The bestttt frozen yogurt in north county in my opinion. They have the BEST flavors, my favorite are the Blueberry, Pistashio , & Pomegranate the non fat versions, so creamy. My kids love the cookies & cream. They are out alot & one time i walked in & it was super unkept, made me a little sad but i know it happens. Also LOVE mochi , but they are out alot 😭 But i love this place worth the money .

I surprised mom with a frozen yogurt stop on a very hot day. There were several options and she absolutely loved the salted caramel flavor. She could not stop talking about it with every spoonful of joy. I didn’t add any toppings. We only wanted the yogurt, but there was a round table full of more toppings than I could dream up. Perfect place to take kids on a hot day. The guy behind the counter was pleasant and chatted a few minutes with me before I was off and running. This is the second time I’ve been to this shop and both times it was a great experience.

First visit and was a great experience in terms of flavor, toppings, and enough seatings but they could put more on the outside. Topping options were a lot! My fave was mochi, coconut flakes, granola. My kids loved the brownies and the fudge. Wow, not many froyo has a bunch of toppings to choose to. Forgot to snap pics.

This small yogurt shop has eight yogurt flavors. Above each of the 8- self-serve machines is the contained flavor in that machine. Self-serve access makes filling a Sampling or Serving cup is easy, and its quantity gives control to the customer. There is usually an ample supply of serving and sampling cups on the table near the machines. When your serving cup has enough yogurt, there are 23-trays of popular topping items to sprinklings on your yogurt. On the left side counter near the machines are Fresh fruit trays and four different sauce toppings. When each cup quantity is ready to eat, the checkout register attendant will weigh each cup on the scale in front of the register. Each ounce in a cup is 52-cents—a 10 oz. Cup quantity will cost $5.20. Tall stools and tables are not plentiful. One round table with stools is near the windows at the end of the counter—a couple of standard height tables with chairs outside the picture windows near the entrance.

Not sure what the most recent 1 star review was talking about. I come to this place every week with my girlfriend and we always comment on how clean the facility is and how attentive/friendly the workers are. I've even made friends from coming in here! Luke has got to be my favorite. He's always so respectful and I've always seen him being nothing but kind to everyone. Froyo Love - 5 stars, no doubt about it.

Great place to take your family, they usually have a Disney movie running which is a perfect distraction for little kids, they have reasonable prices and the people who work there are super nice! I've never had a bad experience while getting froyo here. They also have a lot of toppings and great flavors! It's self.serve and there is even stuff like popping boba and fresh cut fruit! I 10/10 recommend it here!!

The flavors are all really good and the atmosphere is so cute. Customer service was so good and there color changing spoons were fun. Also the prices were so good for the portions! Loved it!

My first time here. I love the tasting because the one I thought I would like, I didn't at all! The place was clean and the cashier was friendly. Especially after the caramel sauce squirted on my shirt as the canister was empty 😣 Otherwise all very delicious!

The fro yo was nice, they had the dole pineapple, can't go wrong there. They had an assortment of fruit flavors that were more like yogurt that frozen, nice and creamy but not too sweet. The variety of toppings were nice. It's a clean solid place to get your fro yo fix for the evening.

Update. I stopped by for froyo love to see if they’ve made some improvements and it looks like they finally did clean the gunk off the windows and straighten up a little bit. It could still use a deep cleaning, but the topping area looked much more up kept up and it definitely was cleaner than the last time I went. Hopefully the owners are listening because it is a great place with great yogurt. Sadly I have to agree with the latest reviews. I used to take my kids here weekly, and since I’ve gotten older, we don’t come as much. I just popped in there for some yogurt. All the machines are dirty and not working. A lot of the toppings were not available and the handles were sticky. I’m not sure if this place got bought out by somebody else who doesnt maintain it but it is definitely not cared for like it used to be. Although the yogurt was still good, they definitely need to do some updates. Washing the windows and the floors would be a good start.

WOW they lay all their cups AND taster cups upside down on the bare counter I told her she should place them on a sterile piece of paper, but she said no, we clean the the table with chemicals so it’s sterile. That means our lips will touch the edge of these taster cups with Chemicals on them and possibly caronavirus if someone touched the counter after they cleaned!! I’m sure the department of health would have a concern about this. The yogurt is absolutely delicious and it’s self serve which is nice and they have hand sanitizer so that’s excellent. Not to mention the used syringe laying underneath the table outside. I had to have the girl who worked there pick it up so that a kid wouldn’t pick up the dirty needle. I felt bad the employee had to clean up after the drug user who left it there. I was with my 92 year I old mom and she was disgusted as to how much trash was beneath the tables in the middle of the afternoon!

Went in there today for the first time with my kids since they asked for frozen yogurt on national froyo day. We walked in and said with a smile “Happy National FroYo Day” the woman snapped back “we do not do that here!” I asked “What don’t you do?!” Not really understanding what she meant and she just kept repeating it. Not sure what this was about but we left and went somewhere else for FroYo. With this kind of customer service, good luck earning new customers! This is service industry, they need to teach people who handle customers that they cannot talk to people like that! Sad to leave a review like this, hope it helps improve someone else’s experience.

The last 2 times we were in this store have been so disappointing. Once it was just dirty. Yogurt left on dispensers. Complained and received for a free Froyo. Last week there were 5 choices out of 12. Two were almost the same: strawberry & strawberry/banana. NO tart flavors. I asked cashier, who was on his phone, for managers name and #. He wasn’t sure of his boss’s name nor his #. When asked why only 5 flavors, he answered he had to clean the machines next day. So???? I am in favor of hiring youth, but they are not customer oriented. We will not go back. Very disappointed in our local Froyo.

Our recent visits have been disappointing. Floors are so gross and sticky, doors and windows have finger and sticky hand prints all over them. I used a glove to open the door. 1/2 of the machines were down. The machines that were available were really dirty, drippy melted yogurt and messy. The toppings were pretty much out in at least 1/2 of the bins. Just gross. There is no excuse for this place to be so dirty. It is very un appetizing. Probably wont be back and we have been coming here for years

This yougurt shop is disgusting and that's putting it mildly. Filthy windows, floors, and surfaces. Most of the yogurt was runny and dripped all over. The two young ladies attending the store were busy on their cell phones and never looked up at you. They had their feet proped up by the counter area, which was a real turnoff. It used to be nicer but it's totally gone down hill. If the owner doesn't check in often enough and leaves young ones in charge to run the business, they will run the business into the ground and they have! So sad! My family and I will not go back.
