Freddy's everything was good. But you or maybe the decision making of your manager needs to do better. An ala carte or extra chicken breast should not be almost $9. Anywhere else would have done it as an add on. Not a full sandwich. Greedy much? But this was where my son wanted to bring Sunny Ray for his birthday. Now we know. And so does everyone else.

Haven't been to a Freddy's in years but this place was good all around. Very picky with my burgers and was spot on how a juicy burger should be.

Stopped in for a treat and they recommended the Orange Frosty. I loved it. It gave me that Orange Dream cicle taste. Always good service amd the make over looks good.

One of the best Burger Spots ever! Not your typical beef burger joint. First of all its STEAKBurgers so there is a alot more flavor! The fries are small but full of flavor and the Pepsi is the perfect companion! The choices are fewer than other places but that Delicious Frozen Custard with over 10 toppings to choose from makes up for it! And the staff is very friendly. I 100% Recommend this place if you're looking for a different burger experience.

I have nothing but fond memories here at this specific location at Agora Pkwy. Had a long day today so my hubby treated me to Freddy’s. This evening Kia took our order; thereafter our dessert custards. I was expecting only one cherry, since the first topping is free. Well lo and behold, it was filled with cherries and pecans - so tasty. 😋 For being a young man, Kia WAS ever so patient, respectful and so willing to even bring one of the desserts to our table. Love 💕 it.

The music wasn't too loud and the venue was really clean. The people and the service were outstanding. And as a bonus they gave a discount to military veterans. God bless America!

Freddy's is always solid. But this location in particular is outstanding. They're always swamped, but still manage to get the food out quick. I had a mishap (my fault), and Marcel stopped what he was doing to take care of me immediately. There's a good reason we drive 30 minutes just for this location. The best in town.

Dinner for 2 under $20.00. This nostalgic Eatery located in Brownsville will take you back a tad to the 50's when diners were all the rage. This store is conveniently located just off of the Frontage Road near 802 Road, it has plenty of parking and it is easily reachable from Old 77 Hwy and the frontage Road. The dinning area is well layed out and the restaurant sports bright colors that compliment the furnishings, and the modern ordering and pickup station. A well stack condiments bar and soft drink dispenser are a welcoming sight, in particular the self serve spicy sauces in addition to ketchup. During our visit the staff were extremely courteous and attentive; I enjoyed that the on duty manager took the time to stop by our table and asked if our meal was okay or if we needed anything. That was classy! The food was just delicious fresh, tasty and just the right amount for the price. I highly recommend that you try out this new restaurant in Brownsville. This restaurant also has a drive-thru service to facilitate your dining experience. Good job Freddy's keep doing a good job; my wife and I will definitely be visiting again.

My special needs son sometimes will ask for something very specific and will be determined to have it. Tonight it was Freddy's French fries. They are skinny "shoestring" fries. I'm not crazy about fat food in general, but when he gets his focus on something in glad they are open. Staff was super friendly in drive through. Everyone had a mask on and offered great service.

I always come here. The burgers are super good, not mention the custard. The staff is also super friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We haven’t been here in a LoNG time .. but we took our boys for an easy dinner and wow. The food was so fresh , the line was long but the food came out quickly. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were fresh - the cheese was perfectly melted. The boys enjoyed classic cones for desert … we will be back. It’s bringing back diner life - and we love the vibe!

My experience here with the staff is one of the main reasons that I go. Their passion for customer service is refreshing. On one visit from the instant I walked in...the member removing the trash greeted me with a big smile and a genuine hello how are you doing today ☺️. Their family vibe with each other is rare these days and really nice. Oh the food is amazing..the double steak burger and the custom hot 🌭. The fresh hot taste and fresh veggies 😋. The dog itself but the fresh bun and veggies. It had that fresh "snap" when I bit into it. Honestly the price for what you get is very nice.

The very handsome man named Joaquin helped me and made my experience amazing. He was very funny and gave me the classic Freddy’s experience. The ultimate chef named Aidan (who should be in Gordon Ramseys kitchen as the head chef, made my food spectacular. First time visit. Wife had original double combo meal with shoestring fries and chocolate shake. I had the jalapeno pepper jack double combo with shoestring fries. Pleasantly surprised by how large burgers were and the amazing amount of fries that come with an order. Food was really good and I will definitely be back soon.

Really nice flavored burgers, perfect cheese, and the bun highlights the flavor! The string fries are so good - they even taste better than the onion rings! Highly recommend their desserts as well. It's always busy and that's a good sign. The staff really take pride in their work and the restaurant is really clean. Will definitely be back!

Although I don’t care for shoe string fries these were pretty good. The burger had great flavor. Must try all the sauce to decide which one you lo best. Self serve drinks. Lots of seating and parking. Orders come out quickly although I think they are made to order.

Decent place with custard. Drive through gets a bit lengthy around rush hour but at no fault of the staff. Good place for family or a quick bite. Good selection of food and desserts.

Delicious burgers and we love the fries. Of all the Freddie's that we visit. This location is by far the best in all categories. Line was 9 deep with only 1 register open.

The place is like a typical California style burger joint. If your from so-cal then this place is for you. The food was delicious Patty's were pressed and grilled to a point of yum. I eat at Freddy's every once in awhile, the food is pretty decent, for the price the burgers are good, the thing I really come here for is the desserts. The concrete's are especially good. The burgers here are definitely better than most of your fast food drive-thrus, the hot dogs are a bit small for the price. I don't really have an opinion on the fries one way or the other they're shoestring type fries. While we were dining the manager came around to check how everyone was doing, food came out fairly quick, no problems with ordering. A decent place to grab a meal, or just stopped to grab a dessert. I prefer the concrete's here over the Blizzard's at Dairy Queen or the blasts at Sonic.

I like Freddy's but the double burger and fries were too salty. We ate outside because it was too cold inside. The service was great and again, I really like the burgers and especially the fries; they were just over-salted. *Smoky fry sauce is the bomb too.

Soup for concrete. My first ever at Freddy's and it was more like soup. My wife's was good. I think I just got a bad one but they didn't provide a long spoon either. I must be changing into an American with my complaining (from a British guy living here).

Went to get an original burger i omitted their mustard and got their seasoned fries. Burger was mid, i doubt mustard would elevate it that much if you do like mustard. Fries were pretty good they are thin and crispy. Wait in the drive through was a little long not like chik fil a. They take military discounts

We just went for frozen custard and one of them was fine, but the chocolate brownie seemed sad. The whipped cream was missing and it seemed to melt quickly, probably before we even got to the window. Rather disappointing. I almost got short changed 5 bucks, so their cashiers need to watch that. The girl apologized and wasn't rude, she probably had a lot going on so I know she didn't do it purposely but still doesn't hurt to watch it.

First time trying Freddy's, my burger and fries combo was good. I liked the patty style, the fries were very thin. I'm really interested in trying the Hawaiian Delight under Specialty Custards, will update review once I do.

Reliable with great shakes. I’ve been here a good amount of times and they never disappoint. It’s relatively sanitary and the food, along with the shakes, is delicious. The staff is very friendly and always down to give suggestions and listen to feedback.

That steak brisket burger deserves a -5. It literally tastes like roast beef that's been sitting in a stager for a bit. Service isn't bad but not great. Clean atmosphere and great AC and ice. Put a pic of the "brisket." Fries and tots were fresh and amazing!

I also feel like if I pay $12 for a bacon cheeseburger, it should have more than 2 half pieces. I ordered extra pickles & they gave me plenty on the side. They waited until there was a long line of people waiting to order before someone finally came to the register to take orders. Both our fries were barely warm. And I never had a liquid concrete drink before.

The ho dogs and burgers were terrible but fries and ice cream were good.

I noticed two of the employees were smoking in a stall together in the women’s restroom. One was blonde and the other had dyed hair, I quite frankly found it very unprofessional. One of those same girls was also pretty rude when we were ordering.

Came here with the family because we had a craving for steak burgers, but unfortunately they were not what they used to be and everything was extremely filthy inside. None of the tables had been wiped and all had sticky messes on them and Crumbs from previous customers. Floors were sticky and disgusting as well as booths and walls having black grossness dripping down them. It would be nice if management even cared enough to take a look at the dining room area and have the staff do simple things to clean up.

While I was dinning I heard loud vibration noise. Did not now what it was till I turned to look behind me ad see it was an employee using an electric sander sanding the wall making dust few feet away from me. That was very rude to do so. I am already paying for over priced burger I should not have to eat it with dust and noise.

It has happened too often lately… my fries were old or overcooked and the burger box was really dirty. Their prices have gone up and their patties are thinner. Definitely not worth the $24 I paid for the small combo through DoorDash. I gave them two stars because they used to be my favorite, but mainly because they added a FrySauce even though I had forgotten to order one! Of course my thoughts were that the cook probably thought “I messed up her fries, she will need this to pass them down” but I still appreciate it the fry sauce!

I bought a $10 meal large cheese curds a medium drink after all sitting and done. It was over $23. I got home and I only had half a thing of cheese curds. It’s not the first time I’ve eaten at at Freddy’s my total ticket after all said and done $70. I paid that company Got home and everything half assed.

This was our first time eating at a Freddy's. We were very hungry that night. The atmosphere was interesting with the pictures and story of Mr. Freddy. The bathroom and eating area was clean. The burgers seemed like they were fried in a skillet of grease, because they were really crispy and crunchy on the outer edges. The patty was too salty. And my hamburger was coated with mustard. The fries were larger than potato sticks, but still thinner than a french fry, and they were hot and crispy. The custard, in our opinion, was high priced, but it was the saving grace for the meal.

Found a fingernail in my burger. Used to be a great place, has gone down hill since then. Wait is super long, they get the order wrong a lot now, and now the fingernail. If I want Freddy's again, I'll go across town

The young man at the counter lacks customer service skills. He didn't even greet me as a customer, he just stared at me, until I said "Hi how are you" and he responded "What can I do for you in a disrespectful tone." Secondly, they did not include one of my french-fries, but luckily I checked my bag before leaving, and I had to go back to the counter and inform them that they left out one of my fries. It all felt kind of on purpose to be honest! Managers were not friendly either. Honestly, it doesn't matter how good your food is, if your staff isn't friendly and inviting, it will leave a bitter taste in customer mouths. It's Tuesday, and this happened Sunday. I gave myself 2 days to cool off because this Freddy's location rubbed me the wrong way, and it still bothers me, so therefore I had to share. Has anyone else of color experienced unfriendly treatment by their staff?

Terrible!!! Never again! I went through the drive through (to have it "faster") ordered a #1, #5,#3 regular. Went to my house, (about 15 min away). At home, I discovered that I received 1 triple meat/plain with fries, and 1 double/ plain with onion rings. THE ORDER RECEIVED WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE OF MY ORIGINAL ORDER. 😬 Came back, and manager just said "Im very sorry, I understand, sometimes that happens to me too" "would you like an ice cream? OMG, I said, "no, thx". then he added, "AND IF YOU WAIT AGAIN, I WILL MAKE SURE TO MAKE IT RIGHT". After 15 min of waiting for my original order, manager says: "I have signed this for a free combo next time you come". Of course, thats not going to happen! 😒 BIG WASTE OF TIME!!!!😡😡😠

The manager Michael Carrazco was very rude. He was rushing us the whole time, rolled he’s eyes many times and was being sarcastic when we ask for the condiments on a como #2 and hotdogs. We understand they were busy but it is not an excuse to treat customers like that and coming from the head of the restaurant it was a really bad experience. If that poor customer service was coming from the GM we can only imagine what would the regular employees be like, we will never go back to that location again and we will do everything in our hands to spread the word about this clown named Michael Carrazco.

There was bugs possibly small roaches on sanitizer by main entrance, has been like that since last time I visited, couple weeks ago,very unhygienic and nasty, management should be ashamed, makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like where they cook food. Either employees are not doing their job so as management by not checking. How can they walk thru that door and not notice it. Customers are gonna get sick by using that sanitizer, trying to prevent spread of diseases and that stuff will definitely get you sick. Appearance and cleanliness is counts for alot and someone is definitely not doing their jobs correctly.

I stopped by to order my Mom and I a turtle Carmel fudge custard Sundae on Sunday. As I sat and waited on them to make it ...All of 15 minutes. The employees were trying to get the drive thru orders out before the dine in and inside to go orders. The employees had no sense of urgency in getting the orders out. Some employees looked very lost, no since of direction or management. So many employees with no control and just standing around, very disorganized! Once I did see a Mgr. (as he was bringing a cash drawer to the front), I said excuse me, I've been waiting for my order its just 2 sundaes for 15 minutes and while waiting I noticed the Drive thru is getting priority. He turned to the staff and said start on her order. He went on the order line and said are those hers, "Get her out of here now!" The employee handed the Sundaes to me and I left. I wanted to bring something special for my Mom, but if I was not getting it for her I definitely would have ask for a refund. Apparently the unprofessional Mgr. has forgotten that customers patronize Freddy's and in turn this is how he gets paid. Horrible experience and Selma's Location is the worst ever. I'll never give your location 2 cents of my money, "Ever"! The sad part is the Carmel Turtle Fudge Custard was the worst looking and tastless pathetic dessert I've ever had. The perfect picture photo of it in the store is clearly "photo shopped."

I received three chilli cheese fries and two drinks instead of my complete order which still isn’t the total amount. If they’re this low I wouldn’t doubt if they did something to the food&drinks. Complete staff needs to be replaced or a responsible adult/ supervisor needs to be in charged. To double check orders and food, this should not happen. I need the general manager’s number or I’m going to go far above and beyond.

Full disclaimer: we totally understand that it’s hot and the custard will melt… that’s not the issue…. Only one item out of four was correct, although it tipped over and spilt half of it in the drink carrier(see picture). One item was missing all together, one item was missing half the toppings and the other item was missing 4 toppings and came as plain vanilla custard… people want to make $15 an hour but can’t get this right. Not sure if it’s lack of staff or just not taking the time to ensure quality control but the Freddy’s I know isn’t like this… please do better.

Waited in the drive thru literally 20 minutes. Then had to wait for them to remake the food bc they made the wrong order. After all that, the order was still incorrect.. I don’t know what happened to this location but its service has dropped tremendously. (Btw, I’m still in the drive thru waiting)

I visit Freddy’s three to four times a week, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience tonight. I usually enjoy coming here, but the service was not up to the standard I’ve come to expect. When I went to order a large custard cup, the custard area was not clean at all, which was very concerning. Cleanliness is extremely important, especially around food preparation areas. Additionally, my order was initially given to the wrong person and then was almost handed to me afterward, which I found unacceptable. As a result, I had to wait an additional 15–20 minutes for my burger to be remade (if it was remade—I couldn’t clearly see everything happening behind the counter). The entire experience was frustrating, especially since I used my reward points on this visit. I am a frequent customer and normally have good experiences here, which is why this was so disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both cleanliness and order accuracy moving forward.

I don't know if this is a problem with Freddy's steakburgers in general but this is the second time that I've gone to a location ordered food and they forgot to put my kids orders in the bag and said that I had everything. Not giving a customer their full order is inexcusable for a fast food restaurant.

I’ve visited this location multiple times both as a customer and as a Dasher, and most of the employees have always been pleasant. However, this time I had a very different experience. One of the employees, who appeared to be in her late 40s or 50s, was quite hostile and gave me attitude throughout the interaction. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but that behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. I hope she can leave any personal issues at the door and provide better customer service moving forward.

My husband went to pick up an online order and we were missing all our fries and a chili cheese dog and he went back to let them know. They said they were going to remake everything fresh. He checked the food again before leaving and we were missing a fry still. So he waits again for them to bring the missing fry. He gets home, our food is cold, my root beer float was melted, the chili dog had no cheese or onions and the double burger was a single. I called to speak to the general area manager Marcelle and informed him that my husband was on call and I couldn’t return yet a 4th time to pick up a probably incorrect order. He said he would refund me. All I had to do was come back the next day with my receipt. Then I receive a text message from the manager Toni, who says to bring back the food which has already been thrown away and they would refund me, then proceeds to say “Ty.” You’re a manager and I’m not your friend. She needs to behave like a professional and why would you send me a text from your personal phone. Completely unprofessional and terrible experience here. I will never return to this place. Toni is the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve ever had to speak with and she definitely is not management material.

I have never had a bad experience until tonight. Our order was missing several items (drinks, custard, and utensils) When we politely brought it to the staff’s attention and thanked them, we were met with attitude and were ignored afterward. What was more troubling is that once we finally received our drinks, one was filled with way too much ice (barely any drink), and the other had no ice at all and wasn’t filled properly. It felt intentional. This made us question whether our food may have also been tampered with, which is extremely concerning from a customer safety standpoint. We understand mistakes happen, but the attitude and what seemed like retaliation when we simply asked for what we paid for is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior and I encourage others to double-check their orders and be cautious.
