Priscilla is the best ever! She is above and beyond knowledgable, caring and friendly. All staff has been great but I must mention Priscilla as she truly makes going into nekter so above and beyond. The juices are delicious and service is fast. Atmosphere is always clean. Love this place! Great shots and cleanses too!! Keep up the super work Nekter!

The staff here are friendly, remember my name and usual order and offer helpful suggestions when I'm indecisive or unaware of the options I can receive with my food. And the food is always made perfectly to how I want it and is always delicious and very filling! I'm very grateful this place exists

I’ve been coming here for a while now, to the point where I remember Emar. She always gives a warm welcome and is very helpful. I met Sarah for the first time today, and she did an excellent job on my smoothie. I definitely recommend this place for top-tier service and delicious orders.

The smoothie was good, the service was not. Every time I go to this location the staff is grumpy. I feel like they're upset I came in. I thought it was just a fluke the first time but no, it's every time and I even try to be super nice and tip for the service. It's uncomfortable.

So, has food safety and sanitation gone out the window, or do people just not care anymore? I came into Nekter, just recovering from Covid, looking for a fresh juice to help boost my immune system. The cashier handled money, didn’t wash her hands, and then put on a clean pair of gloves—meaning whatever germs were on her hands were now on the gloves touching my fruit. When I politely asked her to wash her hands before putting on the gloves, she was very humble and continued to be super sweet. My concern isn’t her attitude—she was kind—it’s the fact that she didn’t know this basic food safety practice. Have we stopped teaching and prioritizing food safety and sanitation?

Horrible customer service... The girl answering the phone tonight was rude with a terrible attitude. Uncooperative to help with our order and was annoyed that we tried to do a phone order. Good job hiring management.. She just turned down a $60 order.

Watered down smoothie. Called in to see if I could have it remade. Emar was so rude and didn’t want to help at all. She spun it on me as if I made the drink.

Emar the store manager is unbelieveable rude, aggressive, and horrible at her job. She kept calling to berate and curse at us when we called to cancel our order because when we arrived at the pick up time it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready for another 10 minutes. She had our phone number so she kept calling to run her mouth about how we’re so rude for cancelling (an order that wasn’t even made) she proceeded to throw in a few curse words as well. It’s unbelievable that Nekter would employ someone like Emar. Go down the shopping center past the CVS to Everbowl!!!
