

I come here for one thing, their smoked salmon. The balik no 1 is very smooth in texture. Nikolai is a little richer.

Great lunch with loads of caviar. Crab salad was good. Oysters were super fresh. Foie Gras was OK. Service was amazing our server was very friendly and professional.

If Caviar is your food, this is the place to come. The owners been making Caviar since 1925. They different grades of Caviar. Expensive as you would expect. Having said that a great experience. Staff are very knowledgeable

Everything is beautifully fresh. If you love salmon and seafood then this is a must visit ; If you like Caviare remortgage the house. Coffee is strong enough to help you recover from the bill you will receive...I can recommend the lobster and crayfish Cesar salad, my wife raved about the fresh oysters, any form of Salmon in this restaurant is amazing. Gave the atmosphere a 4 because essentially you eat at comfortable tables in the shop.

This was our first time and it was great! I was worried it would be pretentious but the ppl were so lovely and welcoming. Maddie was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Spent my Birthday at this lovely venue on 26th October. Staff were very engaging and the food was great. Big shout out to Anu, Ace, Maddie, Marcin & Elyes - great people. We will be back!!!

Amazing meal! Our favourites were the rock oysters, beluga caviar, prawn linguine and lobster bisque. We were served by Olga and had a lovely dinner experience, she was so friendly and attentive. ❤️

This place was so delightful. My husband and I saw it from the street and decided to venture in. Immediately we were greeted with hospitality. Ace, the mixologist made sure we felt welcomed especially with entertaining my husbands’ wand purchase. He made us delightful cocktails and served high quality champagne. Martin took care in taking interest in where we were from and providing us with knowledge on their caviar. We got a tin of the house caviar and a plate of the foie gras. They were prepared beautifully by Chef Anu. We loved everything.

My shrimp cocktail was missing the blini. But other than that it was good food. However, quite overpriced!

We ordered seafood platters, my parents were very happy although I was only very impressed with the oyster, should have ordered just several of those. The baby shrimp seemed very water logged to me, not much to taste. But we enjoyed our time and the service was very attentive.

I personally don't like to give low rating to businesses, but apart from the service that was quick, and the waiter polite, the food was very avarage. I don't mind paying £50 for a sandwich and a coke, but the lobster was literally tastless, and the sandwich itself was really mediocre. Good place if u are a tourist walking around Central London I guess..

I recently visited this restaurant with high expectations given its reputation and pricing. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards one would expect from such a venue, particularly concerning the quality of the caviar and mussels. The caviar, which should be a highlight in a fine dining establishment, was disappointing. It lacked the firm texture and the delightful 'pop' characteristic of fresh, high-quality caviar, instead presenting a mushier consistency that detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the mussels served in a white wine sauce were another letdown. Not only were many of them overcooked and smaller than anticipated, but several shells were empty, suggesting a serving size less generous than expected. The white wine sauce itself contained a noticeable amount of grit, implying that the mussels had not been thoroughly washed. For a restaurant of this caliber and cost, one would expect the food quality and preparation to be impeccable. Sadly, this was not the case during my visit. It's disheartening when the experience does not align with the expense, and I hope this feedback will encourage improvements in both food quality and attention to detail.

Drastic decline in service from what they used to be. They were out of Balik beer, didn't offer a chocolate at the end like they used to, service was really casual and did not seem like they were interested at all, barely came to our table despite a mostly empty restaurant. The seafood itself was very mediocre, no freshness or taste to it at all, could have just got a filet-o-fish for 1/100 of the price. Pretty insulting considering the insane amount of money we paid. Really don't think I'll be going here ever again.

I don't recommend it. We were there the day before yesterday. Everyone was very polite and smiling sweetly, but instead of the balyk I ordered, they brought me ordinary salted salmon. And they forgot to bring the cocktail I ordered...
